The nut 3 can realize the fixation of the whole structure without large pretightening force, and the nut is not easy to fall off. At the same time, the clamping part 43 on the contact piece 4 can limit the clamping part 12, so that the bolt clamp body 1 can be better fixed on the electrode pole of the storage battery.
The bolt clamp main body 1 is formed by stamping through a progressive die, and compared with the existing forging forming, the bolt clamp main body does not need extra cutting processing, so that the manufacturing cost can be effectively reduced. The contact piece 4 is formed by blanking, so that the manufacture is convenient.
Preferably, after the nut 3 is installed, a punching point processing is performed at the joint of the nut 3 and the screw 22 to prevent the nut 3 from loosening and falling off, so as to further improve the stability of the overall structure of the electric bottle plug and enable the electric bottle plug to work stably for a long period.
