技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料编织袋生产工艺,属于编织袋技术领域。
背景技术
塑料编织袋由于其轻、薄、牢固、防水、不霉烂,且价格低廉等特点,在生活和生产领域应用非常广泛,现有的塑料编织袋以聚丙烯、聚乙烯树脂为主要原料,加入填充剂和各种助剂,经挤出拉丝成扁丝,再经织造、制袋而成的产品。这一类传统的塑料编织袋的耐热性和耐候性较差,使用寿命较短;另外其填充剂一般为碳酸钙,碳酸钙虽可综合改善塑编袋的稳定性、流动性,但是其韧性和刚性较差,且导致编织袋表面暗淡。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种塑料编织袋生产工艺,可大大提高编织袋的耐热性和耐候性以及韧性和刚性,延长使用寿命。
所述的塑料编织袋生产工艺,包括备料-拉丝-编织-覆膜-裁剪-印刷-缝制-打包步骤,所述的备料是将原料按配比投入到干燥搅拌机内搅拌,在温度为20-35℃条件下,干燥20-30分钟,然后升温至50-60℃,再干燥20-30分钟,所述的原料为聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚乙烯蜡、硬脂酸甘油酯、pp抗冲击剂、填充剂、光稳定剂、抗氧化剂。
所述的塑料编织袋生产工艺,所述原料对应以下重量份配比:聚丙烯60-80份、聚乙烯50-60份、聚乙烯蜡1-3份、硬脂酸甘油酯5-9份、pp抗冲击剂1-3份、填充剂22-30份、光稳定剂0.5-0.8份、抗氧化剂0.3-1份。
硬脂酸甘油酯,熔点85-87℃,具有优良的耐热性和流动性,可增加填充剂用量,并可促进塑化,聚乙烯蜡,由于其相对分子质量较大,熔点高,挥发性低因而在较高温度和剪切速率下,也显示明显润滑效果。通过聚乙烯蜡和硬脂酸甘油酯配合协同作用,与聚丙烯和聚乙烯配合使用,可以大大提高原料的混合速度以及混合均匀性,缩短备料周期。
优选的塑料编织袋生产工艺,所述原料对应以下重量份配比:聚丙烯70份、聚乙烯55份、聚乙烯蜡2份、硬脂酸甘油酯6份、pp抗冲击剂2份、填充剂25份、光稳定剂0.6份、抗氧化剂0.7份。
pp抗冲击剂的使用能够大大增加原料互相之间的相容性,提高产品韧性。
所述的填充剂由高岭土、硅藻土、滑石粉以及云母粉按照3:5:1:1的比例混合而成。所述填充剂的配合使用不仅有利于提高原料混合时的传热速度,大幅度降低整个生产过程的加热温度,节约能耗,而且能够提高编织袋的刚性,与光稳定剂和抗氧化剂配合使用能够大大提高编织袋的耐热性和耐候性,延长其使用寿命。
所述的塑料编织袋生产工艺,所述的拉丝将干燥后的物料送入挤出机,经料筒七段双螺杆加热至150-165℃,使其塑化良好输送至模具挤出成型,经由定型台冷却压合定性,用刀片切割成胚丝,利用烘板拉伸成扁丝,扁丝经过热定型后通过收丝机收丝成卷。
所述的塑料编织袋生产工艺,所述烘板温度为50-60℃。
本发明的拉丝过程温度较传统拉丝工艺低,在保证原料塑化良好的前提下,节约生产能耗,提高产品的耐热性和耐候性。
与现有技术相比本发明的有益效果是:
本发明利用原料之间的协同和配合,不但提高了产品的耐热性和耐候性以及刚性和韧性,同时降低了整个生产过程的加热温度,降低生产能耗,缩短生产周期,大大降低了企业的生产成本。

实施例1
所述的塑料编织袋生产工艺,包括备料-拉丝-编织-覆膜-裁剪-印刷-缝制-打包步骤,
所述的备料是将聚丙烯60份、聚乙烯50份、聚乙烯蜡1份、硬脂酸甘油酯5份、pp抗冲击剂1份、填充剂22份、光稳定剂0.5份、抗氧化剂0.3份按配比投入到干燥搅拌机内搅拌,在温度为20℃条件下,干燥20分钟,然后升温至50℃,再干燥20分钟,所述的填充剂由高岭土、硅藻土、滑石粉以及云母粉按照3:5:1:1的比例混合而成。
所述的拉丝将干燥后的物料进入挤出机,经料筒七段双螺杆加热至150℃,使其塑化良好输送至模具挤出成型,经由定型台冷却压合定性,用刀片切割成胚丝,利用温度为50℃烘板拉伸成扁丝,扁丝经过热定型后通过收丝机收丝成卷。

所述的拉丝将干燥后的物料进入挤出机,经料筒七段双螺杆加热至165℃,使其塑化良好输送至模具挤出成型,经由定型台冷却压合定性,用刀片切割成胚丝,利用温度为60℃烘板拉伸成扁丝,扁丝经过热定型后通过收丝机收丝成卷。

所述的拉丝将干燥后的物料进入挤出机,经料筒七段双螺杆加热至160℃,使其塑化良好输送至模具挤出成型,经由定型台冷却压合定性,用刀片切割成胚丝,利用温度为55℃烘板拉伸成扁丝,扁丝经过热定型后通过收丝机收丝成卷。

1.一种塑料编织袋生产工艺,包括备料-拉丝-编织-覆膜-裁剪-印刷-缝制-打包步骤,其特征在于:所述的备料是将原料按配比投入到干燥搅拌机内搅拌,在温度为20-35℃条件下,干燥20-30分钟,然后升温至50-60℃,再干燥20-30分钟,所述的原料为聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚乙烯蜡、硬脂酸甘油酯、pp抗冲击剂、填充剂、光稳定剂、抗氧化剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料编织袋生产工艺,其特征在于所述原料对应以下重量份配比:聚丙烯60-80份、聚乙烯50-60份、聚乙烯蜡1-3份、硬脂酸甘油酯5-9份、pp抗冲击剂1-3份、填充剂22-30份、光稳定剂0.5-0.8份、抗氧化剂0.3-1份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的塑料编织袋生产工艺,其特征在于所述原料对应以下重量份配比:聚丙烯70份、聚乙烯55份、聚乙烯蜡2份、硬脂酸甘油酯6份、pp抗冲击剂2份、填充剂25份、光稳定剂0.6份、抗氧化剂0.7份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的塑料编织袋生产工艺,其特征在于:所述的填充剂由高岭土、硅藻土、滑石粉以及云母粉按照3:5:1:1的比例混合而成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的塑料编织袋生产工艺,其特征在于:所述的拉丝将干燥后的物料送入挤出机,经料筒七段双螺杆加热至150-165℃,使其塑化良好输送至模具挤出成型,经由定型台冷却压合定性,用刀片切割成胚丝,利用烘板拉伸成扁丝,扁丝经过热定型后通过收丝机收丝成卷。
