一种基于盘式电机结构的旋涡式氢循环泵,包括:电机壳体,所述电机壳体后端连接有电机后端盖,电机壳体前端连接有旋涡前端盖;旋涡转子,所述旋涡转子设在电机壳体与旋涡前端盖之间,所述旋涡转子叶片与电机壳体和旋涡前端盖之间形成环形流道;电机主轴,所述电机主轴两端分别安装在电机后端盖和旋涡前端盖上,所述旋涡转子通过轴承固定在电机主轴上;电机定子,所述电机定子压装在电机后端盖上;电机转子,所述电机转子为固定在旋涡转子上的若干块永磁体。它结构紧凑、坚固、耐磨损,安装容易,可靠性高,低震动,低噪音,干净无污染,压缩距离和时间长,压缩效率高。

Description

一种基于盘式电机结构的旋涡式氢循环泵
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种基于盘式电机结构的旋涡式氢循环泵。
背景技术:
燃料电池是通过可燃物质(氢气)与空气中的氧气之间的电化学反应产生电能,其中,燃料电池反应后,排出的气体中含有大量的氢气,这些氢气若直接排放到大气中,一方面是能源的浪费,另一方面是对环境造成污染,三是氢气易燃易爆会产生危险。因此,需要对这些氢气进行回收再利用。目前,一般都是通过压缩机将这些含氢混合气体循环回燃料电池进行回收再利用。而普通的压缩机,主要是针对空气的压缩机,在工作时存在以下缺点:
(1)内部一般都是双螺杆结构,结构复杂,重量大,体积大,安装麻烦;
(2)内部结构和材质不能抵抗氢气腐蚀,会产生氢脆氢蚀;
(3)内有润滑油存在润滑油泄露的风险,会导致电堆中毒;
(4)现有空压机电机没做防爆处理,当介质是氢气时会存在危险。
目前,市场上有一种旋涡泵,主要用来对液体进行增压输送,旋涡泵叶轮不同于离心泵叶轮,它是一种外轮上带有径向叶片的圆盘,叶片与叶片之间形成凹槽。液体由吸入管进入,叶片凹槽中的液体,被离心力甩向流道,一次增压,流道中液体又因凹槽中的液体被甩出形成低压,再次进入凹槽,再次增压,多次的凹槽一流道一凹槽的漩涡运动,从而获得较高压力,最后液体经过旋转的叶轮获得能量,被输送到排出管,完成泵的工作过程。这种旋涡转子也可以用来对气体进行增压输送,现在还没有将旋涡转子与电机有效结合用来对含氢混合气体进行输送的技术出现。
发明内容:
本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种基于盘式电机结构的旋涡式氢循环泵,它结构紧凑、坚固、耐磨损,安装容易,可靠性高,低震动,低噪音,干净无污染,压缩距离和时间长,压缩效率高,解决了现有技术中存在的问题。
本发明为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种基于盘式电机结构的旋涡式氢循环泵,包括:
电机壳体,所述电机壳体后端连接有电机后端盖,电机壳体前端连接有旋涡前端盖;
旋涡转子,所述旋涡转子设在电机壳体与旋涡前端盖之间,所述旋涡转子叶片与电机壳体和旋涡前端盖之间形成环形流道;
电机主轴,所述电机主轴两端分别安装在电机后端盖和旋涡前端盖上,所述旋涡转子通过轴承固定在电机主轴上;
电机定子,所述电机定子压装在电机后端盖上;
电机转子,所述电机转子为固定在旋涡转子上的若干块永磁体;
防爆涂层,所述防爆涂层包裹在电机定子及永磁体外侧;
进气口和出气口,所述进气口和出气口设在电机壳体或旋涡前端盖上,空气自进气口进入,沿环形流道旋转增压后自出气口排出。
所述防爆涂层为BMC注塑层。
所述永磁体的数量为偶数块,永磁体的排列为沿圆周N、S极相互交错摆放。
所述轴承为自润滑轴承。
所述轴承为自润滑陶瓷轴承、自润滑不锈钢轴承或自润滑不锈钢陶瓷混合轴承。
所述进气口和出气口并排紧靠设在电机壳体底部对应旋涡转子叶片的位置,进气口和出气口分别连接进气管和出气管,进气管和出气管底部设有安装座。
所述旋涡转子内对应永磁体的位置铸有导磁嵌件。
所述电机主轴两端分别通过轴承安装在电机后端盖和旋涡前端盖上。
本发明采用上述方案,具有以下优点:
(1)电机转子集成到旋涡转子上,结构紧凑,采用盘式电机,轴向尺寸更短,体积小,设计合理,制造成本低,适用范围广;
(2)可靠性高,除旋涡转子外,无其他动件,几乎免维修;
(3)安装容易,能任意安装于水平或垂直方向;
(4)低震动,低噪音,动件少,机械精密度高,震动率和噪音很低;
(5)结构坚固,电机壳体、电机后端盖、旋涡前端盖用铝合金和铣合金制造,坚固耐用;
(6)干净无污染,无油运转,空气经压缩输出后是干净的,旋涡转子旋转时不与其它零部件接触,免润滑,可以保证压缩后的空气无污染,避免了电堆中毒;
(7)耐磨损,转子无磨损,使用寿命长,除轴承外,没有其它的机械接触部件;
(8)电机定子和永磁体表面包裹有BMC注塑层,有密封和防爆功能,能抵抗氢气腐蚀,不会产生氢脆氢蚀,避免发生危险;
(9)压缩效率高,旋涡转子转动后,通过进气口将空气吸入到流道内,经过旋涡转子的叶片一道道增压,在流道内增压一圈后,最后从出气口排出,流道呈环形,同样的体积,压缩距离长,空气在流道内的增压时间比普通压缩机长,同时通过提高旋涡转子转速,可以实现较大的正压和负压,从而提高压缩效率。

为能清楚说明本方案的技术特点,下面通过具体实施方式,并结合其附图,对本发明进行详细阐述。
如图1-3所示,一种基于盘式电机结构的旋涡式氢循环泵,包括:
电机壳体1,所述电机壳体1后端连接有电机后端盖2,电机壳体1前端连接有旋涡前端盖3;
旋涡转子4,所述旋涡转子4设在电机壳体1与旋涡前端盖3之间,所述旋涡转子叶片与电机壳体1和旋涡前端盖3之间形成环形流道5;
电机主轴6,所述电机主轴6两端分别安装在电机后端盖2和旋涡前端盖3上,所述旋涡转子4通过轴承7固定在电机主轴6上;
电机定子8,所述电机定子8压装在电机后端盖2上;
电机转子,所述电机转子为固定在旋涡转子4上的若干块永磁体10;
防爆涂层,所述防爆涂层包裹在电机定子及永磁体外侧;
进气口11和出气口12,所述进气口11和出气口12设在电机壳体1或旋涡前端盖3上,空气自进气口11进入,沿环形流道5旋转增压后自出气口12排出。
所述进气口11和出气口12并排紧靠设在电机壳体1底部对应旋涡转子叶片的位置,进气口11和出气口12分别连接进气管和出气管,进气管和出气管底部设有安装座。
所述旋涡转子4内对应永磁体10的位置铸有导磁嵌件9,导磁嵌件9与永磁体10之间具有吸引力,可以将永磁体10固定的更加了牢固。
所述电机主轴6两端分别通过轴承安装在电机后端盖2和旋涡前端盖3上。
所述防爆涂层为BMC注塑层13,具有防爆特性。
所述永磁体10的数量为偶数块,永磁体10的排列为沿圆周N、S极相互交错摆放。
所述轴承7为自润滑轴承。
所述轴承7为自润滑陶瓷轴承、自润滑不锈钢轴承或自润滑不锈钢陶瓷混合轴承。
工作时,电机通电后,永磁体10带动旋涡转子4高速旋转,燃料电池排出的含氢混合气体从进气口11吸入到流道5内,经过旋涡转子4的叶片一道道增压,在流道5内增压一圈后,最后从出气口12排出,循环回燃料电池内进行再利用。

1.一种基于盘式电机结构的旋涡式氢循环泵,其特征在于:包括:
电机壳体,所述电机壳体后端连接有电机后端盖,电机壳体前端连接有旋涡前端盖;
旋涡转子,所述旋涡转子设在电机壳体与旋涡前端盖之间,所述旋涡转子叶片与电机壳体和旋涡前端盖之间形成环形流道;
电机主轴,所述电机主轴两端分别安装在电机后端盖和旋涡前端盖上,所述旋涡转子通过轴承固定在电机主轴上;
电机定子,所述电机定子压装在电机后端盖上;
电机转子,所述电机转子为固定在旋涡转子上的若干块永磁体;
防爆涂层,所述防爆涂层包裹在电机定子及永磁体外侧;
进气口和出气口,所述进气口和出气口设在电机壳体或旋涡前端盖上,空气自进气口进入,沿环形流道旋转增压后自出气口排出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于盘式电机结构的旋涡式氢循环泵,其特征在于:所述防爆涂层为BMC注塑层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于盘式电机结构的旋涡式氢循环泵,其特征在于:所述永磁体的数量为偶数块,永磁体的排列为沿圆周N、S极相互交错摆放。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于盘式电机结构的旋涡式氢循环泵,其特征在于:所述轴承为自润滑轴承。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种基于盘式电机结构的旋涡式氢循环泵,其特征在于:所述轴承为自润滑陶瓷轴承、自润滑不锈钢轴承或自润滑不锈钢陶瓷混合轴承。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于盘式电机结构的旋涡式氢循环泵,其特征在于:所述进气口和出气口并排紧靠设在电机壳体底部对应旋涡转子叶片的位置,进气口和出气口分别连接进气管和出气管,进气管和出气管底部设有安装座。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于盘式电机结构的旋涡式氢循环泵,其特征在于:所述旋涡转子内对应永磁体的位置铸有导磁嵌件。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于盘式电机结构的旋涡式氢循环泵,其特征在于:所述电机主轴两端分别通过轴承安装在电机后端盖和旋涡前端盖上。
