Manually operated holder with rotating switch cams. There are already facilities for high-voltage and high-performance selector switches, such as z. B. controller for electrical Lokomo tives, tap changers for transformers and the like, known, in which the Wahll-i # ontakte relieved by special power contactors during the switchover lezw. be made currentless.
However, it is not known to use hand-operated selector switches of relatively small dimensions, such as such. B. are used to control machine tools and are known as toggle switches or stick switches to be equipped with an auxiliary contact and the latter controlling auxiliary cam so that on the one hand this auxiliary contact controls a power contactor so that the Wahlkon contacts never switch under load, As is the case with the subject matter of the invention, on the other hand there are additional auxiliary contacts controlling the power contactor, which are actuated by movements of the switch handle in the direction of the switch axis,
and with which the performance group, z. B. a machine tool motor, respectively. can be turned off. This results in a control option that is particularly advantageous for the purpose of controlling the machine tool.
In the drawing, an embodiment example of the invention is shown schematically, namely a selector switch for Steue tion of a three-phase motor in Dalander circuit, which allows a motor to be controlled at two speeds forwards or backwards. Fig. 1 shows the circuit diagram of the switch and Fig. 2 shows the switching positions which the switch knob can take.
The cams 2 for the selection contacts 8 and a special cam 4 which actuates the auxiliary contact 5 are seated on the hollow square shaft 1. The switch shaft 1 is driven by the control knob 6, which is mounted pivotably about the pin 19 in the guide part 18 fastened to the shaft.
The shaft 1 is mounted in the bearing part 17. Moving the control toggle 6 in the axial direction around the joint 19 moves the rod 7 housed in the square shaft 1 and adjusts the spring-loaded lever 8, which controls the auxiliary contacts 9, 10 . When the toggle 6 is pushed into the position E, the auxiliary contact 9 is closed, and when the toggle 6 is pulled out into the position A, the auxiliary contact 10 is opened. By means of the detent spring 16, the control toggle 6 is automatically returned to the rest position 0 when it is released from position E or A.
The coil 11 of the contactor 12 is connected in series with the auxiliary contacts 5 and 10 via the holding contact 13, and the auxiliary switch-on contact 9 is parallel to the holding contact 13.
In the position 0 of the control knob 6 shown in FIG. 2, the contactor 12 is switched off. By turning the control knob can be brought into the positions V1, VZ (forward) and R :, Re (backward), where this is held by the detent disc 20 in each switching position.
The auxiliary cam 4 is designed so that the auxiliary contact 5 is interrupted in the neutral position and the inter mediate positions and closed in the switching positions. When switching around, the coil current of the contactor coil 11 is interrupted each time, and the contactor 12 drops out, so that the switching device is de-energized at the selection contacts.
To switch on the control stick 6 can be rotated to the desired position and then swiveled in the axial direction. The contactor remains switched off in the intermediate switching positions and only switches on at the desired switching position after pressing the switch knob via contact 9. The toggle switch can also be pressed when switching over, whereby the contactor switches on in all intermediate switch positions. When switching, it interrupts briefly as a result of the opening of contact 5.
To switch off the control lever is pulled, whereby Kontald 10 interrupts the control current of the contactor. Switching over without pressing the switch lever at the same time also switches off the contactor. In order to be able to switch the motor 14 on and off from another point, provided the control stick 6 is in one of the switching positions (1 = '1, Z' .-, R1, R !!), two push buttons 21, 22 available.
When the button 21 is pressed, the holding circuit of the contactor is interrupted, causing it to drop and remain open, while when pressing 22 the contactor is energized and switches on again. It can of course Lich any other switching program than the present Dalander circuit can be executed, the number of switching cams and switching positions can be different.
In addition to the currentless switching of the choice of contacts, a particular advantage of the switch is provided that each speed BEZW. each switching state can be set either after passing through the intermediate speeds assigned to the intermediate switching positions or by leaving them out directly from the zero position.
