本发明公开了一种高强度瓦楞纸板,包括上层板和下层板,所述下层板位于上层板的下方,且上层板和下层板的外表面均固定安装有流线脊,所述上层板通过连接块连接有多个上芯板,所述下层板通过连接块连接有多个下芯板,且上层板和下层板的内部均嵌设有延伸板,所述上芯板的外表面靠近上芯板和下芯板的衔接处套设有上衔接板,所述下芯板的外表面靠近上芯板和下芯板的衔接处套设有下衔接板。本发明所述的一种高强度瓦楞纸板,设有流线脊、上衔接板、下衔接板和延伸板,能够增加瓦楞纸板叠放时的稳定性,同时在瓦楞纸板裁剪时提供参照,且能够大幅提高瓦楞纸板的强度,带来更好的使用前景。

一种高强度瓦楞纸板
技术领域
本发明涉及瓦楞纸板领域,具体涉及一种高强度瓦楞纸板。
背景技术
瓦楞纸板又称波纹纸板,由至少一层瓦楞纸和一层箱板纸粘合而成,具有较好的弹性和延伸性,主要用于制造纸箱、纸箱的夹心以及易碎商品的其他包装材料,瓦楞纸板是一个多层的黏合体,它最少由一层波浪形芯纸夹层及一层纸板构成,它有很高的机械强度,能抵受搬运过程中的碰撞和摔跌,瓦楞纸箱的实际表现取决于三项因素是芯纸和纸板的特性及纸箱本身的结构,高强度瓦楞纸板是一种强度较传统瓦楞纸板较强的瓦楞纸板;现有的瓦楞纸板在使用时存在一定的弊端,瓦楞纸板在叠放时的稳定性不高,同时瓦楞纸板在裁剪时没有参照,瓦楞纸板的强度不高,给瓦楞纸板的使用带来了一定的影响,为此,我们提出一种高强度瓦楞纸板。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种高强度瓦楞纸板。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
本发明一种高强度瓦楞纸板,包括上层板和下层板,所述下层板位于上层板的下方,且上层板和下层板的外表面均固定安装有流线脊,所述上层板通过连接块连接有多个上芯板,所述下层板通过连接块连接有多个下芯板,且上层板和下层板的内部均嵌设有延伸板,所述上芯板的外表面靠近上芯板和下芯板的衔接处套设有上衔接板,所述下芯板的外表面靠近上芯板和下芯板的衔接处套设有下衔接板,所述上衔接板的内部开设有限位槽,所述限位槽的内表面嵌设有限位板,所述限位板的外表面与活动板的一端相连,所述活动板的另一端固定于下衔接板上。
优选的,所述流线脊与上层板和下层板均一体成型,且流线脊的外表面设有防滑纹。
优选的,所述上芯板和下芯板对称分布在上层板和下层板的内侧,且上芯板和下芯板与上层板和下层板之间形成有空腔,空腔的形状为U型。
优选的,所述下衔接板通过活动板与上衔接板活动连接,所述下衔接板与下芯板之间和上衔接板与上芯板之间均设有粘合剂。
优选的,所述限位板的外表面与限位槽的内表面相切,所述延伸板的外表面与上芯板和下芯板的内表面均相切。
优选的,所述上层板和下层板的外表面均设有耐磨层,且上层板和下层板均为牛皮纸材质构件。
本发明所达到的有益效果是:该高强度瓦楞纸板,通过设有的流线脊,能够增加瓦楞纸板在叠放时的摩擦力,从而提高了瓦楞纸板在叠放时的稳定性,同时能够在瓦楞纸板裁剪时提供参照,通过设置的上衔接板、下衔接板、延伸板,下衔接板通过活动板于上衔接板相对活动,同时伴随着延伸板的延展,能够使上芯板和下芯板具有很好的延展性,从而能够大幅提高瓦楞纸板的强度,使用的效果相对于传统方式更好。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
如图1-4所示,一种高强度瓦楞纸板,包括上层板1和下层板2,下层板2位于上层板1的下方,且上层板1和下层板2的外表面均固定安装有流线脊3,上层板1通过连接块4连接有多个上芯板5,下层板2通过连接块4连接有多个下芯板6,且上层板1和下层板2的内部均嵌设有延伸板7,上芯板5的外表面靠近上芯板5和下芯板6的衔接处套设有上衔接板8,下芯板6的外表面靠近上芯板5和下芯板6的衔接处套设有下衔接板9,上衔接板8的内部开设有限位槽10,限位槽10的内表面嵌设有限位板11,限位板11的外表面与活动板12的一端相连,活动板12的另一端固定于下衔接板9上;
流线脊3与上层板1和下层板2均一体成型,且流线脊3的外表面设有防滑纹,防滑纹能够增加接触面的摩擦力,起到防滑的作用;上芯板5和下芯板6对称分布在上层板1和下层板2的内侧,且上芯板5和下芯板6与上层板1和下层板2之间形成有空腔,空腔的形状为U型;下衔接板9通过活动板12与上衔接板8活动连接,下衔接板9与下芯板6之间和上衔接板8与上芯板5之间均设有粘合剂,粘合剂能够增加下衔接板9与下芯板6和上衔接板8与上芯板5之间连接的稳定性;限位板11的外表面与限位槽10的内表面相切,延伸板7的外表面与上芯板5和下芯板6的内表面均相切;上层板1和下层板2的外表面均设有耐磨层,且上层板1和下层板2均为牛皮纸材质构件,耐磨层能够提高上层板1和下层板2的耐磨性。
需要说明的是,本发明为一种高强度瓦楞纸板,在使用时,上层板1和下层板2构成了整个瓦楞纸板的主体部分,流线脊3能够增加瓦楞纸板在叠放时的摩擦力,从而提高了瓦楞纸板在叠放时的稳定性,能够有效的放置瓦楞纸板在叠放时出现滑动,同时能够在瓦楞纸板裁剪时提供参照,使瓦楞纸板裁剪的更加平直,上芯板5和下芯板6能够减少瓦楞纸板的材料使用,连接块4起到连接的作用,下衔接板9通过活动板12于上衔接板8相对活动,限位板11与限位槽10相互配合,同时伴随着延伸板7的延展,能够使上芯板5和下芯板6具有很好的延展性,从而能够大幅提高瓦楞纸板的强度,整个高强度瓦楞纸板使用方便,较为实用。

1.一种高强度瓦楞纸板,包括上层板(1)和下层板(2),其特征在于:所述下层板(2)位于上层板(1)的下方,且上层板(1)和下层板(2)的外表面均固定安装有流线脊(3),所述上层板(1)通过连接块(4)连接有多个上芯板(5),所述下层板(2)通过连接块(4)连接有多个下芯板(6),且上层板(1)和下层板(2)的内部均嵌设有延伸板(7),所述上芯板(5)的外表面靠近上芯板(5)和下芯板(6)的衔接处套设有上衔接板(8),所述下芯板(6)的外表面靠近上芯板(5)和下芯板(6)的衔接处套设有下衔接板(9),所述上衔接板(8)的内部开设有限位槽(10),所述限位槽(10)的内表面嵌设有限位板(11),所述限位板(11)的外表面与活动板(12)的一端相连,所述活动板(12)的另一端固定于下衔接板(9)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度瓦楞纸板,其特征在于:所述流线脊(3)与上层板(1)和下层板(2)均一体成型,且流线脊(3)的外表面设有防滑纹。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度瓦楞纸板,其特征在于:所述上芯板(5)和下芯板(6)对称分布在上层板(1)和下层板(2)的内侧,且上芯板(5)和下芯板(6)与上层板(1)和下层板(2)之间形成有空腔,空腔的形状为U型。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度瓦楞纸板,其特征在于:所述下衔接板(9)通过活动板(12)与上衔接板(8)活动连接,所述下衔接板(9)与下芯板(6)之间和上衔接板(8)与上芯板(5)之间均设有粘合剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度瓦楞纸板,其特征在于:所述限位板(11)的外表面与限位槽(10)的内表面相切,所述延伸板(7)的外表面与上芯板(5)和下芯板(6)的内表面均相切。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度瓦楞纸板,其特征在于:所述上层板(1)和下层板(2)的外表面均设有耐磨层,且上层板(1)和下层板(2)均为牛皮纸材质构件。
