Abstract
本发明公开了超细中药粉体制备工艺,解决了现有的中药粉体不够细,有效成分溶出不彻底的问题。本发明包括先将中药材常规粉碎至过80‑100目筛;按照常规方法炮制粉碎后的中药材;对炮制后的中药材在球磨机中进行湿法球磨,即得中药悬浮浆料;对中药悬浮浆料进行干燥;对干燥后的中药进行干磨得到超细中药粉体。本发明具有中药粉体细,药物有效成分释放彻底等优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及医药领域,具体涉及超细中药粉体制备工艺。
背景技术
中药中包含各种中药成分,中药原材料处理决定了中药成分的溶出情况,由于原生药材、片状或丁状药材有一定的厚度,则炮制时会因药材的形状,炮制程度逐渐减弱,即药材或饮片表面炮制较为彻底,至药材内部(中心)炮制度成逐渐减弱状况。由于导致炮制不均匀和不彻底,对药材性味与归经的改变也是不均匀、不彻底的,进而影响了药物在临床上疗效的确切性。尤其是是目前市场上销售、使用的类似单味直接服用的中药饮片都是采用炮制、粉碎、分装等工艺线路而生产的,一般都是在原生药、片状、丁状等状态下进行炮制的,也普遍存在炮制不彻底、不均匀的现象。
发明内容
本发明要解决的实际问题是:现有中药成分溶出得不彻底。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供超细中药粉体制备工艺。
本发明通过以下方法实现:
超细中药粉体制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)先将中药材常规粉碎至过80-100目筛;
2)按照常规方法炮制粉碎后的中药材;
3)对炮制后的中药材在球磨机中进行湿法球磨,即得中药悬浮浆料;
4)对中药悬浮浆料进行干燥;
5)对干燥后的中药进行干磨得到超细中药粉体。
本发明优选超细中药粉体制备工艺,所述湿法球磨的具体方法为:称取按照上述中药混合物0.5-1倍重量的水到中药混合物中,加入粘结剂,再一起加入到滚动球磨机中球磨2-12小时得到中药混合悬浮浆料。
本发明优选超细中药粉体制备工艺,所述滚动球磨机所用磨球为氧化铝球或者氧化锆球,所述氧化铝球或者氧化锆球的直径为3mm。
本发明优选超细中药粉体制备工艺,所述步骤3)在球磨前还加入防霉剂,所述防霉剂为食品级山梨酸钾。
本发明优选超细中药粉体制备工艺,所述干燥温度为100-140℃,所述干燥时间为24-48小时。
本发明取得的有益效果:
1.本发明通过对中药原材料进行初步粉碎、湿磨和干磨结合,得到了超细中药粉体;
2.本发明通过的中药粉体细,比表面积大,中药成分的溶出彻底。

实施例1
超细中药粉体制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)先将中药材常规粉碎至过80-100目筛;
2)按照常规方法炮制粉碎后的中药材;
3)对炮制后的中药材在球磨机中进行湿法球磨,即得中药悬浮浆料;
4)对中药悬浮浆料进行干燥;
5)对干燥后的中药进行干磨得到超细中药粉体。

1.超细中药粉体制备工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)先将中药材常规粉碎至过80-100目筛;
2)按照常规方法炮制粉碎后的中药材;
3)对炮制后的中药材在球磨机中进行湿法球磨,即得中药悬浮浆料;
4)对中药悬浮浆料进行干燥;
5)对干燥后的中药进行干磨得到超细中药粉体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超细中药粉体制备工艺,其特征在于,所述湿法球磨的具体方法为:称取上述炮制后的中药材的重量的0.5-1倍的水加到中药混合物中,加入粘结剂,再一起加入到滚动球磨机中球磨2-12小时得到中药混合悬浮浆料。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的超细中药粉体制备工艺,其特征在于,所述球磨机所用磨球为氧化铝球或者氧化锆球,所述氧化铝球或者氧化锆球的直径为3mm。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的超细中药粉体制备工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤3)在球磨前还加入防霉剂,所述防霉剂为食品级山梨酸钾。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的超细中药粉体制备工艺,其特征在于,所述干燥的温度为100-140℃,所述干燥的时间为24-48小时。
