And step S32, cutting the hammer set into a preset number of hammers according to a second preset thickness.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the first predetermined thickness is the thickness of the hammer set in the z-direction. The second predetermined thickness is a thickness of a single hammer in the z-direction. The first preset thickness is an integral multiple of the second preset thickness, and the hammer set is cut according to the second preset thickness to obtain the preset number of hammers. As shown in fig. 4, one hammer 41, another hammer, and still another hammer 43, etc. are obtained in this order by cutting in the z direction by a second preset thickness.
In one embodiment, the hammer set further comprises a hammer set body, and one or more holes are formed in the hammer set body. The holes in the hammer set body correspond to one or more holes 121a in fig. 1.

The hammer set connecting body is provided with connecting holes corresponding to the connecting holes 131 in fig. 2.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises attaching a pad to the other end of the hammer set body.
In one embodiment, the first predetermined thickness is equal to or greater than three times the thickness of the single hammer in the z-direction.
In one embodiment, the first predetermined thickness is an integer multiple of the thickness of the single hammer in the z-direction.
As shown in fig. 5, in one embodiment, the hammer groups are tapered in the hammer width direction, i.e., in the y direction, and the width of the hammer groups in the y direction thereof along the z direction is tapered, which results in hammers having different widths in the y direction after cutting. That is, the width of one hammer 51, the other hammer 52 and the further hammer 53 in the y direction is different, and the thickness in the z direction is the same.
As shown in fig. 6, in one embodiment, the hammer group is cut by a second preset thickness in the z direction to obtain one hammer 61, another hammer 62 and still another hammer 63 in turn, and the length of the hammer 61, the another hammer 62 and the still another hammer 63 in the x direction and the thickness in the z direction are the same.
In summary, the piano hammer and the method for manufacturing the piano hammer of the invention are free from the maintenance of the hammer, and the hammer is made of elastic materials, including but not limited to plastics, rubber or resin. Due to the presence of one or more holes, the hammer is elastically deformed. The shape and uneven wall thickness of the hammer are designed to influence the deformation degree, so that the proper elasticity of the hammer is obtained. The hammer further comprises a striking pad made of elastic materials, including but not limited to plastics and rubber. The beating pad is made of elastic materials, and the requirements of maintenance and repair of the hammer caused by temperature and humidity and long-time beating or long-time standing are avoided.
