In an embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the image forming apparatus registration method further includes: a pattern forming device for receiving specification parameters corresponding to the image forming device and requiring different types of authorization codes; when the image forming apparatus corresponding to the characteristic information is associated with the authorization code, the specification parameter is also associated.
Therefore, since the image forming devices with different specification parameters need different types of authorization codes, the specification parameters are also associated when the image forming devices corresponding to the characteristic information are associated with the authorization codes; therefore, authority management and control can be better carried out according to the specification of the image forming device, so that the operation requirement of the cloud server platform can be better met, and the cloud server platform can accurately carry out resource allocation according to the specification information of the image forming device.
In a preferred implementation manner of this embodiment, the image forming apparatus registration method further includes: if the validity period of the association of the image forming device and the authorization code has expired, the image forming device and the corresponding authorization code are unbound, and the cloud server platform does not provide cloud service for the image forming device. Of course, the image forming apparatus mentioned in this embodiment may be unbound by the cloud server platform administrator by modifying the data information of the cloud server platform in other states. And after the image forming apparatus and the corresponding authorization code are unbound, the image forming apparatus may be associated with and registered to the cloud server platform again based on the new authorization code, and the specific registration process may be the same as the above-mentioned new registration.
In a preferred implementation manner of this embodiment, the image forming apparatus registration method further includes: the cloud server platform receives image forming apparatus identification information, specifically including:
after the image forming device is connected to a network, automatically accessing a network address corresponding to the cloud server platform, and sending characteristic information of the image forming device to the cloud server platform; specifically, the access address of the cloud server platform and the automatically accessed firmware may be input in advance within the image forming apparatus by the image forming apparatus manufacturer.
Running a registration application program on the terminal, wherein the registration application program acquires a searchable image forming device in a network where the terminal is located, and feeds back the searchable image forming device to the cloud server platform;
the cloud server platform confirms an image forming device to be associated which is not established with the searched image forming devices, and feeds the image forming device to be associated back to a terminal where a registration application program is located;
selecting an image forming device to be associated from a terminal where a registration application program is located, and acquiring corresponding affiliated mechanism information by the registration application program;
the cloud server platform receives image forming apparatus characteristic information and corresponding affiliated institution information.
The terminal where the registration application is located may be the aforementioned user login terminal, or may be a stand-alone terminal, for example, a computer in an office. The registration application may search for an image forming apparatus in a local area network where a current terminal (belonging to a current organization) is located by a wired network protocol, or may search for an image forming apparatus connected to the same router as the terminal by a wireless network protocol. The registration application may acquire the corresponding information of the affiliated institution, which may be input by the user on the registration application, or may automatically acquire the registration application based on the information of the current terminal (belonging to the current institution) itself, for example, the information of the affiliated institution provided in other application software in the terminal.
As shown in fig. 6, the embodiment provides a specific process for registering an image forming apparatus by an enterprise-level user, including:
s201, an enterprise administrator logs in and inputs a serial number of an image forming device and a corresponding authorization code;
for example, downloading a batch import tool on a management interface corresponding to the cloud server platform; then applying for authorization code files on the appointed page by the appointed enterprise account, inputting A4/A3 model during application, and selecting the aging of the authorization code; the specific registration method comprises the following steps: mode 1), an enterprise administrator inputs an image forming apparatus serial number on an enterprise management page to register the image forming apparatus, mode 2), inputs an authorization code file through a batch import tool, and scans a printer in a local area network to register with a cloud server platform.
The enterprise newly-added mode comprises the following steps: mode 1), enterprise users register enterprises by themselves, and superior service providers or common enterprises are selected; mode 2), the facilitator adds the enterprise to the enterprise.
S203, the serial number of the image forming device is associated with the corresponding authorization code, and the specific association mode is similar to the association of the information of the mechanism to which the information belongs, but the associated content is different.
S205, after the image forming device is started, a link request (such as a preset cloud server platform website is built in advance, and the image forming device is automatically accessed after the image forming device is started) is sent, and the self serial number of the image forming device is transmitted, and other parameters capable of representing the characteristic information of the image forming device can be also used. For example, when the image forming apparatus is powered on, a link request is sent to the cloud server platform.
S207, determining whether the image forming apparatus registers: the cloud server platform confirms whether the image forming apparatus is registered, that is, determines whether the serial number of the image forming apparatus and the authorization code are associated according to the above scheme, or determines whether the serial number of the image forming apparatus is in the registered whitelist.
S209, feeding back whether cloud imaging processing is available: after the first registration of the image forming device is successful, the image forming device automatically prints out the two-dimensional code; the image forming device records whether the image forming device is registered in the cloud server platform or not, and if the image forming device is registered, the image forming device is connected with the cloud server platform; if not registered, the cloud server platform notifies the image forming apparatus that it is unregistered, and the image forming apparatus reports error information.
As shown in fig. 7, the present embodiment provides a specific procedure for an individual user to register an image forming apparatus, including:
s301, logging in a user.
S303, scanning a two-dimensional code corresponding to the image forming device: and operating a panel key of the image forming device, printing out the two-dimensional code, and then scanning the two-dimensional code corresponding to the image forming device by using the terminal.
S305, analyzing two-dimensional code information: the terminal analyzes the two-dimensional code information to obtain serial number information of the image forming device, and the two-dimensional code can also comprise address information for accessing the cloud server platform;
s307, uploading the registration request and transmitting the serial number information of the image forming device.
S309, feeding back the fee payment information.
S311, feeding back payment information.
S313, assigning an authorization code, and associating the serial number of the image forming apparatus with the authorization code.
S315, the cloud server platform feeds back information available for the cloud imaging process to the image forming apparatus.
And S317, the cloud server platform feeds back the information available for cloud imaging processing to the terminal.
As shown in fig. 8, the present embodiment also provides a control method of an image forming apparatus, the method including:
s410, judging whether the image forming device is registered to the cloud server platform according to any one of the image forming device registration methods provided by the technical scheme of the embodiment;
when the image forming apparatus registers with the cloud server platform, the job document is permitted to be transmitted to the image forming apparatus (S420), otherwise the job document is not permitted to be transmitted to the image forming apparatus (S430).
As shown in fig. 9, the present embodiment also provides an image forming apparatus registration system including:
an image forming apparatus information acquiring unit 410 configured to acquire characteristic information of an image forming apparatus and a corresponding authorization code, and transmit the characteristic information of the image forming apparatus and the corresponding authorization code to a cloud server platform; and
an image forming apparatus registration unit 420 provided in the cloud server platform, configured to associate an image forming apparatus corresponding to the characteristic information with an authorization code, where authorization codes to be associated by different image forming apparatuses are different; and based on the difference of the user characteristics of the image forming device, the input modes corresponding to the authorization codes acquired by the image forming device information acquisition unit are different.
In the embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the input mode of the image forming apparatus information obtaining unit 410 for obtaining the authorization code includes: when the user to which the image forming device belongs is an enterprise type user, inputting characteristic information and a corresponding authorization code of the image forming device in the cloud server platform through an administrator account; when the user to which the image forming device belongs is a personal user, the characteristic information of the image forming device fed back by the personal account and the corresponding authorization code are directly received.
In the embodiment of the present invention, it is further preferable that, when the user to which the image forming apparatus belongs is an enterprise-type user, the characteristic information of the plurality of image forming apparatuses and the authorization codes respectively corresponding thereto are directly input to the image forming apparatus information acquisition unit at a time through the batch import tool.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the image forming apparatus registration unit 420 preferably associates the validity period corresponding to the authorization with the expiration date corresponding to the authorization code when the image forming apparatus corresponding to the characteristic information is associated with the authorization code.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the image forming apparatus information obtaining unit 410 is preferably further configured to obtain specification parameters corresponding to the image forming apparatus, and different types of authorization codes are required for the image forming apparatuses with different specification parameters; the image forming apparatus registration unit 420 associates the image forming apparatus corresponding to the characteristic information with the authorization code, and also associates the specification parameter.
The image forming apparatus registration system provided by the embodiment can execute the image forming apparatus registration method, and the specific implementation process and technical effects are not repeated.
As shown in fig. 10, the present embodiment further provides an electronic device, including:
a memory 510;
a processor 520; and
a computer program;
wherein the above-described computer program is stored in the memory 510 and configured to be executed by the processor 520 to implement any one of the image forming apparatus registration method or the control method of the image forming apparatus as described above.
The present embodiment also provides a computer-readable storage medium having a computer program stored thereon; the computer program is executed by a processor to implement any one of the image forming apparatus registration methods or the control method of the image forming apparatus as provided in the first aspect described above.

Claims (11)

1. An image forming apparatus registration method, comprising:
the cloud server platform receives characteristic information of the image forming device and corresponding authorization codes;
associating the image forming devices corresponding to the characteristic information with authorization codes, wherein the authorization codes required to be associated by different image forming devices are different; based on the difference of the user characteristics of the image forming device, the input modes corresponding to the authorization codes are different; the input mode corresponding to the authorization code comprises the following steps: when the user to which the image forming device belongs is an enterprise type user, inputting characteristic information of the image forming device and the corresponding authorization code into a cloud server platform through an administrator account; when the user to which the image forming device belongs is a personal user, directly receiving characteristic information of the image forming device fed back by the personal account and the corresponding authorization code;
the image forming device corresponding to the characteristic information is associated with the authorization code, namely the image forming device which needs to be associated with the authorization code can be recorded in the cloud server platform, so that the image forming device and the authorization code can be managed and controlled together.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein when the user to which the image forming apparatus belongs is an enterprise type user, the characteristic information of the plurality of image forming apparatuses and the authorization codes respectively corresponding thereto are directly input to the cloud server platform at one time through a batch import tool.
3. The method as recited in claim 1, further comprising: and when the image forming device corresponding to the characteristic information is associated with the authorization code, associating the validity period corresponding to the authorization.
4. The method as recited in claim 1, further comprising: a pattern forming device which receives specification parameters corresponding to the image forming device and which requires different types of authorization codes; and when the image forming device corresponding to the characteristic information is associated with the authorization code, the specification parameters are also associated.
5. An image forming apparatus registration system, characterized by comprising:
an image forming apparatus information acquiring unit configured to acquire characteristic information of an image forming apparatus and a corresponding authorization code, and transmit the characteristic information of the image forming apparatus and the corresponding authorization code to a cloud server platform; and
an image forming device registration unit arranged in the cloud server platform and used for associating the image forming device corresponding to the characteristic information with an authorization code, wherein the authorization codes required to be associated by different image forming devices are different; based on the difference of the user characteristics of the image forming device, the input modes corresponding to the authorization codes obtained by the image forming device information obtaining unit are different; the input mode corresponding to the authorization code comprises the following steps: when the user to which the image forming device belongs is an enterprise type user, inputting characteristic information of the image forming device and the corresponding authorization code into a cloud server platform through an administrator account; when the user to which the image forming device belongs is a personal user, directly receiving characteristic information of the image forming device fed back by the personal account and the corresponding authorization code;
the image forming device corresponding to the characteristic information is associated with the authorization code, namely the image forming device which needs to be associated with the authorization code can be recorded in the cloud server platform, so that the image forming device and the authorization code can be managed and controlled together.
6. The system according to claim 5, wherein when the user to which the image forming apparatus belongs is an enterprise-type user, the characteristic information of the plurality of image forming apparatuses and the authorization codes respectively corresponding thereto are directly input to the image forming apparatus information acquisition unit at one time by a batch import tool.
7. The system according to claim 5, wherein the image forming apparatus registration unit associates the validity period corresponding to the authorization, when associating the image forming apparatus corresponding to the characteristic information with an authorization code.
8. The system according to claim 5, wherein the image forming apparatus information acquisition unit is further configured to acquire specification parameters corresponding to the image forming apparatus, and different types of authorization codes are required for the image forming apparatuses of different specification parameters; the image forming apparatus registration unit associates the specification parameter when associating the image forming apparatus corresponding to the characteristic information with an authorization code.
9. A control method of an image forming apparatus, comprising:
determining whether the image forming apparatus registers to a cloud server platform according to the image forming apparatus registration method as set forth in any one of claims 1 to 4;
when the image forming apparatus registers with the cloud server platform, the job document is allowed to be transmitted to the image forming apparatus.
10. An electronic device, comprising:
a memory;
a processor; and
a computer program;
wherein the computer program is stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor to implement the method of any one of claims 1-4 or 9.
11. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that a computer program is stored thereon; the computer program being executed by a processor to implement the method of any of claims 1-4 or 9.
