本发明公开了一种防脱针仿生减痛静脉注射针头,由仿生减痛针头主体以及包覆在仿生减痛针头主体外部的柔性防脱针减阻膨胀层组成;仿生减痛针头主体包括针管段以及由针管段延伸出的仿生减阻减痛针尖,针管段与仿生减阻减痛针尖之间还设有针管防脱环节。所述仿生减阻减痛针尖采用仿狗獾犬齿减阻曲线结构;所述针管防脱环节采用水滴形曲线结构;所述外层柔性防脱针减阻膨胀层由羟基磷灰石混杂超高分子量聚乙烯组成。本发明采用仿生学研究方法,通过针尖结构设计降低刺入皮肤过程中的痛感,通过防脱环节设计降低静脉注射过程中的脱针风险。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种医用注射器针头,具体涉及一种防脱针仿生减痛静脉注射针头。
背景技术
现有医疗过程中,药物注射大多是通过针头刺入皮肤后通过压力导入身体的,注射分为肌肉注射和静脉注射,两种注射方式在针头刺入皮肤过程中会造成尖锐的疼痛,此外由于静脉注射过程中的运动易造成脱针问题,而这一问题在儿科治疗过程中尤为突出。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术存在的上述问题,本发明提供一种防脱针仿生减痛静脉注射针头,采用仿生学研究方法,通过针尖结构设计降低刺入皮肤过程中的痛感,通过防脱环节设计降低静脉注射过程中的脱针风险。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种防脱针仿生减痛静脉注射针头,由仿生减痛针头主体以及包覆在仿生减痛针头主体外部的柔性防脱针减阻膨胀层组成;仿生减痛针头主体包括针管段以及由针管段延伸出的仿生减阻减痛针尖,针管段与仿生减阻减痛针尖之间还设有针管防脱环节。
所述仿生减阻减痛针尖采用仿狗獾犬齿减阻曲线结构,以针头中轴为Z轴的坐标系中,仿生减阻减痛针尖曲线结构满足以下数学表达式:

所述针管防脱环节采用水滴形曲线结构,水滴形曲线一般交替分布3-5次,针管防脱环节沿针头轴向z的外轮廓曲线满足以下数学表达式:

所述外层柔性防脱针减阻膨胀层,由羟基磷灰石混杂超高分子量聚乙烯组成,膨胀层厚度与针管直径的关系为:

由于采用以上技术方案,本发明具有以下优点:
1.可减少在注射针头刺入皮肤过程中的痛感:由于采用仿生针尖结构,具有较小的穿刺阻力和较小的创面,可降低刺入过程中的痛感。
2.可降低静脉注射过程中脱针的风险:本发明的防脱环节结构,可在在静脉注射过程中加强针头与血管内壁的固定作用,防止由于运动造成的针头移动,减少脱针的风险。

以下结合附图详细说明本发明的技术方案:
如图1所示,一种防脱针仿生减痛静脉注射针头,由仿生减痛针头主体1以及包覆在仿生减痛针头主体1外部的柔性防脱针减阻膨胀层2组成。仿生减痛针头主体1包括针管段以及由针管段延伸出的仿生减阻减痛针尖,针管段与仿生减阻减痛针尖之间还设有针管防脱环节。
所述仿生减阻减痛针尖为图1中BC段,采用仿狗獾犬齿减阻曲线结构,如图2所示,以针头中轴为Z轴的坐标系中,仿生减阻减痛针尖曲线结构满足以下数学表达式:

所述针管防脱环节为图1中AB段,如图3所示,针管防脱环节采用水滴形曲线结构,水滴形曲线一般交替分布3-5次,针管防脱环节沿针头轴向z的外轮廓曲线满足以下数学表达式:

所述外层柔性防脱针减阻膨胀层2,采用一种在血液中可少量膨胀,可以是受热或吸水造成膨胀,但不溶解的物质,本实施例中,外层柔性防脱针减阻膨胀层2采用羟基磷灰石混杂超高分子量聚乙烯组成,膨胀层厚度与针管直径的关系为:

所述仿生减阻减痛针尖采用仿狗獾犬齿减阻曲线结构,以针头中轴为Z轴的坐标系中,仿生减阻减痛针尖曲线结构满足以下数学表达式:
