determining label information corresponding to the user equipment based on the occurrence frequency information of the scene feature information, wherein the label information is associated with the scene feature information;
and when the marketing information which is matched with the label information and is related to the scene characteristic information exists in the travel track of the user equipment in the next preset time period, the marketing information related to the scene characteristic information is sent to the user equipment.
