本发明公开了一种外墙保温装饰一体板施工工艺，属于保温装饰施工领域，包括下列步骤：外墙尺寸测量；外墙固定点螺纹打孔；胶黏剂均匀涂抹；保温装饰板安装；缝隙填充；本发明施工工艺简易，大大减短施工工期，且通过螺丝与胶黏剂多重固定保温装饰板，防止保温装饰板进行开裂，同时保温装饰板周围进行缝隙填充，防止保温装饰板四周起泡，容易掉落。

本发明属于保温装饰施工技术领域，具体涉及一种外墙保温装饰一体板施工工艺。
背景技术
保温装饰一体板是在工厂预制成型的具有外墙保温功能的板材，由保温材料与装饰材料复合而成，用于贴挂在建筑外墙面，具有保温和装饰功能。保温装饰一体化体系能克服当前其它外墙外保温节能系统的手工施工效率低，容易开裂，装饰性差，使用寿命短等缺点，是一种综合性价比优越的外墙外保温节能体系。它的出现将对传统的涂料行业和保温行业产生重大的变革，具有很好的市场发展前景,它必将成为我国建筑节能行业的一个发展趋势。
而目前国内外墙保温系统普遍使用的材料有挤塑聚苯板、膨胀聚苯板、岩棉及玻璃棉板等，保温系统施工完都需要再进行外墙饰面(面砖、涂料等)施工。主要施工过程：基层处理→放线挂线→胶浆配置→安装起步托架→粘贴翻包玻纤网→粘贴保温板→安装锚栓→抹底层抹面胶浆→压入翻包及增强玻纤网→贴玻纤网并压入胶浆→抹面层抹面胶浆→修正、验收→外饰面作业。由于施工一种外墙保温装饰一体板施工方法繁多、干湿作业交替进行，保温、装饰等材料的性能差异很大，装饰面层都会出现开裂、空鼓现象，甚至出现饰面层脱落、墙体渗漏等质量问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种外墙保温装饰一体板施工工艺，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种外墙保温装饰一体板施工工艺，该外墙保温装饰一体板施工工艺包括下列步骤：
S1、外墙尺寸测量；
S2、外墙固定点螺纹打孔；
S3、胶黏剂均匀涂抹；
S4、保温装饰板安装；
S5、缝隙填充。
优选的，所述步骤S1中通过外墙尺寸的测量规划处合适的保温面板的装饰尺寸。
优选的，所述步骤S3中胶黏剂采用树脂、橡胶类及天然高分子化合物中的一种或几种。
优选的，所述步骤S5中缝隙填充采用保温装饰面板的余料进行填充，上面通过所述胶黏剂进行粘接。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：本发明施工方便，不但能缩短外墙装修施工工期，更能节省施工成本，因此在行业内使用越来越广泛，是对现有施工技术的补充和完善，推动了工程施工技术的发展，同时本施工方案有效解决了外墙保温系统的开裂、外墙保温系统的空鼓、外墙保温系统保温性能差三个施工难点，消除了墙面渗水之忧，延长了建筑的使用寿命。
