本发明公开了一种抗冻洗衣凝珠,包括以下成分:单丁醚、丙二醇、三乙醇胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、磺酸、脂肪醇硫酸钠、月桂酰肌胺酸钠、以及复合酶。本发明提供的一种抗冻洗衣凝珠,其通过采用单丁醚、丙二醇、三乙醇胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、磺酸、脂肪醇硫酸钠、月桂酰肌胺酸钠、以及复合酶的结合,可显著提高抗冻性能,甚至能在零下20度的环境下不结块、不浑浊,可大大减少洗衣凝珠冻结的现象。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗冻洗衣凝珠。
背景技术
目前,我国洗衣凝珠行业现在还处于新兴阶段,现阶段的洗衣凝珠市场主要分布于华东、华南、华中、西南部分地区。随着未来洗衣凝珠市场的扩大,西北、东北地区也是行业需要发展的地方,然而西北、东北地区城市冬季较为漫长,一年中气温在零下5摄氏度的时期长达3.4个月。现有的洗衣凝珠在低温状态(例如在零下5摄氏度的环境)下容易出现浑浊、硬化冻结的现象,长时间的冻结会改变洗衣凝珠的分子结构,在洗衣凝珠恢复室温后洗衣凝珠的分子结构会发生变化,容易影响其去污能力。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种抗冻洗衣凝珠,其可减少洗衣凝珠冻结的现象。
本发明的目的采用以下技术方案实现:
一种抗冻洗衣凝珠,包括以下成分:单丁醚、丙二醇、三乙醇胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、磺酸、脂肪醇硫酸钠、月桂酰肌胺酸钠、以及复合酶。
单丁醚为二乙二醇单丁醚。
该抗冻洗衣凝珠还包括植物香精。
该抗冻洗衣凝珠包括按照重量百分比计的以下成分:

相比现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:本发明提供的一种抗冻洗衣凝珠,其通过采用单丁醚、丙二醇、三乙醇胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、磺酸、脂肪醇硫酸钠、月桂酰肌胺酸钠、以及复合酶的结合,可提高抗冻性能,能在零下20度的环境下不结块、不浑浊,可大大减少洗衣凝珠冻结的现象,从而使得该洗衣凝珠可适用于冬季温度较低的地区,可扩大其适用范围。

下面,结合具体实施方式,对本发明做进一步描述,需要说明的是,在不相冲突的前提下,以下描述的各实施例之间或各技术特征之间可以任意组合形成新的实施例。
一种抗冻洗衣凝珠,包括以下成分:单丁醚、丙二醇、三乙醇胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、磺酸、脂肪醇硫酸钠、月桂酰肌胺酸钠、以及复合酶。
本发明提供的一种抗冻洗衣凝珠,其在采用脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、磺酸、脂肪醇硫酸钠、月桂酰肌胺酸钠、以及复合酶的基础上,再结合单丁醚、丙二醇,可确保去污效果的同时,并具备有抗冻性能,可降低洗衣凝珠的冻点,同时,再结合三乙醇胺,可降低NA离子的含量,能进一步提高其抗低温性能,从而可提高抗冻效果,能在零下20度的环境下不结块、不浑浊,可大大减少洗衣凝珠冻结的现象。
优选的,该抗冻洗衣凝珠还包括植物香精,从而可产生香味的同时,并具有绿色、安全等优点。
优选的,所述单丁醚为二乙二醇单丁醚,而通过将单丁醚选用二乙二醇单丁醚,可进一步提高抗冻效果。
优选的,该抗冻洗衣凝珠包括按照重量百分比计的以下成分:
而通过将单丁醚的重量百分占比设为7-11%,丙二醇的重量百分占比设为16-22%,三乙醇胺的重量百分占比设为10-15%,可相互促进提高抗冻效果的同时,并可有效控制成本。

效果评价
1.功能型效果测试
将实施例1-3、对比例1-3的洗衣凝珠取样20g,并分别置于-5℃、-10℃、-15℃、-20℃的环境下静置20小时,并在静置20小时后记录各洗衣凝珠的状态如表格1。

由表1可知,实施例1-3的洗衣凝珠在-5℃、-10℃、-15℃、-20℃的环境下静置20小时后呈液体,不会出现洗衣凝珠浑浊、冻结现象,对比例1-3的洗衣凝珠在-15℃、-20℃的环境下静置20小时后结冻呈固态,这说明,实施例1-3在采用脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、磺酸、脂肪醇硫酸钠、月桂酰肌胺酸钠、以及复合酶的基础上,必须结合二乙二醇单丁醚、丙二醇、三乙醇胺,三者缺一不可,才能协同增效、相互促进,显著提高抗冻性能,减少洗衣凝珠冻结现象。
