As shown in fig. 5, the present embodiment also provides an image formation control method including:
s110, receiving specification parameter information representing the image processing capability of the image forming device, and associating characteristic information for identifying the image forming device with the specification parameter;
in the process of registering the image forming device to the cloud server platform, the cloud server receives specification parameters corresponding to the image processing capacity of the image forming device and correlates characteristic information for identifying the image forming device with the specification parameters; the definition of the feature information and the specification parameter refers to the description of the foregoing embodiments of the present application, and is not repeated herein.
The feature information for identifying the image forming apparatus may be associated with the specification parameter, and may be stored in association with the specification parameter selected by the user and the feature information for identifying the image forming apparatus directly during the user registration. In the registration process, the consumption parameter information may be returned based on the specification parameter selected by the user, and the feature information for the image forming apparatus may be identified for association with the specification parameter after payment by the user. The user can feed back the activation code after paying corresponding consumption parameter information according to the specification parameters in advance; inputting an activation code in the process of registering the image forming device to the cloud platform; after the cloud server platform confirms that the activation code is available, the feature information for identifying the image forming apparatus is associated with the specification parameter.
S120, receiving a job document expected to be subjected to image processing by the image forming device and the image forming device expected to be subjected to the image processing, and acquiring specification parameters in the job document;

Namely, the image forming control method provided by the present embodiment further includes:
Registering the image forming device in a cloud server platform, and preprocessing a job document before the cloud server platform receives the job document from the user terminal and sends the job document to the image forming device; the image forming device is registered in the cloud server platform, and whether the registered consumption parameters of the image forming device are matched with the corresponding specification parameter information grades of the image forming device is also required to be confirmed.
The image forming device is registered in the cloud server platform, and the specification parameter information level corresponding to the image forming device is input or selected by a user. In a preferred embodiment, among the specification parameter information levels corresponding to the image forming apparatus, the different specification parameter information levels are different in correspondence with the registered consumption parameter levels, and the specification parameter information levels are larger in correspondence with the job document size, the higher the corresponding registered consumption parameter levels are.
Therefore, according to the technical scheme, when the application scene of the registration consumption parameters of the image forming device is received based on the corresponding specification parameter information grade of the image forming device, the image forming device can be prevented from being registered as a low grade type by a user maliciously, and the follow-up document management and the traceability of the cloud server platform are affected. Further, if the cloud server platform allocates resources for the image forming apparatus according to the registration level, it is possible to avoid registering at a low level, subsequently transmitting a high-level job rule, increasing an underintended burden on image processing of the cloud server platform, and affecting job document output timeliness.
The image forming apparatus is registered in the cloud server platform, and the specification parameter information level corresponding to the image forming apparatus is input or selected by the user. The charging control unit receives the specification parameter information grade corresponding to the image forming device and inputs or selects the specification parameter information grade for a user; in the application scene with higher secret-related requirements, the cloud server platform is not required to automatically collect the information of the feedback specification parameter information grade of the image forming device, meanwhile, inconsistent information expression fed back by different types of image forming devices can be avoided, and the situation that the cloud server platform cannot recognize the information is avoided; so the user input or selection can be more beneficial to the popularization and application of the technical scheme.

S221, feeding back imaging operation state information and page number information:
the image forming apparatus feeds back image processing information, such as page number information of jobs, etc., which has been specifically executed successfully.
S223, charging calculation and automatic fee deduction:
the cloud server or the terminal generates fee information based on the status information and the page number information fed back by the image forming device, and preferably, the fee information is directly deducted from the account of the user, and the specific deduction mode can be directly deducted by the amount of money or deducted from the printable number of sheets.
Fig. 7 is, of course, merely a preferred implementation provided by the present embodiment, and the present embodiment is not limited thereto, and for example, job document uploading and selection of image forming apparatuses, fee payment information may be combined in different orders; these different combinations are all within the scope of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 9, the present embodiment also provides an image forming control apparatus 400, the control apparatus 400 including:
an image forming apparatus specification parameter registration unit 410 for receiving specification parameter information characterizing an image processing capability of the image forming apparatus, and associating characteristic information for identifying the image forming apparatus with the specification parameter;

an image forming process judging unit 430 for judging whether or not the specification parameter in the job document matches the specification parameter information corresponding to the image forming apparatus desiring to complete the job document; the imaging process judging unit is configured to: if the specification parameter in the job document does not match the specification parameter information corresponding to the image forming apparatus that desires to complete the job document and exceeds the specification parameter information corresponding to the image forming apparatus that desires to complete the job document, the job document is not allowed to be sent to the image forming apparatus that desires to complete the job document.
In a preferred implementation manner provided in the present embodiment, the imaging processing determining unit 430 is further configured to:
if the specification parameter in the job document matches the specification parameter information corresponding to the image forming apparatus desiring to complete the job document, the job document is allowed to be sent to the image forming apparatus desiring to complete the job document; and/or the number of the groups of groups,

In a preferred implementation manner further provided in the present embodiment, the specification parameter is a document size, and the imaging processing determining unit is configured to: when the size of the job document is smaller than or equal to the maximum document size that the image forming apparatus can process, transmitting the job document to the image forming apparatus that desires to complete the job document; when the size of the job document is larger than the maximum document size that the image forming apparatus can process, the job document is not allowed to be sent to the image forming apparatus for which completion of the job document is desired.
As shown in fig. 10, in a preferred implementation manner provided in this embodiment, the image forming apparatus 400 further includes a charging management and control unit 440, where the image forming apparatus is registered in the cloud server platform, and the charging management and control unit 440 confirms whether the registered consumption parameters of the image forming apparatus match the corresponding specification parameter information levels of the image forming apparatus; and registering the image forming apparatus in the cloud server platform, the cloud server platform receives the job document from the user terminal and pre-processes the job document before sending to the image forming apparatus.
In a further preferred implementation of the present embodiment, the image forming apparatus is registered in the cloud server platform, and the charging management and control unit 440 receives the specification parameter information level corresponding to the image forming apparatus, and inputs or selects the specification parameter information level by the user. In a further preferred embodiment, among the specification parameter information levels corresponding to the image forming apparatus, the different specification parameter information levels are different in correspondence with the registered consumption parameter levels, and the specification parameter information levels are larger in correspondence with the job document size, the higher the corresponding registered consumption parameter levels are.
The image forming control device provided in this embodiment can execute the image forming control method, so that the same technical effects as those of the image forming control method can be obtained, and the description thereof will not be repeated.
As shown in fig. 11, the present embodiment further provides an electronic device, including:
a memory 510;
a processor 520; and
a computer program;
wherein the above-described computer program is stored in the memory 510 and configured to be executed by the processor 520 to implement any one of the image formation control methods described above.
The present embodiment also provides a computer-readable storage medium having a computer program stored thereon; the computer program is executed by a processor to implement any one of the image formation control methods provided in the first aspect as described above.

Claims (11)

1. An image forming control method, characterized by comprising:
receiving specification parameter information representing an image processing capability of an image forming apparatus, and associating characteristic information for identifying the image forming apparatus with the specification parameter information, the characteristic information for the image forming apparatus including identification information of the image forming apparatus;
Receiving a job document for which the image forming apparatus is expected to complete image processing and an image forming apparatus for which the job document is expected to complete, and acquiring specification parameters in the job document;
judging whether the specification parameters in the job document are matched with the specification parameter information corresponding to the image forming device expected to finish the job document, and if the specification parameters in the job document are not matched with the specification parameter information corresponding to the image forming device expected to finish the job document and exceed the specification parameter information corresponding to the image forming device expected to finish the job document, not allowing the job document to be sent to the image forming device expected to finish the job document;
the method further comprises the steps of: registering the image forming device in a cloud server platform, and preprocessing a job document received by the cloud server platform from a user terminal before the job document is sent to the image forming device; the image forming device is registered in the cloud server platform, whether the registered consumption parameters of the image forming device are matched with the corresponding specification parameter information grades of the image forming device is also required to be confirmed, and the registered consumption parameters of the image forming device are collected based on the corresponding specification parameter information grades of the image forming device;
The different specification parameter information grades correspond to different registered consumption parameters, and the larger the specification parameter information grade corresponds to the size of the operation document, the higher the corresponding registered consumption parameters.
2. The method as recited in claim 1, further comprising:
allowing the job document to be sent to an image forming apparatus desiring to complete the job document if the specification parameter in the job document matches specification parameter information corresponding to the image forming apparatus desiring to complete the job document; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
if the specification parameter in the job document does not match the specification parameter information corresponding to the image forming apparatus desiring to complete the job document and is smaller than the specification parameter information corresponding to the image forming apparatus desiring to complete the job document, continuing to allow the job document to be sent to the image forming apparatus desiring to complete the job document.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the specification parameter in the job document is a size of the document, and when the size of the job document is smaller than or equal to a maximum document size that an image forming apparatus that desires to complete the job document can process, the job document is sent to the image forming apparatus that desires to complete the job document; when the size of the job document is larger than the maximum document size that the image forming apparatus that is expected to complete the job document can process, the job document is not allowed to be sent to the image forming apparatus that is expected to complete the job document.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the image forming apparatus is registered in a cloud server platform, and the specification parameter information level corresponding to the image forming apparatus is input or selected by a user.
5. An image forming control apparatus, comprising:
an image forming apparatus specification parameter registration unit configured to receive specification parameter information characterizing an image processing capability of an image forming apparatus, and to correlate characteristic information for identifying the image forming apparatus with the specification parameter information, the characteristic information for the image forming apparatus including identification information of the image forming apparatus;
an image forming job information receiving unit configured to receive a job document for which image processing by an image forming apparatus is desired and an image forming apparatus for which completion of the job document is desired, and acquire specification parameters in the job document;
an imaging processing judging unit for judging whether the specification parameter in the job document is matched with the specification parameter information corresponding to the image forming device desiring to complete the job document; the imaging processing judgment unit is configured to: if the specification parameter in the job document does not match the specification parameter information corresponding to the image forming device desiring to complete the job document and exceeds the specification parameter information corresponding to the image forming device desiring to complete the job document, the job document is not allowed to be sent to the image forming device desiring to complete the job document;
The device further comprises a charging management and control unit, wherein the image forming device is registered in the cloud server platform, the charging management and control unit confirms whether the registered consumption parameters of the image forming device are matched with the corresponding specification parameter information grades of the image forming device, and the image forming device registered consumption parameters are collected based on the corresponding specification parameter information grades of the image forming device; the different specification parameter information levels correspond to different registered consumption parameters, and the larger the specification parameter information levels correspond to the size of the operation document, the higher the corresponding registered consumption parameters; and registering the image forming apparatus in a cloud server platform, wherein the cloud server platform receives a job document from a user terminal and pre-processes the job document before sending the job document to the image forming apparatus.
6. The apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the imaging processing determination unit is further configured to:
allowing the job document to be sent to an image forming apparatus desiring to complete the job document if the specification parameter in the job document matches specification parameter information corresponding to the image forming apparatus desiring to complete the job document; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
If the specification parameter in the job document does not match the specification parameter information corresponding to the image forming apparatus desiring to complete the job document and is smaller than the specification parameter information corresponding to the image forming apparatus desiring to complete the job document, continuing to allow the job document to be sent to the image forming apparatus desiring to complete the job document.

The apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the specification parameter in the job document is a size of the document, and the image forming process judging unit is configured to: when the size of the job document is smaller than or equal to the maximum document size that the image forming apparatus desiring to complete the job document can process, transmitting the job document to the image forming apparatus desiring to complete the job document; when the size of the job document is larger than the maximum document size that the image forming apparatus that is expected to complete the job document can process, the job document is not allowed to be sent to the image forming apparatus that is expected to complete the job document.
8. The apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the image forming apparatus is registered in a cloud server platform, and the charging management and control unit receives a specification parameter information level corresponding to the image forming apparatus, and is input or selected by a user.
9. An image forming system, comprising:
a cloud server platform including the image formation control apparatus according to any one of claims 5 to 8; and
one or more image forming apparatuses connected to the cloud server platform, and specification parameter information is associated when the image forming apparatuses are registered with the cloud server.
10. An electronic device, comprising:
a memory;
a processor; and
a computer program;
wherein the computer program is stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor to implement the method of any of claims 1-4.
11. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that a computer program is stored thereon; the computer program being executed by a processor to implement the method of any of claims 1-4.
