本发明公开了一种以自然药物为原料熬制而成的治疗腰椎间盘突出的膏剂及其制备方法。该膏药包含以下质量份数的药物成分：木鳖子、马钱子(制)、栀子、骨碎补、当归、牙皂、白芨、白蔹、川乌、草乌、乌药、连翘、苦参、大黄、乳香、没药各25‑‑35份；血竭、儿茶、雄黄、樟脑15‑‑25份，麝香0.5‑‑1.5份；黄丹1000份，芝麻油2000份。最佳质量配比是：木鳖子、马钱子(制)、栀子、骨碎补、当归、牙皂、白芨、白蔹、川乌、草乌、乌药、连翘、苦参、大黄、乳香、没药各30份，血竭，儿茶、雄黄、樟脑各20份，麝香1份，黄丹1000份，芝麻油2000份。该膏药采用传统炮制方法，有效成分溶于浓缩的麻油中，敷贴于皮肤后，药力经皮肤毛孔吸收，到达机体所需部位，消炎止痛，活血化瘀，通经活络，加强身体自我修复功能，从而治愈腰间盘突出。见效快，效果高，不复发。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗腰椎间盘突出的药物，具体说是一种以自然药物为原料制备的中药膏剂。
背景技术
腰椎间盘突出是一种多发病、常见病，老中青年龄段男女皆时又有发生，轻则俯仰转辗受限，重则腰弯背驼成罗锅状，生活生产严重受限。以西医手术、牵引术费工费时，效果不理想。尽管目前也已问世一些治疗的丹、散、膏药，经考察疗效亦不尽如人意，有的膏药易引起过敏等副作用。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足，本发明提供了一种治疗腰椎间盘突出的膏药，可以有效、快速治疗腰椎间盘突出，而且使用方便，成本低廉。
为解决该技术问题，本发明由如下质量配比的原料组成：
(一类)木鳖子、马钱子(制)、栀子、骨碎补、当归、牙皂、白芨、白蔹、川乌、草乌、乌药、连翘、苦参、大黄、乳香、没药，以上十六味均各为25-35份
(二类)血竭、雄黄、樟脑、儿茶四味中药各为15-25份，麝香0.5-1.5份
(三类)黄丹1000份，芝麻油2000份。
本发明药物的最佳质量配比是：
本发明同现有的技术相比具有益效果为：本发明采用的药材原料中，木鳖子：消炎止疼，散寒通络，消肿散结；马钱子(制)：通络止痛，接骨续伤、散结消肿；栀子：消肿止痛，凉血解毒；骨碎补：补骨强骨，活血续；当归：补血，止痛等。牙皂：通窍开闭，散结消肿；白芨：收敛止血，消肿生肌；白蔹：清热解毒，散结生肌；川乌：散寒止疼，祛风除湿；草乌：温；止疼，祛风除湿；乌药：行气温经，温肾散寒；连翘：清热解毒，疏散风热；苦参：清热燥湿等；大黄：活血祛瘀，清热泻火，解毒止血等；乳香：活血行气，止疼，消肿生肌；没药：活血止疼，消肿生肌；血竭：活血疗伤，止血生肌；儿茶：活血疗伤，止血生；雄黄：解毒除湿等；樟脑：温散止疼，除湿等；麝香：活血通经，开窍止疼；黄丹：拔毒生肌，止粘液分泌。芝麻油：解毒生肌，滋润，溶融各种有机、无机物。
将上述药物按照本发明质量配比进行配伍，熬成药膏，可起到强肾壮骨，通经络，消肿止痛，修复椎间纤维环的作用，进而令突出的椎间盘复位到椎间盘正常位置。是利用本发明药物固本扶正，增强机体自我修复功能，从而达到治愈椎间盘突出的目的。
具体实施方式：
把(一)类药物放进瓷盆盛放的麻油中浸泡三天，再倒入砂锅中慢火炸枯，去渣，用细棉布过滤；然后再倒入砂锅内快火熬制，待药液“滴水成珠”状，停火。依次倒入研制为细末的炒黄丹、血竭、儿茶、雄黄、樟脑、麝香。在熬制过程中，用国槐木棒沿逆时针一个方向搅拌均匀。最后将药液倒入干净的凉水中，揉搓拉抻数次，捞出晾干。切成30克之块，摊在15X12公分的白棉布上，再对折棉布合起来，备用。用时放火上稍烘烤至药膏软化，把对折的底布拉分开，敷于患处，轻揉令其与体表充份接触。
本发明药物，一贴敷用四天，三贴为一疗程。经临床应用，一般患者一至二天内即见效，疼痛减轻，症状改善，一个疗程就治愈；重症患者，二至三个疗程亦可愈。该药物对腰肌劳损，磨腰等腰部损伤也有较好的疗效。
实施例：一种治疗腰椎间盘突出的膏药，由如下质量配比的原料制成：木鳖子、马钱子(制)、栀子、骨碎补、当归、牙皂、白芨、白蔹、川乌、草乌、乌药、连翘、苦参、大黄、乳香、没药各30份，血竭，儿茶、雄黄、樟脑各20份，麝香1份，黄丹1000份，芝麻油2000份。每份为1克.。
病例一：钟XX，女，25岁.。2015年4月在打工工地跌倒，致使腰部受伤疼痛不止，直不起腰来。经当地医院诊查，确诊为腰椎间盘突出，随住院牵引治疗一月，效果不佳。后来在我处治疗，采用本发明膏药予以贴敷，四天一换，连贴三贴，效果明显，已能弯腰至120度；又贴一疗程，自我感觉治愈，X光片检查，症状已失。随访年余，未再有不适。
病例二、；李某某，男40岁。2016年6月在扛小麦袋子装车过程中扭伤，当即腰部疼痛，俯仰行走困难。经骨科医生手法理疗，效果不明显，又经过注射仍不见效。7月初，来我处，经诊断为腰椎间盘突出，即敷用本发明膏药，四天一换，一疗程后，扶杖可行；二疗程后，弃拐杖，腰部稍有不适。三疗程后，自诉痊愈。

1.一种治疗腰椎间盘突出的膏药，其特征在于由以下质量配比制成：木鳖子、马钱子(制)、栀子、骨碎补、当归、牙皂、白芨、白蔹、川乌、草乌、乌药、连翘、苦参、大黄、乳香、没药各25---35份；血竭，儿茶、雄黄、樟脑15---25份；麝香0.5---1.5份；黄丹1000份，芝麻油2000份。
