An integrated controller of a self-discharging garbage truck comprises a control box assembly and a push rod assembly, wherein a mounting hole is formed in an upper panel of the control box assembly; the push rod assembly comprises a handle rod, a handle sleeve and a handle seat, wherein the middle part of the handle rod penetrates through the mounting hole, the handle sleeve is positioned outside the control box assembly, the handle seat is positioned in the control box assembly, the handle sleeve is arranged on the upper part of the handle rod through the positioning assembly, and the front end cover and the rear end cover of the handle are respectively correspondingly arranged at the front end and the rear end of the handle sleeve; the positioning assembly comprises a positioning sleeve and a locking sleeve, the positioning sleeve is sleeved on a handle rod in the handle sleeve, the locking sleeve is sleeved on a handle rod outside the handle sleeve, the lower end of the handle sleeve is provided with a positioning hole, and the positioning hole is positioned on the handle rod between the positioning sleeve and the locking sleeve; the handle seat arranged at the lower part of the handle rod is movably sleeved in the shaft sleeve; the push rod assembly also comprises a limit rod. Background
At present, the controller switch of the self-unloading garbage truck is in a knob switch type (see fig. 9), and for convenient debugging, an automatic control knob, a manual control knob and a signal indicator lamp on a controller panel are arranged on the controller panel together, and although a flow indication arrow exists, the overall layout is difficult to operate, the quick grasp of a driver is not facilitated, and the misoperation probability is high.

The push rod assemblies are two, the push button switches with two colors are arranged on the front end cover of the handle of one push rod assembly, and two groups of operation marks corresponding to the colors of the push button switches are arranged on the label.
The positioning assembly further comprises a screw, the front end of the screw is arranged on the front end cover of the handle, the middle part of the screw penetrates through the positioning sleeve, and the rear end of the screw is arranged on the rear end cover of the handle. The locating sleeve and the locking sleeve are respectively provided with an internal thread matched and assembled with the handle rod.
The invention simplifies the indication panel, simplifies and rationalizes the operation steps, solves the possibility of misoperation in a purely manual state, and improves the reliability of the system. The invention sets the button switch color and the indicator light color reasonably, and clearly controls the sequence.

Detailed Description
In fig. 1, the invention comprises a control panel 1 which is placed in a control box assembly 2 through a screw 5, a label 4 which is arranged on the arc-shaped outer surface of the control box assembly 2, and a push rod I assembly 3 and a push rod II assembly 6 which are arranged above the inner part of the control box assembly 2.
In fig. 2, the control box assembly 2 is flanked by receptacles 7.
In fig. 3, the push rod i assembly 3 and the push rod ii assembly 6 are exposed to the outside of the control box assembly 2.
In fig. 4, an expanded view of the sign 4 is shown, red and green signal indicator lamps are arranged below hollowed arrows in a left hand mode region, and red and green arrows are respectively arranged in a right automatic mode region.

The limit rod 8 and the proximity switch 14 are arranged in the hole of the locating plate 12, the handle seat 22 is provided with spherical grooves 31 the same as the number of the indication positions in fig. 4, and the handle assembly 13 is arranged on the side surface of the shaft sleeve 11 through the nut 9 and the disc spring 10. The action of the gear is formed by the cooperation of the steel ball 28 with the spherical groove 31 and the spring 27, corresponding to each manipulation indication position in fig. 4. The right end face of the sleeve 26 of the limiting rod 8 is welded with the left side face of the positioning plate 12, and the proximity switch 14 is installed in a threaded hole of the positioning plate 12 through external threads of the outer diameter of the proximity switch. One spherical recess 31 corresponds to 1 proximity switch. When the handle rod swings to the corresponding spherical groove 31, the proximity switch sends a signal to the control panel, and the push button switch is pressed down to complete corresponding operation. In fig. 7, the green metal button switch 15 and the red metal button switch 25 are installed on the side surface of the handle end cover 17, the handle end cover 17 and the handle end cover 19 are respectively fixed on two sides of the handle sleeve 24, the screw 16 penetrates through the handle end cover 19 and the positioning sleeve 18 to be fixed on the side surface of the handle end cover 17, the positioning sleeve 18 is provided with internal threads and is used for connecting the handle rod 23 and the handle sleeve 24 to prevent the handle end cover 17 and the handle end cover 19 from rotating, the locking sleeve 20 is installed above the handle rod 23 and is fixedly connected with the handle sleeve 24, the handle seat 22 is installed below the handle rod 23 through the set screw 21, and the inside of the handle assembly is a cavity, so that the green metal button switch 15 and the red metal button switch 25 can be conveniently wired.
