Abstract
本发明公开的骑行垫,包括:棉质无纺布表面层;设置于棉质无纺布表面层下层的绒毛浆;设置于绒毛浆下层的高分子吸水层;设置于高分子吸水层下层的透气防漏底膜;设置于透气防漏底膜下层的环保背胶,环保背胶两边分别设置防移动锁扣,其中防移动锁扣包含两条固定带,进一步加固骑行垫与内衣,确保紧密贴合。本发明提供的骑行垫,专为长途骑行的爱好者设计,适合各种身高、体重的人群,男女通用,避免传统替代品带来的尴尬,在使用时不易变形和移位,骑行体验舒适大大增强。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及坐垫技术领域,更具体地说,涉及骑行垫。
背景技术
在长途骑行过程中,骑行人员为了减少骑行裤与车座的摩擦通常会采取以下几种措施:1、外置坐垫,它的缺点是骑行裤长时间与坐垫摩擦,容易对骑行裤磨损,造成不必要的经济损失;并且骑行过程中,由于是分离结构,加速发力时人会离开坐垫,回座时容易造成不安全因素,脚容易脱落,车身晃动,造成人身伤害。2、传统骑行裤硅胶坐垫,骑行过程中有如下缺点(1)亲肤度不够,材料属于化工产品,本身有一定的化学气味,不健康。(2)出汗后,骑行裤内硅胶垫变光滑,收缩成团,在车座位置上移动,就需要骑行员下来整理,造成不完美的骑行体验。(3)出汗后,硅胶垫与身体产生摩擦,容易对皮肤造成炎症,无法解决长期骑行过程中,由于持续出汗,造成汗液堆积的问题。3、其他替代品,骑行过程中,人们会用卫生纸、棉布、卫生巾、护理垫等临时用品,存在的问题是舒适度不够,规格尺寸不是专业设计,臀部接触面积不够,容易变形,难看,男士骑行员在使用女性用品的话很尴尬。
本申请设计一款骑行垫,采用了环保棉质材质,本身没有任何刺激和异味,使用中更安全、卫生。产品为多层结构设计,内部添加高分子吸水材料,能够充分吸收骑行过程中产生的汗液,不会产生汗液堆积,不易滋生细菌,更加卫生,防移动锁扣设计,因为上面有环保背胶,能够紧密贴附在内衣上,不易移动,骑行过程中,无需经常整理,提高了骑行的舒适度,因为是专业的骑行垫,可以正常使用,本品为男女通用款,避免传统替代品带来的尴尬。。

有鉴于此,本发明提供了骑行垫,专为长途骑行的爱好者设计,适合各种身高、体重的人群,男女通用,避免传统替代品带来的尴尬,在使用时不易变形和移位,骑行体验舒适大大增强。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
骑行垫,包括:
棉质无纺布表面层;
设置于所述棉质无纺布表面层1下层的绒毛浆。
设置于所述绒毛浆下层的高分子吸水层。
设置于所述高分子吸水层下层的透气防漏底膜。
设置于所述透气防漏底膜下层的环保背胶。
优选地,在上述骑行垫中,还包括环保背胶两边分别设置防移动锁扣,其中防移动锁扣包含固定带。
从上述的技术方案可以看出,本发明提供的骑行垫,在使用时大大提高是骑行人员的舒适度和安全性,男女通用,避免传统替代品带来的尴尬,在使用时不易变形和移位。

本发明实施例提供的骑行垫,包括棉质无纺布表面层1,绒毛浆2,高分子吸水层3,透气防漏底膜4,环保背胶5,防移动锁扣6,固定带(1)、(2)。
其中,防移动锁扣6设置于环保背胶5两边,防移动锁扣6包含固定带(1)、(2)。本发明通过将骑行垫进行多层设计,表面设置为棉质无纺布表面层,亲肤透气,绒毛浆层和高分子吸水层可以吸汗、排汗,环保背胶和防移动锁扣可以互相配合确保骑行垫与内衣的紧密贴合,从而保证了骑行人员的良好骑行体验。
第一层棉质无纺布表面层具有质轻、柔软、透气、无毒、无刺激性、抗菌性等特性,与具有吸水性好、扩散迅速、柔软,有一定弹性和较好的芯垫完整性的第二层绒毛浆组合后,可以使骑行垫轻薄、透气,同时第三层高分子吸水层可以吸收骑行人员的汗液,结合第四层透气防漏底膜,可以在透气排汗的同时不浸湿内衣,第五层环保背胶质地较薄、软、粘性强、粘和牢固,和两边设置的防移动锁扣同时使用可以更好的进一步加固坐垫与内衣,确保紧密贴合。

1.骑行垫,其特征在于,包括:
棉质无纺布表面层1;
设置于所述棉质无纺布表面层1下层的绒毛浆2;
设置于所述绒毛浆2下层的高分子吸水层3;
设置于所述高分子吸水层3下层的透气防漏底膜4;
设置于所述透气防漏底膜4下层的环保背胶5。
2.根据权利要求1所述的骑行垫,其特征在于,所述环保背胶5两边分别设置防移动锁扣6,其中防移动锁扣6包含固定带(1)、(2),进一步加固骑行垫与内衣,确保紧密贴合。
