B. and (3) constructing anchor bolt holes of a drilling machine: and determining the installation position of the wall drilling machine according to the center position of the drilling hole, determining the anchor hole of the drilling machine according to the installation position of the wall drilling machine, and completing the construction of the anchor hole of the drilling machine.

The current hole picture includes a reference hole and a current hole image 29 as shown in fig. 10. Comparing the position of the current hole center in the current hole picture with the position of the initial hole center to obtain deviation values X1 and Y1 of the current hole center relative to the initial hole center, obtaining the deviation angle of the current hole according to the deviation values and the hole depth, and continuously drilling if the deviation angle does not exceed the deviation allowable range; once the allowable range of the offset is exceeded, the direction of the drill rod is adjusted according to the value of the offset. During adjusting the drill rod, the bottom of the drilling hole is reamed through the reaming bit, the reaming diameter and the distance can meet the adjustment of the drilling angle, after the reaming is finished, the direction of the sliding rail (namely the direction of the drill rod) is adjusted, and then the normally drilled bit is replaced to continue drilling.
In the drilling process, detection is carried out every 1-3 m according to the operation, whether adjustment is needed or not is determined, the drilling process is continuously detected and adjusted, and the drilling offset is controlled within an allowable range, so that the thin and wide wall body is penetrated and drilled.
Claims (5)
1. A wall transverse drilling method for house repair is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps of:
a. Determining a drilling position: setting a wall body end point wall surface central line to be drilled, and determining an intersection point A of the end point wall surface central line and the top of the wall body; setting an initial wall surface center line of a wall to be drilled, and determining an intersection point B of the initial wall surface center line and the top of the wall; finding out an O point on the AB connecting line close to the initial wall surface, erecting a first total station at the O point, adjusting a drilling machine by utilizing the first total station, the A point and the B point, enabling a C point connecting line and a D point connecting line marked on the central line of a power head of the drilling machine to be positioned on the same plane with the A point connecting line and the B point connecting line, determining an M point on the ground, where an extension line of the C point connecting line and the D point connecting line is close to the initial wall surface, erecting a second total station at the M point, aiming at the B point by the second total station, and determining the central position of a drilling hole, so that the central position of the drilling hole is positioned on the same plane with the CD connecting line;
b. And (3) constructing anchor bolt holes of a drilling machine: determining the installation position of the wall drilling machine according to the center position of the drilling hole, determining the anchor hole of the drilling machine according to the installation position of the wall drilling machine, and completing the construction of the anchor hole of the drilling machine;
c. Installing a wall drilling machine: firstly, a fixing frame of a deep hole drilling machine is installed, two points E, F are marked on the central line of the fixing frame, and the two points E, F and A, B are connected in the same plane through checking of a first total station; checking that the heights of two points of E, F from the ground are consistent through a second total station, fixing a fixing frame and a wall body, sequentially installing component parts of a deep hole drilling machine, and adjusting the position of a drill rod to enable the axis of the drill rod to pass through the center position of a drilling hole and to be perpendicular to the initial wall surface of the wall body to be drilled;
d. Wall drilling: the method comprises the steps that a drill bit drills an initial hole with a small length on a wall body, the drill bit is detached, a drilling detection mechanism is arranged at the front end of a drill rod, the drill rod enters the initial hole, an initial hole picture is shot, the initial hole picture comprises a detection mechanism reference hole and an initial hole image, and the coordinate value of an initial hole center X, Y is determined through the initial hole picture; then, the drilling detection mechanism is detached, the drill bit is installed to continue drilling, after the drill bit is drilled for 1-2 meters in length, the drill bit is detached, the drilling detection mechanism is installed at the front end of the drill rod, the drill rod enters the hole, a current hole picture is shot, and the current hole picture comprises a reference hole and a current hole image; comparing the coordinate values of the current hole centers X1 and Y1 in the current hole picture with the coordinate value of the initial hole center X, Y to obtain deviation values of X1, Y1 and X, Y, obtaining the deviation condition of the current hole according to the deviation values and the hole depth, and continuing drilling if the deviation condition does not exceed the deviation allowable range; once the deviation allowable range is exceeded, the direction of the drill rod is adjusted according to the deviation value; during adjusting the drill rod, the bottom of the drilling hole is reamed through the reaming bit, the reaming distance can meet the adjustment of the drilling angle, after the reaming is finished, the direction of the sliding rail is adjusted, and then the drilling bit which is normally drilled is replaced to continue drilling.
2. The wall drilling machine comprises a drilling device, a supporting device and a dust suction device, wherein the drilling device is supported by the supporting device and comprises a drill rod (3), a drill bit (2), a drilling detection mechanism, a power head (8), a drill rod sliding rail (6) and an oil cylinder (9), the drill rod and the drill bit are of hollow structures, and one end of the drill rod is connected with the power head, and the other end of the drill rod is in threaded connection with the drill bit; the drilling detection mechanism comprises an installation connection seat (23), a camera (24) and a light source seat (26), wherein one end of the installation connection seat is provided with a drill rod joint (23-1), the drill rod joint is provided with a connecting thread which is matched and screwed with a drill rod, the installation connection seat is of a cavity structure, the camera is arranged in the cavity of the installation connection seat, the camera is connected with a lens (24-1), the installation connection seat is connected with the light source seat through a connecting rod (25), the light source seat is provided with a light source (26-1), the center of the light source seat is provided with a reference hole (26-2), and the reference hole is coaxial with the lens; the diameter of the reference hole is larger than that of the lens, so that the image is ensured to be shot to a complete hole bottom state, and a photo shot by the camera is transmitted to a computer through a circuit, so that the drilling position is compared and analyzed;
The support device comprises a fixing frame (14), a slide rail seat (10), a drill rod sliding rail (6) and an up-down adjusting support rod assembly, wherein the fixing frame is provided with a supporting groove (14-1), the fixing frame is fixedly connected with a wall body (1), one side of the slide rail seat is positioned in the supporting groove, the drill rod sliding rail is connected with the slide rail seat through a plurality of support plates (4), the drill rod and the sliding rail are arranged in parallel up and down, an oil cylinder is fixed at the outer side end of the slide rail seat, a piston rod of the oil cylinder is connected with a sliding sleeve, the sliding sleeve is in sliding fit with the drill rod sliding rail, the sliding sleeve is fixedly connected with a power head, and the power head drives the drill rod to move along the drill rod sliding rail through the driving of the oil cylinder;
The upper and lower adjusting support rod assembly comprises an upper and lower adjusting screw rod and an upper rod body and a lower rod body of a cavity structure, wherein external threads with opposite spiral directions are respectively arranged on two sides of the upper and lower adjusting screw rod, the upper and lower adjusting screw rod is respectively inserted into the upper rod body and the lower rod body and is in spiral fit with the lower rod body of the upper rod body, the lower end of the lower rod body is hinged with a wall body, and the upper end of the upper rod body is hinged with the lower part of the slide rail seat, which is close to the middle position;
