Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of biological control of crop pests, and particularly relates to a composition for controlling beet armyworm and application thereof.
Background
Beet armyworm (Spodoptera exigua Hubner) belongs to Lepidoptera and Spodoptera, is a worldwide intractable pest, has many generations of generation, fast feeding and hybrid propagation and heavy harm, has over 100 host plants, and is also favored to eat various vegetables and Chinese medicinal materials besides small coarse cereals such as soybean, corn and the like. The yield loss of the soybean damaged by beet armyworm is generally 20-30 percent and can reach more than 80 percent at most, and the healthy development of the soybean industry is seriously influenced.
In recent years, due to the influence of trade barriers, the domestic soybean demand is increasing, so that the soybean planting area in China is also increasing year by year, and the occurrence of asparagus caterpillars is aggravated year by year. In recent years, the hazard occurrence of the asparagus caterpillars in the cities is on the rise, the occurrence area is enlarged year by year, the hazard area reaches 2.6 ten thousand mu and accounts for 81 percent of the planting area of the soybeans, and generally, one hundred plants in a plot have 130-240 heads of the asparagus caterpillars and more than 500 heads of the serious plot. Because of the increase of pest resistance and serious environmental pollution caused by long-term dependence on chemical control, and because of the shortage of rural labor force, the flourishing growth of plants in the middle and later periods of soybeans, the failure of chemical agent spray control to achieve expected effects and the like, the yield of soybeans is reduced to different degrees, the beet armyworm control is always the key and difficult point of plant protection work, the economic loss caused each year is huge, the traditional control mode adopts chemical pesticides, not only high residual pesticides are generated, pests have the problems of drug resistance, environmental pollution and the like, but also the harm to people and livestock is far more than that.
In recent years, a new pest control technology for controlling pests by using a food attractant or a sex attractant is more and more widely applied, and compared with chemical pesticides, the technology does not generate the problems of high residue, drug resistance, environmental pollution and the like, and is safer for people and livestock. The technology not only has control effect on beet armyworm, but also has trapping and killing effect on various lepidoptera, coleopteran and orthopteran pests such as prodenia litura, cotton bollworm, cabbage armyworm, chafer, mole cricket and the like. The technology relies on the omnibearing three-dimensional coverage of smell in the air, and overcomes the defect that blind areas exist when chemical prevention and control are not timely performed. However, the control effect of the pests can be greatly improved by using the food attractant and the sex attractant to cooperatively control the asparagus caterpillars in the soybean field, and the technology is not reported yet.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the composition for preventing and controlling the beet armyworm by combining the sex attractant and the food attractant, the composition has ideal prevention and control effect, reduces the harm of the beet armyworm to soybeans, and has remarkable economic benefit and ecological benefit.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a composition for preventing and treating beet armyworm is composed of a food attractant and a sex attractant according to a mass ratio of 7: 1-3; the food attractant comprises the following effective components: linalool, citric acid, beta caryophyllene and cis-folic alcohol acetate; the active ingredients of the sex attractant are (cis, trans) -9, 12-tetradecadienol acetate and (cis) -9-tetradecenol.
On the basis of the scheme, the food attractant is composed of linalool, citric acid, beta caryophyllene and cis-form acetic acid phyllyl ester according to the mass ratio of 4:4:3: 3.
On the basis of the scheme, the sex attractant consists of (cis, trans) -9, 12-tetradecadienol acetate and (cis) -9-tetradecenol according to the mass ratio of 1: 1.
On the basis of the scheme, the mass ratio of the food attractant to the sex attractant is 7: 2.
The composition is applied to preventing and treating the asparagus caterpillars in farmland.
On the basis of the scheme, the farmland is any one of a soybean field, a peanut field, a corn field and a tobacco field.
A method for preventing and treating beet armyworm in farmland comprises dissolving the above composition in 95% ethanol, dripping onto cotton ball to obtain lure core, placing the lure core in a trap, and trapping when beet armyworm imago eclosion is active.
The technical scheme of the invention has the advantages that: the food attractant and the sex attractant are combined to cooperatively prevent and control the asparagus caterpillars in the soybean field, so that the environment pollution caused by pesticide is avoided, the prevention and control effect is ideal, the harm of the asparagus caterpillars to soybeans is reduced, and the economic benefit and the ecological benefit are obvious.

Detailed Description
Terms used in the present invention have generally meanings as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art, unless otherwise specified.
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following data in conjunction with specific examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention in any way.
At the beginning of the experiment, the formulas of the examples 1 to 5 of the invention are respectively dissolved in 50ml of 95% ethanol, and 10ml of solution is dripped into each absorbent cotton ball to prepare the lure. Suspending the lure in a central location within the trap; placing the seeds in the field at a rate of 17:30 per night to 8:00 in the morning of the next day; when hanging, the height of the trap from the top of the crop is 30 cm-50 cm; the application time is started when the eclosion of the beet armyworm imagoes is performed.
1-3 days before the peak of emergence of pests, or when a large number of adult pests appear, 5 traps are hung per mu, the traps are arranged in an equilateral triangle (the interval between every two traps is 50m), white pest sticking plates are pasted in the traps, and the traps are replaced at regular time every day; dissolving the attractant formula, dropwise adding the dissolved attractant formula onto a cotton ball with the diameter of 3cm, placing the cotton ball into the center of a triangular trapper, hanging the trapper at a distance of 30-50 cm from the top of a crop, keeping the height consistent, hanging for 7 months, 20 days to 8 months, 25 days, and counting the number of target pests, namely beet armyworms, caught every day.
