As shown in fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, the number of the stir-frying ribs 4 may be set according to actual use requirements, such as 1, 2, 3, and 4, and in order to satisfy a good stir-frying effect of the stir-frying pan of the cooking machine and simplify the structure, so as to reduce the cost, preferably, the number of the stir-frying ribs 4 in the embodiment is 4, and the 4 stir-frying ribs are distributed in a transmission shape on the inner wall of the stir-frying pan 3.
Referring to fig. 6 to 8, in the embodiment of the present invention, when the wok 3 is turned or turned upside down, since the wok 3 is firmly connected to the motor 2 through the flange assembly 1, the flange assembly 1 and the driving device 2 can be ensured to be turned or turned upside down synchronously during the turning or turning process of the wok 3, so as to perform different cooking operations at different stations, thereby simulating the operation of turning the spoon during manual cooking.

When the frying pan 3 is replaced, the separation of the frying pan 3 and the driving device 2 can be completed only by quickly detaching the first flange 11 from the second flange 12, so that the quick detachment of the frying pan 3 is realized; connect new frying pan 3 on second flange 12 through 11 detachably of first flange again, can realize that frying pan 3 installs fast on drive arrangement 2 through flange subassembly 1 to realize frying pan 3's quick replacement, and then improve the work efficiency of cooking machine.

Claims (25)

1. A wok assembly for realizing quick replacement of a wok is characterized by comprising a flange assembly, a driving device and a wok, wherein the flange assembly comprises a first flange, a second flange and at least one elastic piece; the first flange is provided with a first through hole penetrating through the upper surface and the lower surface of the first flange, the second flange is provided with a first accommodating groove, the bottom of the first accommodating groove is provided with at least one positioning pin, and the elastic member is sleeved on the positioning pin;
when the first flange is clamped on the second flange, one end of the elastic piece penetrates through the first through hole and abuts against the bottom of the wok, the other end of the elastic piece abuts against the bottom of the first accommodating groove, so that the wok is quickly installed on the driving device through the flange assembly, the elastic piece is pressed by the bottom of the wok, after the bayonet lock is connected with the bayonet lock, the elastic piece generates upward supporting force on the wok due to reaction force, and the bayonet lock is firmly clamped on the bayonet lock; when the frying pan is replaced, the first flange is detached from the second flange, so that the frying pan is quickly separated from the driving device.
2. The wok assembly of claim 1, wherein there are 2 elastic members and 2 positioning pins, and the elastic members and the positioning pins are in a one-to-one correspondence.
3. The wok assembly of claim 1 wherein said resilient member is a spring.
4. The wok assembly of claim 1, wherein the side of the first flange is provided with at least one bayonet, and the side of the second flange is provided with at least one bayonet, and the bayonet is clamped with the bayonet.
5. The wok assembly of claim 1, wherein the side of the first flange is provided with at least one bayonet, the side of the second flange is provided with at least one bayonet, and the bayonet is clamped with the bayonet.
6. The wok assembly of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the bayonet is U-shaped; one end of the bayonet is a closed port, and the other end of the bayonet is an open port;

8. The wok assembly of claim 7, wherein the number of said bayonets is 3, 4 or 5, and the bayonets and said bayonets are in a one-to-one correspondence.
9. The wok assembly of claim 8 wherein said bayonet is 4, 4 of said bayonet being arranged in a circle on a side of said first flange, and correspondingly 4 of said bayonet being arranged in a circle on a side of said second flange.
10. The wok assembly of claim 8, wherein said bayonets are 4, 4 of said bayonets being arranged in a circle on the side of said first flange, and correspondingly, 4 of said bayonets being arranged in a circle on the side of said second flange.
11. The wok assembly of claim 1, wherein the flange assembly further comprises a bomb-pressing inner cover and a bomb-pressing outer cover, the bomb-pressing outer cover comprises a base, the bomb-pressing outer cover is fixedly connected to the bottom of the first containing groove of the second flange through the base, the bomb-pressing outer cover is provided with a second through hole penetrating through the upper surface and the lower surface of the bomb-pressing outer cover, and the bomb-pressing outer cover is sleeved on the bomb-pressing inner cover through the second through hole; first flange with during the second flange joint, through the elastic component to it exerts ascending holding power to press the bullet inner cup, makes it supports and leans on to press the bullet inner cup on the bottom of frying pan, thereby makes it is right to press the bullet inner cup the bottom of frying pan produces ascending holding power.

The wok assembly of claim 11, wherein the outer wall of the inner bomb cover is provided with a first annular flange, the inner bomb cover is further provided with a second receiving groove, the outer bomb cover comprises a base and a first boss arranged on the base, and the inner wall of the second through hole is provided with a second annular flange; the elastic piece is provided with a first containing groove, a second containing groove and a first annular flange, the elastic piece is provided with a second annular flange, the first annular flange and the second annular flange are opposite and arranged below the first annular flange, and the elastic piece is provided with an elastic piece; when the first flange is clamped on the second flange, one end of the elastic piece is abutted against the bottom of the wok through the bottom of the second accommodating groove.
13. The wok assembly of claim 12 wherein said first annular flange is disposed opposite and below said second annular flange.
14. The wok assembly of claim 13 wherein said first annular flange is snap-fit with said second annular flange.
15. The wok assembly of claim 12, wherein the bottom of the base is provided with a third through hole penetrating through the upper and lower surfaces thereof, the bottom of the first receiving groove is provided with a fourth through hole, and the third through hole is connected to the fourth through hole by a first screw.
16. The wok assembly of claim 11 or 12, wherein the flange assembly further comprises a guide member, the guide member is provided with a third receiving groove, and the guide member is sleeved and connected to the bomb inner cover through the third receiving groove;
the side wall of the guide part is in contact with the side wall of the first through hole so as to guide the inner pressing and ejecting cover to enter the first through hole.
17. The wok assembly of claim 16 wherein the upper portion of the guide is frustoconically shaped.
18. The wok assembly of claim 16, wherein the inner cover of the bomb is provided with a fifth through hole, the bottom of the third receiving groove is provided with a sixth through hole penetrating through the bottom of the third receiving groove, and the sixth through hole is connected to the fifth through hole through a second screw.
19. The wok assembly of claim 1 wherein said drive means is a motor and said second flange has a first coupling hole in a bottom portion thereof, said second flange being rotatably coupled to an output shaft of said motor through said first coupling hole.
20. The wok assembly of claim 19 wherein the first coupling aperture is hexagonal in cross-section and correspondingly the output shaft of the motor is hexagonal in cross-section.
21. The wok assembly of claim 19 wherein the bottom of the second flange is provided with a third boss, the third boss being provided with a second coupling hole, the second flange being rotatably coupled to the output shaft of the motor through the second coupling hole.
22. The wok assembly of claim 1, wherein the bottom of the first flange is provided with at least one mounting hole extending through the upper and lower surfaces thereof, and the wok bottom is provided with at least one stud detachably connected to the mounting hole.
23. The wok assembly of claim 22 wherein the number of studs is 3, 4 or 5, the number of mounting holes corresponds to 3, 4 or 5, and the studs and mounting holes are in a one-to-one correspondence.
24. The wok assembly of claim 1, wherein the inner wall of the wok is provided with at least one stir-fry rib.
25. The wok assembly of claim 24 wherein the number of said stir-fry ribs is 3 or 4 and 3 or 4 of said stir-fry ribs are distributed in a radiating pattern on the inner wall of said wok.
