Abstract

本发明公开了一种圆盘小转角永磁吸重装置,其 核心在于同一中心轴上安装有两个能够相对自由转 动的直径相同的而厚度不同的圆盘型磁轭铁,在轭铁 上分别嵌入条状稀土永磁体。当两个圆盘上的永磁 体相应对齐时,构成闭合磁路,对外不显示磁性,当两 个圆盘相对转动30°角时,对应的两磁体因同极性 形成叠加,对外显示出强磁性,即可吸取铁质重物。

Description

本发明涉及磁性吸重的领域,是一种园盘小转角的永磁吸重装置。
现有的磁吸重设备有电磁的和永磁的二大类。电磁吸重设备主要是依靠通电励磁,从而达到吸取重的铁物的目的。这种设备一但离开了电,就无法工作,而且耗电量大,线圈过热吸重持续率只30%左右,其设备配套复杂笨重,不易维修,整机造价也高。工作中若突然停电或电器设备出现故障时,电磁铁即失去磁性,甚至造成重物失落损坏等事故。
本发明以前,中国专利:91209735.3和89209147.9;英国专利:8531752和8811916;原苏联专利:4200948140-11和4340683125-11等都申请了永磁吸取铁类重物起重装置的专利。永磁吸重设备有大角度转动式和平移式两类,大角度转动式永磁吸重设备是由上磁组转动180度完成吸、卸重物的。平移式永磁吸重设备是靠上磁组平移一个磁单元体距离,实现磁力线的叠加或闭合,从而完成吸起或卸掉重物的动作。这些永磁吸重设备都存在着,卸重时漏磁严重,吸重时头尾有两对永磁单元体不能叠加,因而不能充分起吸重作用,也因此造成永磁体和轭铁的浪费。现有的永磁吸重设备,由于结构和原理的限制,只能制成有角的方型或长方型的形状,这样给制造和使用都带来了极大的困难。现有的永磁吸重装置对设备的防护很困难,往往导致永磁体腐蚀而严重影响吸重效果。
本发明的目的是要设计一种园盘式的小转角永磁吸重装置,从而消除了已有各类磁性吸重设备所存在的不足和困难,并能做到充分发挥永磁材料的作用,使其达到一公斤的永磁体能吸取四百七十公斤铁物的效果。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:在同一中心轴上安装有两个能相对自由转动的直径相同的而厚度不一样的园盘型磁轭铁,它是使用导磁材料制成的,并且都以园盘轴为中心,按辐射均匀排列分别嵌装上若干个条状稀土永磁体。两个园盘上的永磁体相应的准确对齐,当两个相对应的永磁体异性磁极相互吸引构成闭合磁路,这时对外不显磁性,是卸掉重物的状态;若两园盘磁轭铁相对转动一个适当的角度,对应的两磁体因同极性形成叠加状态,对外显示出强磁性,这是吸重状态。
本发明的具体结构由以下实施例及其附图给出。
图1和图2是下园盘结构图,由下磁组稀土永磁体(1),下磁组轭铁(2),园锥型滚子(3)等零部件构成的。
图3和图4是上园盘结构图,由上磁组稀土永磁体(4),上磁组轭铁(5)等零部件构成的。
下磁组稀土永磁体(1)和上磁组稀土永磁体(4)是分别按辐射均匀排列嵌入下磁组轭铁(2)和上磁组轭铁(5)内的。
图5是园盘小转角永磁吸重装置的总装配图。由优良导磁材料制成的上磁组磁轭铁(5)和下磁组磁轭铁(2),由无磁钢制成的下盖(6)它紧紧托住磁轭铁的横梁,上下两磁组相对转动的中心轴(7),无磁钢上盖(8),无磁钢外壳(9),电机(10),固定在上磁组轭铁(5)上的30°角的扇形齿板(11),固定在壳体上的转动齿轮(12),链条(13),大吊耳(14)等零部件构成。
当驱动电机(10)处于图5的状态下,上园盘和下园盘的磁组磁路处于闭合回路状态,因而对其下端的铁质重物不显示磁性,即处于卸重状态。当驱动电机(10)转动时,即带动链条(13)把齿轮(12)也转动起来,此时必然驱动扇形齿板(11)带动上园盘绕中心轴(7)转动当转至30°角时停止转动,此时上下磁组的磁路就由原来的闭合状态变成叠加状态,对其下端产生强烈的磁性对铁质物体有很大的吸引力,这时处于吸取铁质重物的状态。这样即完成了本园盘小转角永磁吸重装置的吸、卸的全过程。

Claims (6)

1、一种园盘小转角永磁吸重装置,其特征由中心轴(7),安装在中心轴上的上园盘和下园盘,下盖(6),上盖(8),外壳(9),电机(10),扇形齿板(11),齿轮(12),链条(13)构成的。
2、根据权利要求1所述的园盘小转角永磁吸重装置的上园盘和下园盘其特征是分别由上磁组轭铁(5)和下磁组轭铁(2),上磁组稀土永磁体(4)和下磁组稀土永磁体(1)以及安装在下磁组上的园锥型滚子(3)构成的。
3、根据权利要求1所述的园盘小转角永磁吸重装置的下盖(6)、上盖(8)、外壳(9)其特征是使用无磁钢材料制成的。
4、根据权利要求1所述的园盘小转角永磁吸重装置的扇形齿板(11)其特征是应加工成30°角并固定在上磁组轭铁(5)上的。
5、根据权利要求2所述的上园盘和下园盘的上磁组轭铁(5)和下磁组轭铁(2)其特征是采用优良导磁材料制成的,其直径相同,但厚度不同。
6、根据权利要求2所述的上园盘和下园盘的上磁组稀土永磁体(4)和下磁组稀土永磁体(1)其特征是分别按辐射均匀排列嵌入上磁组轭铁(5)和下磁组轭铁(2)内的。
