The invention aims to provide an superstructure of an ocean platform with good lighting.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a superstructure of an offshore platform, which comprises a bottom deck, a top deck, a plurality of intermediate decks, and a plurality of cabin units, wherein an opening is formed in the middle of each of the top deck and the intermediate decks, peripheral walls are formed on the outer sides of the bottom deck, the top deck and the intermediate decks, inner peripheral walls are formed on the peripheral sides of the opening, a plurality of windows are formed on the peripheral walls and the inner peripheral walls, the cabin units are arranged on the top deck and the intermediate decks, and the cabin units are arranged close to the peripheral walls or the inner peripheral walls.
As a preferred scheme, the cabin unit is a rectangular box structure, a passageway is arranged between the outer peripheral wall and the inner peripheral wall, the cabin units are arranged on two sides of the passageway respectively, the cabin unit is provided with an overhaul region and an access door, one corner of the cabin unit is concave inwards to form the overhaul region, the overhaul region and the access door are positioned on the same side, the side is close to one side of the passageway, and the overhaul regions of the two adjacent cabin units are arranged oppositely.
Preferably, a plurality of columns are arranged between the bottom deck and the intermediate deck adjacent to the bottom deck, between two adjacent intermediate decks, and between the top deck and the intermediate deck adjacent to the top deck.
Preferably, a plurality of aggregates are welded on the lower surfaces of the bottom deck, the top deck and the middle deck, and a plurality of lightening holes are formed in the aggregates.
As a preferred scheme, the garden-type house further comprises a garden area, wherein the garden area is arranged on the middle deck, the garden area is arranged at the opening of the middle deck, the periphery and the top of the garden area are surrounded by glass, and the top of the garden area is connected with an inner surrounding wall of the top deck.
Preferably, the system further comprises a gathering station platform, and the gathering station platform is connected to the outer side of the middle deck.
Preferably, the top deck and the middle deck comprise a port plate section, a starboard plate section, a bow plate section connected between the bow of the port plate section and the bow of the starboard plate section, and a rear plate section connected between the end of the port plate section and the end of the starboard plate section and parallel to the bow plate section; the port plate section, the starboard plate section, the bow plate section and the rear plate section enclose the opening, and the port plate section, the starboard plate section, the bow plate section and the rear plate section are arranged in a trapezoidal structure.
Preferably, the bottom deck includes a public area and an office area, the top deck includes an apron and an accommodation area, the middle deck adjacent to the top deck includes an accommodation area and a functional area, and the rest of the middle decks include accommodation areas.
Preferably, on the sub-floor deck, the public area includes a restaurant, the restaurant being located proximate an exterior side of the deck, the public area and the office area being located on different sections of the sub-floor deck.
Preferably, the functional area is provided on the middle deck adjacent to the top deck by the port plate section, the starboard plate section, and the bow plate section, and the residential area is provided on the rear plate section.
Compared with the prior art, the superstructure of the ocean platform has the beneficial effects that:
1. the opening is arranged in the middle of the deck, so that the middle of the deck is empty, sunlight can be injected from the opening to irradiate the internal space, and the sunlight irradiation area is enlarged.
2. The cabin unit of this embodiment is rectangle box structure, can hug closely the range, sets up a plurality of cabin units as far as possible, increases the number of living quarters to two adjacent cabin units's maintenance district is relative, increases the maintenance space, conveniently overhauls. The deck is provided with the upright post support instead of the prior mode of supporting through the surrounding wall, so that the number of the cabin units can be increased, the number of the residents on the platform can be increased or decreased, and the obstruction of the cabin units to enter the cabin can be reduced. Deck welded aggregate can improve the intensity on deck, and the hole of lightening can alleviate the structure volume, makes things convenient for the laying out of pipe electric ventilation specialty. The invention also provides a garden which increases the activity space of crews and improves the living quality, and the outside of the garden is surrounded by glass, and the top of the garden is connected with the inner surrounding wall of the uppermost deck, so that the sunlight can be emitted into the cabin units which are arranged beside the garden and at the lower layer and are close to the opening, and the lighting is ensured. The collecting station platform is connected to the outer side of the deck, so that the movable space is ensured, and more space can be adopted for arranging the cabin units, so that the quiet of the living area of the deck is ensured. The deck of the invention is in a trapezoidal structure and corresponds to the bow structure of the ocean platform, thereby ensuring the structural stability of the superstructure. The invention separates the public area, the office area, the functional area and the living area, avoids the influence of the crew in work on the crew in rest, and is beneficial to shift work.

The following detailed description of embodiments of the present invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
In the description of the present invention, it should be understood that the term "cabin unit" used in the present invention refers to a room box for crew living; "service area" means the area where the hydro-electric control of the cabin units is located; the terms "central," "longitudinal," "lateral," "upper," "lower," "front," "rear," "left," "right," "vertical," "horizontal," "top," "bottom," "inner," "outer," and the like are used in the orientation or positional relationship indicated in the drawings for convenience in describing the invention and to simplify the description, and are not intended to indicate or imply that the device or element so referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and is therefore not to be considered as limiting the invention. The terms "mounted," "connected," and "coupled" are to be construed broadly and may, for example, be fixedly coupled, detachably coupled, or integrally coupled; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the superstructure of the ocean platform according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises a deck 1 and a plurality of cabin units 2, wherein the deck 1 is divided into a bottom deck, a top deck and a plurality of intermediate decks according to height relationship, the bottom deck of the embodiment is further defined as a first deck layer, the intermediate decks are a second deck layer, a third deck layer and a fourth deck layer, and the top deck is a fifth deck layer. The middle parts of the top deck 1 and the middle deck 1 are provided with openings 101, the outer side of the deck 1 is provided with a peripheral wall 3, the peripheral side of the opening 2 is provided with an inner peripheral wall 4, the peripheral wall 3 and the inner peripheral wall 4 are provided with a plurality of windows, the cabin units 2 are arranged on the middle deck 1 and the top deck 1, and the plurality of cabin units 2 are arranged close to the peripheral wall 3 or the inner peripheral wall 4. This embodiment makes deck 1 middle part empty through set up opening 101 in deck 1 middle part, lets sunshine can penetrate into from opening 101, shines the space of inside, increases the area that sunshine shines to this embodiment sets up cabin unit 2 next to deck 1 outside and opening 101 week side, makes the cabin unit 2 of crewman's daily life not shelter, obtains abundant daylighting, guarantees crewman's comfort in life.
As shown in fig. 2, the cabin unit 2 of this embodiment is a rectangular box structure, the aisle 16 is provided between the outer peripheral wall 3 and the inner peripheral wall 4, the multiple cabin units 2 are respectively provided at both sides of the aisle 16, the cabin units 2 are provided with an access area 201 and an access door 202, one corner of the cabin unit 2 is recessed to form the access area 201, the access area 201 and the access door 202 are located at the same side, which is the side of the cabin unit 2 close to the aisle 16, the access areas 201 of two adjacent cabin units 2 are oppositely arranged, the cabin units 2 are rectangular box structures, and can be closely arranged, the multiple cabin units 2 are arranged as much as possible, the number of living rooms is increased, and the access areas of two adjacent cabin units 2 are opposite, so that the spaces of the access areas 201 are connected together, when one cabin unit 2 is accessed, the space of the other cabin unit 2 can be used for standing, placing tools and the like, so as to increase the access space, the maintenance is convenient.
As shown in fig. 1, a plurality of columns are arranged between two adjacent decks 1 in the embodiment, the deck 1 is provided with the columns 5 for supporting, instead of the current way of supporting through surrounding walls, the number of cabin units 2 can be increased, the number of passengers on the platform can be increased or decreased, and the obstruction of cabin entry of the cabin units 2 can be reduced, after the deck 1 on each floor is connected, the cabin units 2 are hoisted into the cabin, the surrounding wall structure is arranged for supporting, and the cabin entry and the orderly arrangement of the cabin units 2 are not facilitated. In addition, a plurality of aggregates 6 are welded on the lower surface of the deck 1, a plurality of lightening holes are formed in the aggregates 6, the strength of the deck 1 can be improved by the aggregates 6 welded on the deck 1, the amount of structures can be lightened by the lightening holes, and the professional lofting of pipe electric ventilation is facilitated.
Referring to fig. 2 and 6, the superstructure of this embodiment further includes a garden 7, the garden 7 is located on the middle deck 1, five deck layers are provided in this embodiment, the garden 7 is located on the third deck layer, which can ensure that the garden 7 is enclosed between the superstructures, ensure the safety of the garden 7, and the garden 7 is located at the opening of the deck 1, the periphery and the exterior of the garden 7 are enclosed by glass 8, and the top of the garden 7 is connected with the inner wall 4 located on the top deck 1, so as to provide crew activity space that the garden 7 can increase, improve living quality, and the exterior of the garden 7 is enclosed by glass 8, the top is connected with the inner wall 4 of the top deck 1, so that sunlight can be emitted into the cabin units 2 located near the opening beside and at the lower deck 7, thereby ensuring lighting, the garden 7 of this embodiment is located near the middle of the opening 101, the middle of the deck is provided with a channel which is connected with the deck 1, so that a certain distance is reserved between the garden 7 and the deck 1, and the situation that the garden blocks the cabin unit 2 irradiating the lower deck 1 is avoided. In addition, the superstructure of the present embodiment includes a terminal platform 9, the terminal platform 9 is connected to the outside of the middle deck 1, and the terminal platform 9 is used for crew members to gather and to board the area away from the platform, so that it is convenient to board the terminal platform outside the middle deck 1, ensuring the space for activities, and it is possible to install the cabin units 2 in more spaces, ensuring the quiet of the living area of the deck 1.
As shown in fig. 1, the middle deck 1 and the top deck 1 include a port plate section 102, a starboard plate section 103, a bow plate section 104 connected between the bow of the port plate section 102 and the bow of the starboard plate section 103, and a rear plate section 105 connected to the end of the port plate section 102 and parallel to the bow plate section 104, the port plate section 102, the starboard plate section 103, the bow plate section 104 and the rear plate section 105 enclose an opening 101, and the port plate section 102, the starboard plate section 103, the bow plate section 104 and the rear plate section 105 are arranged in a trapezoidal structure and correspond to the bow structure of the ocean platform, so as to ensure the structural stability of the superstructure.
In addition, the bottom deck 1 (i.e. the first deck layer) of the present embodiment includes a public area 10 and an office area 11, the top deck 1 (in the present embodiment, the fifth deck layer) includes an apron 12 and a living area 13, the middle deck 1 (in the present embodiment, the fourth deck layer) adjacent to the top deck 1 includes a living area 13 and a functional area 14, and the rest of the middle decks 1 include the living area 13, so as to separate the public area 10, the office area 11, the functional area 14 and the living area 13, thereby avoiding the influence of the crew members in work on the crew members in rest, and facilitating the work of shift. In this embodiment, a second deck as shown in fig. 5 may be added as the actual situation, and a plurality of cabin units 2 may be installed in the deck as the living area. As shown in fig. 4, on the deck 1 located at the lowermost floor, the common area 10 includes a dining room 15, the dining room 15 is provided immediately outside the deck 1, the common area 10 and the office area 11 are located on different board sections of the deck 1 at the floor, and the common area of the first deck 1 of this embodiment also provides a kitchen, a toilet, a refrigerating room, a garbage disposal room, a warehouse, and the like, and the first deck 1 includes only a port board section 102, a starboard board section 103, and a rear board section 105. As shown in fig. 7, on the middle deck 1 adjacent to the top deck 1, the port plate section 102, the starboard plate section 103 and the bow plate section 104 are provided with functional areas, the stern plate section 105 is provided with a residential area, and the top deck 1 is provided with a parking apron, so that the deck 1 is provided with functional areas such as a storage battery room, a control box room, a central control room and the like to realize the function of the deck as a driving board layer, which is beneficial to observing the working condition of the platform and the sea surface condition, and the residential area provided with the cabin unit 2 is convenient for a crew to rest.
In summary, the embodiment of the present invention provides an superstructure of an offshore platform, wherein an opening 101 is disposed in the middle of a deck 1, so that the middle of the deck 1 is empty, and sunlight can enter from the opening 101 to irradiate an internal space, thereby increasing a sunlight irradiation area, and in the embodiment, a cabin unit 2 is disposed closely to the outer side of the deck 1 and the peripheral side of the opening 101, so that the cabin unit 2 where a crew lives is not shielded, thereby obtaining sufficient lighting and ensuring the living comfort of the crew.
