Preferably, the first linear driving mechanism 13 is an air cylinder or a hydraulic cylinder, the stator end of which is arranged on the workbench 5 through the base frame 8, the rotor end is a piston rod and a connecting piece arranged on the piston rod, and the back surface of the pressing die 10 is fixedly connected with the connecting piece on the piston rod.
The application method of the box sealing system of the split type cutlery box in the embodiment comprises the following steps:
starting an upper box moving platform, wherein the upper box moving platform drives a sucking disc component to move to the position above a material frame for stacking the upper box 6, and descending the height to enable the sucking disc component to suck the back surface of the upper box 6 so as to grasp the upper box 6, and lifting the upper box 6 by the upper box moving platform after grasping the upper box 6;
continuously starting the upper box moving platform to drive the upper box 6 to move to the upper part of the lower box 7 on the turntable body 1, then downwards moving the upper box 6 to enable the upper box 6 to be buckled on the top of the lower box 7, and in the process of downwards moving the upper box 6, the connecting edge 14 of the side wall of the lower box 7 contacts a pre-folding device, and the pre-folding device presses the connecting edge 14 of the side wall of the lower box 7 inwards from the outer side of the lower box 7 to realize pre-folding;
the rotary table driving 9 is started to drive the rotary table body 1 to rotate, so that the buckled upper box 6 and the buckled lower box 7 move to the positions corresponding to the pressing device, and the pressing device is started to press and deform the connecting edge 14 between the buckled upper box 6 and the buckled lower box 7 so as to seal the upper box 6 and the buckled lower box 7.
According to this embodiment, can realize the automatic lock and the automatic box that seals of split type cutlery box, the automation mechanized operation can be realized to whole set of structure, and has realized the transportation of last box 6 with ingenious structural grouping, need not to design complicated robot structure, and system reliability is higher. Therefore, the automatic buckling and automatic box sealing of the upper box 6 and the lower box 7 are realized, the efficiency is higher, and the packing quality is easier to ensure. Moreover, the upper box 6 is grabbed by the sucker 206 to realize the position transfer, and the soft characteristic of the sucker 206 and the air pressure difference adsorption positioning can better avoid the deformation of the upper box 6 in the process of moving to be buckled with the lower box 7.
Moreover, since there is a pre-folding device mounted on the upper box moving platform, the pre-folding device presses the side wall of the upper box 6 inward from the outside of the upper box 6. Therefore, the correction of the deformation part of the upper box 6 can be realized by inwards extruding the side wall of the upper box 6 from the outer side of the upper box 6, and the situation that the upper box 6 cannot be accurately buckled with the lower box 7 due to the outwards deformation of the side wall of the upper box 6 is prevented. Therefore, even if there is a case that the upper case 6 is deformed, the correction of the deformed portion of the upper case 6 can be achieved by pressing the side wall of the upper case 6 from the outside of the upper case 6 inward, ensuring that the connecting edge 14 of the side wall of the upper case 6 is located entirely inside the connecting edge 14 of the side wall of the lower case 7, so that the bonding device can bond the connecting edge 14 of the side wall of the lower case 7 completely inward to tightly adhere to the connecting edge 14 of the side wall of the upper case 6, achieving high-precision sealing between the upper case 6 and the lower case 7, and preventing the occurrence of waste products due to poor sealing effect.
In addition, in the present embodiment, the lower cassette receiving device includes a pallet 11 and a second linear driving 12 mechanism, the pallet 11 is located below the turntable body 1 to drag the bottom of the lower cassette 7, the second linear driving 12 mechanism is vertically disposed, the pallet 11 is connected to the mover end of the second linear driving 12 mechanism, and the pallet 11 is aligned with the pressing die 10 in the vertical direction. The first linear drive 13 is preferably a cylinder.
Due to the lower box bearing device, when the pressing device is started to seal the box, the supporting plate 11 can be lifted to prop against the lower box 7 from the lower part, so that the integral structure stability of the split type cutlery box is better, and the box sealing precision is higher.
Preferably, a plurality of position sensors 216 are also included to detect the in-place signals of the turntable means, the upper cassette handling and moving mechanism 2, the pre-folding means, the pressing means and the lower cassette receiving means, respectively.
Example 2
The embodiment provides a box sealing system of a split type cutlery box, which is used for realizing automatic buckling and automatic box sealing of the split type cutlery box. Compared with embodiment 1, the main difference of this embodiment is that this embodiment provides another pre-folding device, specifically as follows:
as shown in fig. 9-10, the pre-folding device comprises a pre-pressing die 17, the pre-pressing die 17 is fixedly connected with a rotor end of a first-stage lifting platform 202, a through hole for the upper box 6 to pass through is formed in the middle of the top wall of the pre-pressing die 17, the side wall of the pre-pressing die 17 is inclined outwards relative to the top wall, and when the lifting platform drives the pre-pressing die 17 to descend, the side wall of the pre-pressing die 17 presses the connecting edge 14 of the side wall of the lower box 7 inwards from the outer side of the lower box 7 to realize pre-folding.

Those skilled in the art will appreciate that modules in an apparatus in an implementation scenario may be distributed in an apparatus in an implementation scenario according to an implementation scenario description, or that corresponding changes may be located in one or more apparatuses different from the implementation scenario. The modules of the implementation scenario may be combined into one module, or may be further split into a plurality of sub-modules.

Claims (9)
1. A split cutlery box sealing system comprising:
the turntable device comprises a turntable body and a turntable drive used for driving the turntable body, and at least one lower box is positioned on the turntable body;
the upper box grabbing and placing moving mechanism comprises a sucker assembly and an upper box moving platform, wherein the sucker assembly is arranged on the upper box moving platform, the sucker assembly is configured to absorb the back surface of the box bottom of the upper box, and the upper box moving platform is configured to drive the upper box to move to the upper part of the upper box and the lower box of the turntable body and then release the upper box, so that the upper box and the lower box are buckled;
the pre-folding device is arranged at a preset position on the upper box moving platform and is configured to squeeze the connecting edge of the side wall of the lower box inwards from the outer side of the lower box to realize pre-folding;
the pressing device is configured to press and deform the connecting edge between the buckled upper box and the buckled lower box on the turntable body so as to seal the upper box and the lower box;
the upper box moving platform comprises a lifting platform, and the sucker assembly is arranged on a rotor end of the lifting platform;
the pre-folding device comprises a base plate and a plurality of roller modules, wherein the base plate is arranged on the lifting platform, the base plate is provided with yielding holes for the sucker assemblies to pass through when lifted, the roller modules are distributed on the base plate in an annular shape around the yielding holes at intervals, and when the lifting platform drives the roller modules to descend, the roller modules squeeze the connecting edges of the side walls of the lower box inwards from the outer side of the lower box to realize pre-folding;
the upper box moving platform further comprises a transverse moving platform, the lifting platform comprises a first-stage lifting platform, a connecting arm and a second-stage lifting platform, the stator end of the first-stage lifting platform is arranged on the rotor end of the transverse moving platform, one end of the connecting arm is fixedly connected with the rotor end of the first-stage lifting platform, the other end of the connecting arm is fixedly connected with the stator end of the second-stage lifting platform, and the substrate is fixedly connected with the rotor end of the first-stage lifting platform;
the sucker assembly comprises a sucker fixing plate and a plurality of suckers, the sucker fixing plate is arranged on the rotor end of the second-stage lifting platform, and the suckers are distributed on the sucker fixing plate;
the rotary table body is provided with a positioning structure for positioning the lower box.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the pre-folding device is further configured to:
the pre-folding device comprises a pre-pressing die, the pre-pressing die is arranged on the lifting platform, a through hole for the upper box to pass through is formed in the middle of the top wall of the pre-pressing die, the side wall of the pre-pressing die is inclined outwards relative to the top wall, and when the lifting platform drives the pre-pressing die to descend, the side wall of the pre-pressing die is extruded inwards from the outer side of the lower box to form pre-folding on the connecting edge of the side wall of the lower box.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the roller module comprises a roller frame, a wheel axle, and a roller body, the roller body is threaded on the wheel axle, and the wheel axle is mounted on the roller frame;
the base plate is provided with a plurality of mounting grooves, the roller frames are mounted in the corresponding mounting grooves, and the roller bodies are configured to press the connecting edges of the side walls of the lower box inwards from the outer side of the lower box to realize pre-folding.
4. A split cutlery box sealing system as claimed in claim 3, wherein the roller frame is position-adjustably mounted in the mounting slots, each of the mounting slots extending in a proximal-to-distal direction relative to the relief aperture, such that the roller frame is position-adjusted in a direction toward or away from the upper box in the relief aperture.
5. The system of claim 4, wherein the roller module further comprises a top plate and a locking screw, the top plate is fixed on the upper surface of the base plate, the top plate has a long hole, the length of the long hole is larger than the diameter of the locking screw, the roller frame is inserted into the mounting groove, the upper surface of the roller frame has a screw hole, and the locking screw passes through the long hole and is in threaded fit with the screw hole.
6. The split cutlery box sealing system of claim 1, wherein the turntable body has at least one through hole therein, the positioning structure comprising an annular shelf mounted in the through hole, the annular shelf being shaped to mate with the lower box to cradle the outer wall of the lower box.
7. The split cutlery box sealing system of claim 1, wherein the pressing device comprises a pressing die and a first linear driving mechanism, the pressing die is located above the turntable body, the pressing die comprises a die cavity and a pressing edge formed at the opening edge of the die cavity, the die cavity is used for accommodating an upper box, the pressing edge is inclined outwards relative to the die cavity, the mover end of the first linear driving mechanism is connected with the die cavity to drive the pressing die to move vertically downwards, and the pressing edge presses and deforms the connecting edge between the buckled upper box and lower box inwards to seal the upper box and the lower box.
8. The split cutlery box sealing system of claim 7, further comprising a lower box receiver comprising a pallet and a second linear drive mechanism, the pallet positioned below the turntable body to hold the bottom of the lower box, the second linear drive mechanism disposed vertically, the pallet connected to the mover end of the second linear drive mechanism, the pallet aligned in a vertical direction with the stamper.
9. A method of sealing a split cutlery box, characterized by using the sealing system of any of claims 1-8 for:
starting the upper box moving platform, driving the sucking disc component to move to the position above a material frame for stacking the upper box by the upper box moving platform, and lowering the height to enable the sucking disc component to suck the back surface of the upper box so as to grasp the upper box, wherein the upper box moving platform lifts the height of the upper box after grasping the upper box;
continuously starting the upper box moving platform to drive the upper box to move to the upper part of the lower box on the turntable body, then downwards moving the upper box to enable the upper box to be buckled at the top of the lower box, and in the process of downwards moving the upper box, the connecting edge of the side wall of the lower box contacts the pre-folding device, and the pre-folding device extrudes the connecting edge of the side wall of the lower box inwards from the outer side of the lower box to realize pre-folding;
and starting the turntable to drive the turntable body to rotate, so that the buckled upper box and lower box move to the positions corresponding to the pressing device, and starting the pressing device to press and deform the connecting edges between the buckled upper box and lower box so as to seal the upper box and the lower box.
