The technical solution of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides an air fryer 1000, and the air fryer 1000 may also be an air oven or other cooking appliances using a fan, which is not limited in this application.
Firstly, as the heat pipe and the fan which are cooking components of the air fryer are positioned above the cooking cavity, food residues and oil stains are inevitably splashed on the fan in the use process, the fan in the prior art is generally fixedly connected to a rotating shaft of a motor, and the fan is difficult to disassemble and assemble, and in the application, when the fan component 100 needs to be cleaned, the fan component 100 can be quickly and conveniently disassembled from the rotating shaft 200, so that the cleaning efficiency is effectively improved; after the fan assembly 100 is cleaned, the fan assembly 100 may be reassembled with the shaft 200, such that the shaft 200 drives the fan assembly 100 to rotate to achieve the desired functionality of the air fryer 1000.
Secondly, since the type and size of the fan greatly affect the cooking effect, the detachable manner of the fan assembly 100 provided by the present application also provides a convenient manner for the rapid replacement of the fan, for example, when the wind direction needs to be changed, the exchange between the axial flow fan and the centrifugal fan can be performed; when the air volume needs to be changed, the fans with different sizes can be exchanged.
The rotating shaft 200 may be an output shaft of the driving motor, and the rotating shaft 200 may also be a transmission shaft in transmission connection with the driving motor. In other embodiments, the shaft 200 may be another shaft. The present embodiment will be described taking the rotating shaft 200 as an output shaft of the drive motor as an example.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the fan assembly 100 includes a fan mounting base 10 and a blade body 20, wherein the blade body 20 is mounted on the fan mounting base 10. For example, blade body 20 and fan mount 10 may be screwed, glued, welded, fastened, or otherwise assembled together.
The fan blade body 20 is provided with a through hole 21 for rotating shaft, and the through hole 21 is suitable for matching with the rotating shaft 200, so that the rotating shaft 200 can drive the fan assembly 100 to rotate through the fan blade body 20.
The shaft through hole 21 may be substantially elliptical, triangular, quadrilateral, pentagonal, hexagonal or other shapes, and the shaft 200 has a shaft section matching the shaft through hole 21. For example, the through hole 21 may be substantially regular hexagonal, and the shaft 200 has a shaft section substantially in the shape of regular hexagonal prism.
The fan mounting base 10 includes a base 11, a first detachable component 12 and a second detachable component 13, wherein the first detachable component 12 and the second detachable component 13 are movably mounted on the base 11. The first detachable part 12 and the second detachable part 13 can be mutually matched to clamp the rotating shaft 200, so that the fan mounting seat 10 is not easy to be separated from the rotating shaft 200. The first and second detachable members 12 and 13 can also be mutually matched to release the rotating shaft 200, so that the fan mounting base 10 can be detached from the rotating shaft 200.
The housing 11 may be generally cylindrical in configuration or other shape. The fan mounting base 10 can be assembled with the fan blade main body 20 through the base body 11.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the first detachable component 12 includes a first operating portion 121 and a first clamping portion 122, the first operating portion 121 facilitates a user to operate the first detachable component 12, and the first clamping portion 122 is adapted to cooperate with the rotating shaft 200.
The first operating portion 121 is connected to the first clamping portion 122. For example, the first operating portion 121 and the first clamping portion 122 may be an integral structure, and both may be formed by a mold. For another example, the first operating portion 121 and the first clamping portion 122 may be two separate structures, and they may be fixed together by screwing, gluing, welding, fastening or other methods after being formed separately.
The second detachable member 13 includes a second operating portion 131 and a second clamping portion 132, the second operating portion 131 facilitates the user to operate the second detachable member 13, and the second clamping portion 132 is adapted to cooperate with the rotating shaft 200.
The second operating portion 131 is connected to the second clamping portion 132. For example, the second operating portion 131 and the second clamping portion 132 may be an integral structure, and both may be molded together by a mold. For another example, the second operating portion 131 and the second clamping portion 132 may be two separate structures, and they may be formed separately and then fixed together by screwing, gluing, welding, fastening or other means.
The second clamping portion 132 and the first clamping portion 122 form a rotating shaft clamping space 14 therebetween, and the rotating shaft clamping space 14 can accommodate the rotating shaft 200 so that the rotating shaft 200 can be matched with the first clamping portion 122 and the second clamping portion 132. The shaft clamping space 14 can be opposite to the shaft through hole 21, so that when the fan assembly 100 is assembled to the shaft 200, the shaft 200 can pass through the shaft through hole 21 and be located in the shaft clamping space 14, thereby facilitating the first clamping portion 122 and the second clamping portion 132 to clamp the shaft 200 in a matching manner.
The second clamping portion 132 is located between the first clamping portion 122 and the first operating portion 121, and the first clamping portion 122 is located between the second clamping portion 132 and the second operating portion 131.
The second operation portion 131 can drive the second clamping portion 132 to expand the size of the rotating shaft clamping space 14, for example, by pressing the second operation portion 131, the second operation portion 131 drives the second clamping portion 132 to move in a direction away from the first clamping portion 122. The first operation portion 121 can drive the first clamping portion 122 to expand the size of the rotating shaft clamping space 14, for example, by pressing the first operation portion 121, the first operation portion 121 drives the first clamping portion 122 to move in a direction away from the second clamping portion 132.
Therefore, the user can conveniently detach the fan mounting base 10 from the rotating shaft 200 for cleaning by operating the first operating part 121 and the second operating part 131 to make the first clamping part 122 and the second clamping part 132 loosen the rotating shaft 200 together, the cleaning operation is facilitated to be simplified, and the problem that the cleaning cannot be performed due to the fact that tools are inconvenient to use and disassemble in a narrow space is solved.
After the cleaning operation is completed, the fan mount 10 may be re-engaged with the rotation shaft 200. For example, the rotating shaft 200 may be placed in the rotating shaft clamping space 14, and then the first operating portion 121 is pulled to drive the first clamping portion 122 to move toward the second clamping portion 132, and the second operating portion 131 is pulled to drive the second clamping portion 132 to move toward the first clamping portion 122, so that the rotating shaft clamping space 14 is gradually reduced, so that the first clamping portion 122 and the second clamping portion 132 can clamp the rotating shaft 200.
In addition, because the first detachable component 12 and the second detachable component 13 are the reverse mounting structure, when the rotating shaft 200 drives the fan mounting seat 10 to rotate, the first detachable component 12 can drive the first clamping portion 122 to move toward the second clamping portion 132 under the action of centrifugal force, and the second detachable component 13 can drive the second clamping portion 132 to move toward the first clamping portion 122 under the action of centrifugal force, which is helpful for further reducing the size of the rotating shaft clamping space 14, so that the rotating shaft 200 can be clamped more firmly by the first clamping portion 122 and the second clamping portion 132, and the fan mounting seat 10 is not easy to separate from the rotating shaft 200.
In some embodiments, the first operating part 121 may include a first operating block 1211 and a first connecting rod 1212, the first connecting rod 1212 being connected to the first grip part 122 and the first operating block 1211. The first connecting rod 1212 and the first clamping portion 122 may be connected at an angle, for example, the first clamping portion 122 may have a substantially rod-shaped structure, the first connecting rod 1212 may be connected to an end of the first clamping portion 122, and the first clamping portion 122 and the first connecting rod 1212 may be substantially perpendicular to each other. Thus, the first detachable member 12 is reasonably designed, which facilitates the first clamping portion 122 of the first detachable member 12 to be conveniently arranged between the second clamping portion 132 and the second operating portion 131.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, in some embodiments, the base 11 may be provided with a first mounting hole 111 and a second mounting hole 112, and the first mounting hole 111 is opposite to the second mounting hole 112.
The first operation portion 121 can be movably inserted through the first installation hole 111 along the radial direction of the seat body 11 and exposed out of the seat body 11, for example, the first operation block 1211 can be movably inserted through the first installation hole 111 along the radial direction of the seat body 11 and exposed out of the seat body 11. The first connecting rod 1212 can be located in the housing 11, and the first clamping portion 122 can be located in the housing 11. Therefore, the user can conveniently operate the first operating portion 121, and the first connecting rod 1212, the first clamping portion 122 and other structures are reasonably arranged at the position of the seat body 11, so that the dirt is not easily adhered to the first connecting rod 1212, the first clamping portion 122 and other structures.
The second operation portion 131 can movably penetrate through the second installation hole 112 along the radial direction of the seat body 11 and is exposed out of the seat body 11, for example, the second operation block 1311 can movably penetrate through the second installation hole 112 along the radial direction of the seat body 11 and is exposed out of the seat body 11. The second connecting rod 1312 may be located in the seat body 11, and the second clamping portion 132 may be located in the seat body 11. Therefore, the user can conveniently operate the second operation portion 131, and the second connecting rod 1312, the second clamping portion 132 and other structures are reasonably arranged at the position of the seat body 11, so that dirt is not easily adhered to the second connecting rod 1312, the second clamping portion 132 and other structures.
In some embodiments, the bottom surface 113 of the seat 11 may be provided with a shaft-avoiding groove 114, and the shaft-avoiding groove 114 may be opposite to the shaft-clamping space 14. Thus, the shaft avoiding groove 114 helps to prevent the seat 11 from blocking the shaft 200, so that the shaft 200 can smoothly extend into the shaft clamping space 14.
In some embodiments, the rotating shaft 200 may be provided with an annular groove 201, and when the fan assembly 100 is assembled on the rotating shaft 200, the first clamping portion 122 and the second clamping portion 132 may be embedded in the annular groove 201, so that the fan mount 10 is not easily separated from the rotating shaft 200, which helps to improve the stability of the connection between the fan assembly 100 and the rotating shaft 200.
The fan mount 10 may be provided with a reset feature to facilitate resetting of the first and second removable members 12, 13. For example, the fan mount 10 may further include a first elastic member 15 and a second elastic member 16. The first elastic element 15 can be located in the seat body 11, the first elastic element 15 is connected to the first detachable component 12, and the first elastic element 15 is adapted to provide a force for the first clamping portion 122 to move toward the second clamping portion 132. The second elastic element 16 can be located in the seat body 11, the second elastic element 16 is connected to the second detachable member 13, and the second elastic element 16 is adapted to provide a force for moving the second clamping portion 132 toward the second clamping portion 132.
In the process of mounting the fan mounting base 10 on the rotating shaft 200, the first operating portion 121 and the second operating portion 131 may be pressed in advance, so that the first clamping portion 122 and the second clamping portion 132 expand the rotating shaft clamping space 14. After the rotating shaft 200 is placed in the rotating shaft clamping space 14, the first operating portion 121 and the second operating portion 131 can be released, the first clamping portion 122 can be driven by the first elastic member 15 to move, and the second clamping portion 132 can be driven by the second elastic member 16, so that the first clamping portion 122 and the second clamping portion 132 together reduce the rotating shaft clamping space 14 and clamp the rotating shaft 200.
In addition, when the fan mounting base 10 needs to be detached from the rotating shaft 200, the first operating portion 121 and the second operating portion 131 can be pressed again, so that the first clamping portion 122 and the second clamping portion 132 expand the rotating shaft clamping space 14, and the first clamping portion 122 and the second clamping portion 132 can be detached from the rotating shaft 200.
Through the above-mentioned mutual cooperation of first elastic component 15 and second elastic component 16, the installation and the dismantlement of fan mount pad 10 and pivot 200 can be accomplished in the one-hand operation of the user of being convenient for, and the operation is comparatively simple, convenient.
The first elastic member 15 may be a compression spring. For example, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, one end of the first elastic member 15 may be connected to the first clamping portion 122, and the other end of the first elastic member 15 may be connected to the second operating portion 131, with the first elastic member 15 being in a compressed state. In this way, the first elastic member 15 is helped to provide the first clamping portion 122 with a force to move toward the second clamping portion 132.
In other embodiments, the first elastic element 15 may be of other types. For example, the first elastic member 15 may be a tension spring. One end of the first elastic member 15 may be connected to the first clamping portion 122, and the other end of the first elastic member 15 may be connected to the second clamping portion 132 or the seat body 11, with the first elastic member 15 being in tension. In this way, the first elastic element 15 also provides the first clamping portion 122 with a force to move towards the second clamping portion 132.
The second elastic member 16 may be a compression spring. For example, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, one end of the second elastic member 16 may be connected to the second clamping portion 132, and the other end of the second elastic member 16 may be connected to the first operating portion 121, with the second elastic member 16 being in a compressed state. In this way, the second elastic member 16 is helped to provide the second clamping portion 132 with a force moving towards the first clamping portion 122.
In other embodiments, the second elastic member 16 may be of other types. For example, the second elastic member 16 may be a tension spring. One end of the second elastic member 16 can be connected to the second clamping portion 132, and the other end of the second elastic member 16 can be connected to the first clamping portion 122 or the seat body 11, and the second elastic member 16 is under tension. As such, the second elastic member 16 also preferably provides a force to the second clamping portion 132 to move toward the first clamping portion 122.
It is understood that the first detachable member 12 and the second detachable member 13 can be manually operated without the fan mounting base 10 having the above-described returning structure of the first elastic member 15, the second elastic member 16, and the like. For example, when the fan mounting base 10 needs to be detached from the rotating shaft 200, the first operating portion 121 and the second operating portion 131 can be manually pressed to release the rotating shaft 200 from the first clamping portion 122 and the second clamping portion 132. For example, when the fan mounting base 10 needs to be remounted with the rotating shaft 200, the first operating portion 121 and the second operating portion 131 can be manually pulled out of the base 11, so that the first clamping portion 122 and the second clamping portion 132 clamp the rotating shaft 200 again.
Referring to fig. 2 and 5, in some embodiments, the first detachable component 12 may further include a first position-limiting portion 123, and the first position-limiting portion 123 may have a substantially plate-shaped structure. The first position-limiting portion 123 can be connected to the first operation portion 121, for example, the first position-limiting portion 123 can be connected to the first operation block 1211. The first position-limiting portion 123 may be located in the seat body 11. The first position-limiting portion 123 can limit the first operating portion 121 to move along the exterior of the seat 11, which helps to prevent the first detachable component 12 from separating from the seat 11.
The first position-limiting portion 123 can abut against the bottom surface 113 of the base 11, so that the first position-limiting portion 123 can support the first operating portion 121 during the process of moving the first operating portion 121 along the base 11, so that the first detachable component 12 can move more stably.
In some embodiments, the second detachable member 13 may further include a second position-limiting portion 133, and the second position-limiting portion 133 may have a substantially plate-shaped structure. The second position-limiting portion 133 may be connected to the second operating portion 131, for example, the second position-limiting portion 133 may be connected to the second operating block 1311. The second position-limiting portion 133 can be located in the seat body 11. The second limiting portion 133 can limit the second operating portion 131 from moving along the exterior of the housing 11, which helps to prevent the second detachable component 13 from separating from the housing 11.
The second position-limiting portion 133 can abut against the bottom surface 113 of the base 11, so that the second operation portion 131 can be supported by the second position-limiting portion 133 during the process of moving the second operation portion 131 along the base 11, so that the second detachable component 13 can move more smoothly.
