Abstract

本发明公开了一种反向变排量流体机构,转子壳体可摆动设置在机壳内,设有滑片的转子设在转子壳体内,在转子壳体和机壳轴向两侧设置与转子壳体和转子密封配合的盖体A和盖体B,滑片与盖体A、盖体B、转子和机壳密封配合形成容积变化区,机壳与盖体A和盖体B密封设置,在转子壳体和机壳之间设置滑动密封区,滑动密封区、转子壳体与机壳的摆动界面、盖体A和盖体B形成密封腔,在密封腔内设置推力方向按推动转子壳体偏转使转子壳体和转子之间的偏心距减小的方向设置的复位弹性体,密封腔与转子、滑片和转子壳体形成的流体机构的工质口连通设置。本发明公开的反向变排量流体机构能大幅降低发动机气缸外部汽蚀,降低或消除发动机冷却系统泵送耗功。

一种反向变排量流体机构
技术领域
本发明涉及热能与动力领域,尤其涉及反向变排量流体机构。
背景技术
传统自适应变排量泵是出口的压力增高时,排量减小,出口压力降低时,排量增大,如果能够发明出出口压力增高时,排量增加,出口压力减小时,排量减小的泵,或发明出入口压力增加时,排量增加,入口压力减小时,排量减小的马达都具有重要意义。因此,需要发明一种新型流体机构。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提出的技术方案如下:
方案1:一种反向变排量流体机构,包括转子和转子壳体,所述转子壳体可摆动设置在机壳内,所述转子设置在所述转子壳体内,在所述转子上设置至少两个滑片,在所述转子壳体和所述机壳轴向两侧设置盖体A和盖体B,所述转子壳体与所述盖体A和所述盖体B分别滑动密封配合设置,所述转子与所述盖体A和所述盖体B分别转动密封配合,所述滑片与所述盖体A、所述盖体B、所述转子和转子壳体密封配合形成容积变化区,所述机壳与所述盖体A和所述盖体B分别密封设置,在所述转子壳体和所述机壳之间设置滑动密封区,所述滑动密封区的滑动圆弧面设为以所述转子壳体在所述机壳上摆动的摆动轴线为轴线的圆弧面,在所述滑动密封区、所述转子壳体与所述机壳的摆动界面、所述盖体A和所述盖体B形成密封腔,在所述密封腔内设置复位弹性体,所述复位弹性体的推力方向按推动所述转子壳体偏转使所述转子壳体和所述转子之间的偏心距减小的方向设置,所述密封腔与所述转子、所述滑片和所述转子壳体形成的流体机构的工质口连通设置,所述密封腔按照当所述工质口的压力升高时,所述密封腔内的压力升高,进而导致所述转子壳体按其偏转轴线偏转时,所述转子和所述转子壳体的偏心距增加的方式设置。
方案2:在方案1的基础上,进一步使所述工质口设为工质入口,所述反向变排量流体机构设为反向变排量马达。
方案3:在方案1的基础上,进一步使所述工质口设为工质出口,所述反向变排量流体机构设为反向变排量泵。
本发明中,所谓的“反向变排量流体机构”是指入口压力上升时,排量自动上升的流体机构。
本发明中,应根据热能和动力领域的公知技术,在必要的地方设置必要的部件、单元或系统等。
本发明的有益效果如下:本发明所公开的反向变排量流体机构能够大幅降低发动机气缸外部汽蚀,降低或消除发动机冷却系统泵送耗功。

实施例1
一种反向变排量流体机构,包括转子1和转子壳体2,所述转子壳体2可摆动设置在机壳3内,所述转子1设置在所述转子壳体2内,在所述转子1上设置至少两个滑片4,在所述转子壳体2和所述机壳3轴向两侧设置盖体A和盖体B,所述转子壳体2与所述盖体A和所述盖体B分别滑动密封配合设置,所述转子1与所述盖体A和所述盖体B分别转动密封配合,所述滑片4与所述盖体A、所述盖体B、所述转子1和所述转子壳体2密封配合形成容积变化区,所述机壳3与所述盖体A和所述盖体B分别密封设置,在所述转子壳体2和所述机壳3之间设置滑动密封区7,所述滑动密封区7的滑动圆弧面71设为以所述转子壳体2在所述机壳3上摆动的摆动轴线为轴线的圆弧面,在所述滑动密封区7、所述转子壳体2与所述机壳3的摆动界面、所述盖体A和所述盖体B形成密封腔8,在所述密封腔8内设置复位弹性体9,所述复位弹性体9的推力方向按推动所述转子壳体2偏转使所述转子壳体2和所述转子1之间的偏心距减小的方向设置,所述密封腔8与所述转子1、所述滑片4和所述转子壳体2形成的流体机构的工质口连通设置,所述密封腔8按照当所述工质口的压力升高时,所述密封腔8内的压力升高,进而导致所述转子壳体2按其偏转轴线偏转时,所述转子1和所述转子壳体2的偏心距增加的方式设置。
实施例2
一种反向变排量流体机构,在实施例1的基础上,进一步使所述工质口设为工质入口,所述反向变排量流体机构设为反向变排量马达。
实施例3
一种反向变排量流体机构,在实施例1的基础上,进一步使所述工质口设为工质出口,所述反向变排量流体机构设为反向变排量泵。

1.一种反向变排量流体机构,包括转子(1)和转子壳体(2),其特征在于:所述转子壳体(2)可摆动设置在机壳(3)内,所述转子(1)设置在所述转子壳体(2)内,在所述转子(1)上设置至少两个滑片(4),在所述转子壳体(2)和所述机壳(3)轴向两侧设置盖体A和盖体B,所述转子壳体(2)与所述盖体A和所述盖体B分别滑动密封配合设置,所述转子(1)与所述盖体A和所述盖体B分别转动密封配合,所述滑片(4)与所述盖体A、所述盖体B、所述转子(1)和所述转子壳体(2)密封配合形成容积变化区,所述机壳(3)与所述盖体A和所述盖体B分别密封设置,在所述转子壳体(2)和所述机壳(3)之间设置滑动密封区(7),所述滑动密封区(7)的滑动圆弧面(71)设为以所述转子壳体(2)在所述机壳(3)上摆动的摆动轴线为轴线的圆弧面,在所述滑动密封区(7)、所述转子壳体(2)与所述机壳(3)的摆动界面、所述盖体A和所述盖体B形成密封腔(8),在所述密封腔(8)内设置复位弹性体(9),所述复位弹性体(9)的推力方向按推动所述转子壳体(2)偏转使所述转子壳体(2)和所述转子(1)之间的偏心距减小的方向设置,所述密封腔(8)与所述转子(1)、所述滑片(4)和所述转子壳体(2)形成的流体机构的工质口连通设置,所述密封腔(8)按照当所述工质口的压力升高时,所述密封腔(8)内的压力升高,进而导致所述转子壳体(2)按其偏转轴线偏转时,所述转子(1)和所述转子壳体(2)的偏心距增加的方式设置。
2.如权利要求1所述反向变排量流体机构,其特征在于:所述工质口设为工质入口,所述反向变排量流体机构设为反向变排量马达。
3.如权利要求1所述反向变排量流体机构,其特征在于:所述工质口设为工质出口,所述反向变排量流体机构设为反向变排量泵。
