The working principle is as follows: when the boiler cleaning device is used, the controller 11 starts the electromagnet 17 in the fixed seat 1 firstly, so that a user can be attached and fixed on the outer surface of a boiler through the adsorption force of the electromagnet 17 when the fixed seat 1 is arranged on the surface of the boiler, and therefore the user can effectively limit the positioning seat 2 to the boiler surface through the serpentine tube 19 when the user does not use the positioning seat 2 to clean and remove ash and dirt on the boiler surface or limit the boiler surface through the serpentine tube 19 by taking the fixed seat 1 as the center and taking the length dimension of the serpentine tube 19 as the radius, so that the user can effectively identify the range of the cleaned boiler surface and the range of the uncleaned boiler surface when the user continues to clean the boiler surface through the cleaning mechanism 36 below the positioning seat 2 after interval or rest, the user can conveniently confirm and conveniently operate and use, the working efficiency of the user is improved, and meanwhile, the driving block 31, the convex block 34 and the scraper 33 are arranged on the driving block 31, so that a user can realize the effect of concentrating the applied force when removing the scale on the surface of the boiler through the positioning seat 2, thereby improving the effect of cleaning and removing the scale which is difficult to remove on the surface of the boiler, and through the two storage bags 26 arranged in the positioning seat 2, the user can drive the electric push rod 24 through the controller 11 to drive the pressing plate 25 to press the storage bags 26, thereby improving the pressure intensity in the storage bags 26, and simultaneously, the electromagnetic valve 22 is started through the controller 11, so that the cleaning liquid and the rust removing agent in the two storage bags 26 can be effectively conveyed into the driving block 31 through the conveying pipe 23 and discharged through the guide pipe 32, thereby the user can more conveniently and efficiently further improve the maintenance and cleaning effect on the surface of the boiler when cleaning the surface through the scraper 33, meanwhile, the motor 28 arranged on the mounting plate 21 enables a user to effectively convey high-speed airflow through the ventilation pipe 29 and the guide pipe 32 when the motor 28 is started by the controller 11 to drive the fan blades to rotate at a high speed, so that the effect of removing ash, dirt and impurities on the surface of the boiler is further improved.

Claims (1)

1. A structure for removing ash and dirt from a surface of a boiler for a thermal power plant, comprising:
a fixed seat (1);
a positioning seat (2);
the middle part of the upper surface of the fixed seat (1) is fixedly connected with a controller (11) through a bolt, the middle part of the upper surface of the inner wall of the fixed seat (1) is fixedly connected with a storage battery (12) through a bolt, and the middle part of one side of the fixed seat (1) is fixedly connected with a serpentine pipe (19) through a bolt and a clamping piece;
wherein one end of the serpentine tube (19) is fixedly connected with a positioning seat (2) through a bolt and a clamping piece, one end of the middle part of two sides of the inner wall of the positioning seat (2) is fixedly connected with a positioning block (3) through a bolt, the middle parts of the adjacent surfaces of the two positioning blocks (3) are respectively provided with a sliding groove, the sliding grooves are internally and slidably connected with a sliding block, the middle parts of the adjacent surfaces of the two positioning blocks (3) are slidably connected with a driving block (31) through a sliding groove and a sliding block, the driving block (31) is slidably connected with the positioning seat (2) through the positioning block (3), one end of the middle part of the upper surface of the driving block (31) is fixedly connected with a convex block (34) through a bolt, the middle part of the lower surface of the driving block (31) is close to one end and, a cleaning mechanism (36) is fixedly stuck on the lower surface of the positioning seat (2) through a magic tape;
the output end of the storage battery (12) is electrically connected with the input end of the controller (11), the middle part of the periphery of the inner wall of the fixed seat (1) close to the bottom end is fixedly connected with a fixed plate (14) through a bolt, the fixed plate (14) is inserted with a fixed rod (15), the bottom end of the fixed rod (15) penetrates through the fixed plate (14) and is fixedly connected with a fixed block (16) through a bolt, the middle part of the lower surface of the fixed block (16) is embedded with an electromagnet (17), the periphery of the fixed rod (15) between the fixed block (16) and the fixed plate (14) is sleeved with a reset spring (18), and two ends of the reset spring (18) are respectively welded with the;
wherein the input end of the electromagnet (17) is respectively electrically connected with the controller (11) and the output end of the storage battery (12), the inner wall of the fixing seat (1) is close to the middle part around and is fixedly connected with a partition plate (13) through a bolt, the partition plate (13) is used as a limiting device of a fixing rod (15) in the fixing seat (1), a silica gel pad is pasted on the top end of the fixing rod (15) by penetrating through the fixing plate (14), the fixing seat (1) is of a quadrangular prism shape, the partition plate (13) is used as a protective device of the storage battery (12), eighty fixing rods (15) are arranged, eighty fixing rods (15) are all located in the same plane, the fixing rods (15) are in clearance fit with the fixing plate (14), the lower surface of the electromagnet (17) and the lower surface of the fixing block (16) are located in the same plane, the device is characterized in that the middle of the periphery of the inner wall of the positioning seat (2) is fixedly connected with a mounting plate (21) through bolts, material conveying pipes (23) are inserted into two sides of the middle of the mounting plate (21), one side of the mounting plate (21) close to the four corners is fixedly connected with electric push rods (24) through bolts, one end of each two adjacent electric push rods (24) is fixedly connected with a pressing plate (25) through bolts, a storage bag (26) is adhered to one side of each two pressing plates (25), a limiting plate (27) is adhered to one side, away from the pressing plate (25), of each storage bag (26), and the periphery of each limiting plate (27) is welded with the inner wall;
the input end of the electric push rod (24) is electrically connected with the output ends of the controller (11) and the storage battery (12) respectively, electromagnetic valves (22) are fixedly connected to two sides of the middle of the mounting plate (21) through bolts, the electromagnetic valves (22) are fixedly connected with the conveying pipe (23) through flanges and bolts, and the electromagnetic valves (22) are used as starting and stopping control devices of the conveying pipe (23);
wherein, the input end of the electromagnetic valve (22) is respectively electrically connected with the controller (11) and the output end of the storage battery (12), one end of the conveying pipeline (23) penetrates through the mounting plate (21) and the limiting plate (27) and the storage bag (26) is fixedly connected with the clamping piece through bolts, the conveying pipeline (23) is communicated with the storage bag (26), the periphery of the storage bag (26) is peripherally and slidably connected with the positioning seat (2), the storage bag (26) is in clearance fit with the positioning seat (2), the storage bag (26) is made of flexible materials, a protective film is pasted on the inner wall of the storage bag (26), the storage bag (26) is used as a storage device for cleaning liquid and rust remover respectively, a fixing cover is fixedly connected with the middle part of one side of the mounting plate (21) through bolts, and a motor (28) is fixedly connected with one side of the inner wall of the fixing cover through bolts, the power output end of the motor (28) is fixedly connected with fan blades through bolts, the periphery of the other side of the inner wall of the fixed cover, which is close to the edge, is fixedly connected with a guide ring through bolts, a ventilation pipe (29) is inserted in the middle of the mounting plate (21), and one end of the ventilation pipe (29) penetrates through the fixed cover and is fixedly connected with the fixed cover through bolts;
