本发明涉及塑料领域技术,尤其是指一种不加着色剂调出瓷白色的塑料配方。
背景技术
瓷白色是塑料制品的一个很重要的外观特性,现有技术中,瓷白色塑料只要依靠着色剂添加实现,这种着色剂添加的方式不但不环保,并且瓷白色效果也不佳。因此,有必要研究一种环保的塑料配方,并提升瓷白色效果。

有鉴于此,本发明针对现有技术存在之缺失,其主要目的是提供一种不加着色剂调出瓷白色的塑料配方,其无需使用着色剂,更环保,并且瓷白色效果更佳。

一种不加着色剂调出瓷白色的塑料配方,包括有以下重量份原料:聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯15-70份;聚苯乙烯 30-85份;苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物 0-3份;硫酸钡 0-0.8份;PE蜡 0-0.2份。
优选的,所述聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和聚苯乙烯均为透明色。

通过采用本发明配方制得塑料产品,其无需使用着色剂,更加的环保,并且瓷白色效果也更佳。

制作时,直接把上述原料混在一起进行造粒,然后使用颗粒进行注塑或挤出塑料产品。

制作时,直接把上述原料混在一起进行造粒,然后使用颗粒进行注塑或挤出塑料产品。
实施例2:
一种不加着色剂调出瓷白色的塑料配方,包括有以下重量份原料:聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯70份;聚苯乙烯 30份;苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物 0份;硫酸钡 0份;PE蜡 0份。所述聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和聚苯乙烯均为透明色。
制作时,直接把上述原料混在一起进行造粒,然后使用颗粒进行注塑或挤出塑料产品。

一种不加着色剂调出瓷白色的塑料配方,包括有以下重量份原料:聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯50份;聚苯乙烯 47.15份;苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物 2份;硫酸钡 0.7份;PE蜡 0.15份。所述聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和聚苯乙烯均为透明色。
制作时,直接把上述原料混在一起进行造粒,然后使用颗粒进行注塑或挤出塑料产品。
实施例6:
一种不加着色剂调出瓷白色的塑料配方,包括有以下重量份原料:聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯40份;聚苯乙烯 57.12份;苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物 2.5份;硫酸钡 0.1份;PE蜡 0.18份。所述聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和聚苯乙烯均为透明色。
制作时,直接把上述原料混在一起进行造粒,然后使用颗粒进行注塑或挤出塑料产品。
上述各个实施例制得的塑料产品均呈瓷白色,其中以实施例3制备得到瓷白色效果为最佳。
本发明的设计重点是:通过采用本发明配方制得塑料产品,其无需使用着色剂,更加的环保,并且瓷白色效果也更佳。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种不加着色剂调出瓷白色的塑料配方,其特征在于:所述聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和聚苯乙烯均为透明色。
