Abstract
本发明具体公开了一种仔猪用饲料添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于该制备方法包括以下过程:步骤(1):挑选优质马齿苋50‑100g,陈皮25‑50g并洗净,微波干燥,粉碎成45目粉末;步骤(2):将步骤(1)中的粉末加水、醇浸、煮提取2次,首次加10倍量浓度含量为75%v/v的乙醇浸泡8小时,加热至45℃继续热浸提取10小时,将乙醇浸提液回收乙醇备用;第二次加5倍量水加热煮沸提取3小时,合并2次提取液,过滤,得滤液;步骤(3):将步骤(2)中的滤液浓缩成浸膏,按重量比浸膏:神曲:酵母粉=1:4.5:4.5比例混合均匀,用24目筛制成颗粒,采用冷风干燥即得。本发明制得的产品可按1%添加于仔猪配合饲料中饲喂,起到清热止痢,健脾消食,防治消化不良的效果。

技术领域
本发明属于畜用饲料添加剂制备技术领域,具体涉及一种仔猪用饲料添加剂。
背景技术
养猪业占我国整体畜牧养殖行业的70%以上,是世界养猪第一大国,其猪肉的消费量占国民肉食品消费量的76%,年消费猪肉达5600万吨以上,是全世界猪肉消费的10倍以上。因此,国家各级政府均对养猪业都极为重视。由于猪的生长阶段的营养需求不同,母猪的孕期、产期的营养性饲养的需求不同,加之疫病防治的需要,这就给养猪业配套的饲料加工企业提出更高的要求,由于生猪生产产业的快速发展,药物的应用也显著增加,大量的抗生素、化学药品给养猪产业提供了保障,但由于药物的过度使用,如催肥、促生长、疫病防治等,不仅因药物残留给人们带来了健康危害,同时也造成了环境污染。寻求一种安全的饲料添加剂是养猪业发展的必然选择,我国有着几千年的中医药发展史,且蕴藏着丰富的中草药资源,利用中草药具有天然、经济、高效、无残留、无抗药性和毒副作用小等的优势和特点,开发利用兼有药用功效和营养性双重作用的中草药饲料添加剂,无疑是养殖业未来发展的必然选择,利用天然的中草药制剂产品,不仅可以克服长期使用抗生素和化学药品带来的弊端,而且从根本上解决了肉食品的食用安全,保障了人们的健康需求。
在生猪养殖过程中,特别是仔猪,消化不良、泻痢是常见的症状之一,根据仔猪的生长、生理的不同,选择具有清热止痢、理气除满、健脾消食的中药组成一种新的饲料添加剂,不仅能达到防治消化不良而且对消化不良型僵猪起到很好的效果。
发明内容
为了实现本发明,具体采用了以下技术方案:
一种仔猪用饲料添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于该制备方法包括以下过程:
步骤(1):挑选优质马齿苋50-100g,陈皮25-50g并洗净,微波干燥,粉碎成45目粉末;
步骤(2):将步骤(1)中的粉末加水、醇浸、煮提取2次,首次加10倍量浓度含量为75%v/v的乙醇浸泡8小时,加热至45℃继续热浸提取10小时,将乙醇浸提液回收乙醇备用;第二次加5倍量水加热煮沸提取3小时,合并2次提取液,过滤,得滤液;
步骤(3):将步骤(2)中的滤液浓缩成浸膏,按重量比浸膏:神曲:酵母粉=1:4.5:4.5比例混合均匀,用24目筛制成颗粒,采用冷风干燥即得。
本发明中将马齿苋和陈皮首先加乙醇浸泡8小时,目的是使其药材充分浸透,利于下一步热醇浸提,因陈皮中含有挥发油和易挥发性有机成分,采取第一次乙醇加热提取,可减少或避免挥发油、有机成分和易挥发性成分的损失。
上述所述的酵母粉,可选择使用饲料酵母、酿造酵母、发酵酵母或啤酒酵母中的任意一种活性酵母。
本发明方中马齿苋清热解毒,马齿苋对大肠杆菌、痢疾杆菌、伤寒杆菌均有显著抑制作用;陈皮理气健脾、燥湿化痰。陈皮含挥发油1.9%-3.5%,并含橙皮苷、川皮酮、肌醇、维生素B1、维生素C等。具有抗溃疡及助消化、抗菌、抗炎作用。神曲为酵母制剂,同酵母粉含有B族维生素复合体、酶类、麦角古醇、蛋白质和脂肪等,可促进僵猪食欲,吸收营养能力增强。按1%添加于仔猪配合饲料中饲喂,具有很好的清热止痢,健脾消食,防治消化不良的应用效果。

步骤(2):将步骤(1)中的粉末加水、醇浸、煮提取2次,首次加10倍量75%的乙醇浸泡8小时,加热至45℃热浸提取10小时,将乙醇浸提液回收乙醇备用;第二次加5倍量水加热煮沸提取3小时,合并2次提取液,过滤,得滤液;
步骤(3):将步骤(2)中的滤液浓缩成浸膏,按重量比浸膏:神曲:酵母粉=1:4.5:4.5比例混合均匀,用24目筛制成颗粒,采用冷风干燥,即得仔猪用饲料添加剂。

1.一种仔猪用饲料添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于该制备方法包括以下过程:
步骤(1):挑选优质马齿苋50-100g,陈皮25-50g并洗净,微波干燥,粉碎成45目粉末;
步骤(2):将步骤(1)中的粉末加水、醇浸、煮提取2次,首次加10倍量浓度含量为75%v/v的乙醇浸泡8小时,加热至45℃继续热浸提取10小时,将乙醇浸提液回收乙醇备用;第二次加5倍量水加热煮沸提取3小时,合并2次提取液,过滤,得滤液;

2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述的酵母粉为饲料酵母、酿造酵母、发酵酵母或啤酒酵母中的任意一种。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的方法制得的仔猪用饲料添加剂产品。
