Abstract

一种高精度复合过滤布,包括滤纸1、无纺布2、机织布3的三个布层,滤纸1、无纺布2、机织布3的三层相互之间以等距均匀的点状胶合点3、条状胶合条4、点状胶合点3加条状胶合条4的组合形式进行粘合;本过滤布具有分级过滤的特点,大部分的体积较大杂质可以被机织过滤布滤掉,而透过机织过滤布的杂质可以被无纺布截留一部分,剩下极小的杂质进一步被滤纸截留,提高了过滤精度和澄清度,延长了滤布使用寿命,可满足更高的除尘和过滤要求的特点。

技术领域
本发明专利涉及过滤布技术领域,具体涉及到箱式压滤机、转鼓式真空过滤机等液固分离过滤设备的一种高精度复合过滤布。
背景技术
目前,液固分离过滤设备对过滤布性能和质量的要求正在不断地提高,而常用的过滤布大多是单一机织布、针织布、无纺布、滤纸、机织布加无纺布的过滤用布;其中机织过滤布具有强度高和滤饼的脱离性好,清理后的重复使用率高或再生性能高;过滤纸具有过滤精度高,缝隙尺寸准确,但强度低,且不能重复使用;而无纺布的过滤性能介于机织过滤布的和过滤纸的之间,并具有一定的容尘能力,长期使用后会出现堵塞现象;机织加无纺布的复合过滤布的过滤粉尘抖动坠落和滤尘效果都较好,且使用寿命也较长,但过滤精度和过滤效果还需要进一步改进。
发明内容
本发明专利目的是针对现有过滤布技术存在的上述问题,提供了一种高精度复合过滤布,通过以下技术方案实现:一种高精度复合过滤布,其特征在于:它包括滤纸1、无纺布2、机织布3的三个布层;所述滤纸1是由纤维组成,并具有一定规格尺寸的空隙;所述过滤布2是由热塑性纤维构成的纤维网;所述机织布3是网格状、平纹编织布,且平纹编织布是由若干经线和纬线编织而成,其中经线和纬线互相垂直;滤纸1、无纺布2、机织布3的三层相互之间以等距、均匀的点状胶合点3、或者条状胶合条4、或者点状胶合点3与条状胶合条4的组合形式进行粘合,胶合点或胶条的间距尺寸:L为20、25、30、35、40 、45、50、60、70、80、mm,W为20、25、30、35、40、45、50、60、70、80 mm。
本发明的有益效果:一种高精度复合过滤布,包括滤纸1、无纺布2、机织布3的三个布层,滤纸1、无纺布2、机织布3的三层相互之间以等距均匀的点状胶合点3、条状胶合条4、点状胶合点3加条状胶合条4的组合形式进行粘合;本过滤布具有分级过滤的特点,大部分的体积较大杂质可以被机织过滤布滤掉,而透过机织过滤布的杂质可以被无纺布截留一部分,剩下极小的杂质进一步被滤纸截留,提高了过滤精度和澄清度,延长了滤布使用寿命,可满足更高的除尘和过滤要求的特点。

一种高精度复合过滤布,如图1和图2所示,它包括滤纸1、无纺布2、机织布3的三个布层;所述滤纸1是由纤维组成,并具有一定规格尺寸的空隙;所述过滤布2是由热塑性纤维构成的纤维网;所述机织布3是网格状、平纹编织布,且平纹编织布是由若干经线和纬线编织而成,其中经线和纬线互相垂直;滤纸1、无纺布2、机织布3的三层相互之间以等距、均匀的点状胶合点3、或者条状胶合条4、或者点状胶合点3与条状胶合条4的组合形式进行粘合,胶合点或胶条的间距尺寸:L为20、25、30、35、40 、45、50、60、70、80、mm,W为20、25、30、35、40、45、50、60、70、80 mm。
