背景技术
随着当代人压力日益渐大与对户外大自然景色的崇敬,户外活动越来越成为当代人热爱项目,其不仅可以起到减压效果,且还具备开阔眼界、提高毅力、增强体力的作用;
而户外环境恶劣,时而狂风暴雨、时而高阳艳照,一件具备多功能强防护性能衣物不可少,其可让人在狂风呼啸的高山中隔离冷风防肆虐,亦可在雪山中防止突来大雨冲刷提供保暖防护性,也可在高阳艳照的沙漠阻隔恶劣的紫外线,一件顶多件,轻松减负行李,便携出行。
现有技术中,使得面料产生防风作用的方式是以PU覆膜面料,面料是运用水溶性PU融入纺织物中或覆盖于纺织物上的合成面料,这种面料确实具有防风性能,其还具备防水作用,但是这种面料在夏天其手感稍差并有易融化且透气性弱,穿上身活动易产生噪音与不适感,冬天穿着不耐寒,柔软性差且无弹性不能保障户外穿着自在感,在多变天气无法做到全面性防护人体;在洗涤的过程中比较容易产生开裂的现象,并且不耐高温,也不耐脏,如果造成严重污垢是没有办法彻底清洗干净的。
因此基于户外服装需要体现的多功能性,有必要对面料进行进一步的改进。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的第一个目的在于提供一种石墨烯面料,属于多功能防护面料,具有高强度、优越的防水防风、保温、抗菌,适合用于制备户外服装。
本发明的第二个目的在于提供上述石墨烯面料的制备方法。
实现本发明的第一个目的可以通过采取如下技术方案达到:一种石墨烯面料,包括面层、隔层和底层;隔层中含有竹碳纤维;面层、隔层和底层依次重叠,并通过缝合线将面层、隔层和底层缝合;缝合线中含有石墨烯。

石墨烯是一种由碳原子以sp2杂化轨道组成六角型呈蜂巢晶格的二维碳纳米材料,只吸收2.3%的光,导热系数高达5300W/m·K,高于碳纳米管和金刚石,常温下其电子迁移率超过15000cm2/V·s。然而,常规的户外服装中,会在面层加入石墨烯,但由于石墨烯处于面层且含量高,面料吸收热量快,但散失也快,难以保留,特别是处于日照强、温度高的环境中,石墨烯面料吸收了热量之后,使得服装内部闷热,难以产生在温度高的环境散热、温度低的环境保温的效果,影响了使用体验。
本发明在缝合线上加入石墨烯,缝合线露出于面层并处于面料的边缘处,可以吸收外界的热量,然后以远红外能量形式输出,并可以导通在含有竹炭纤维的隔层上,面层作为阻挡,和底层之间形成的保温腔,使得面料具有良好的保温效果,维持人体内部温度的稳定。
相比现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本发明石墨烯面料属于多功能防护面料,具有高强度、优越的防水防风、保温、抗菌,适合用于制备户外服装;
2、本发明石墨烯面料在缝合线上添加石墨烯,通过石墨烯,将外部的热量导通传递至隔层,隔层的竹炭纤维有利于热量的发散,面层和底层之间形成保温腔,使得面料具有良好的保温效果,维持人体内部温度的稳定;
3、本发明石墨烯面料将石墨烯添加至缝合线上,既可将热量贯通至隔层蓄热,还能输送至底层,石墨烯的远红外能量形式输出的特点,可以改善皮肤微循环,加强细胞的再生能力;并且可以根据需要,调整缝合线的密度和使用量,使得面料产生不同的蓄热效果;
3、本发明石墨烯面料的缝合线上添加有石墨烯,隔层添加竹炭纤维,具有抗菌保温、防静电的作用,并且吸湿透气;
4、本发明石墨烯面料的制备方法简单,适合工业化批量生产。

具体实施方式
下面,结合附图以及具体实施方式,对本发明做进一步描述:
参照图1,一种石墨烯面料,包括面层1、隔层2和底层3;隔层2中含有竹碳纤维;面层1、隔层2和底层3依次重叠,并通过缝合线4将面层1、隔层2和底层3缝合;缝合线4中含有石墨烯。
其中,面层为锦纶面层。
其中,隔层由竹碳纤维、石墨烯、涤纶和氨纶混纺成的纱加捻后,进行编织而成。
其中,底层为棉纤维底层。
其中,缝合线的针距为12-18针/3cm,缝合线均匀设置,均匀设置,是指缝合线均匀分布穿设面层、隔层和底层,使得面层、隔层和底层平整贴合为面料整体,缝合线之间于面层和底层围绕可以形成小的腔室,并非只缝合面层、隔层和底层的边缘。此外,也可以面料上的缝合线形成区域,一些区域的缝合线密度高一些,一些区域的缝合线密度低一些,对应服装的不同部位,产生不同的保温效果,灵活调节。
石墨烯面料的制备方法,其特征在于包括:
缝合线制备步骤:将按重量份计的亚麻纤维12-25份、壳聚糖1-5份、聚丙烯20-35份和聚酰胺10-25份混合,进行密炼10-20min后粉碎,然后加入硬脂酸钙1-5份和石墨烯5-10份混合均匀,得到混合物;将混合物置于双螺杆熔融纺丝机中挤出进行纺丝,加捻成线,得到缝合线;
缝制步骤:将面层、隔层和底层重叠后,用缝合线贯穿面层、隔层和底层进行缝合,得到石墨烯面料。
锦纶面层起到良好的防风防水作用,隔层为竹碳纤维、石墨烯、涤纶和氨纶混纺,竹炭纤维有抗菌和对缝合线石墨烯传递的热量起到导通散射的作用,如果在隔层中也加入石墨烯,则导通的效果更好;棉纤维底层贴合皮肤,透气吸汗;但由于面层、隔层和底层需要进行缝合形成整体,并需要体现面料整体的弹性、延展性等性能,有所不同,因此根据减少或消除内应力而选择面层、隔层和底层的材料,并通过设置缝合线针距和限定缝合线材料,可以使得三层材料平整地贴合,缝合后,面料整体仍然体现良好的柔软性、延展性和耐用性,长期使用,不会起皱,不产生单层脱离,损坏的现象。
实施例1:
缝合线制备步骤:将按重量份计的亚麻纤维15份、壳聚糖2份、聚丙烯30份和聚酰胺20份混合,进行密炼15min后粉碎,然后加入硬脂酸钙2份和石墨烯8份混合均匀,得到混合物;将混合物置于双螺杆熔融纺丝机中挤出进行纺丝,加捻成线,得到缝合线;
隔层制备步骤:隔层由竹碳纤维、石墨烯、涤纶和氨纶混纺成的纱加捻后,进行编织而成;
缝制步骤:将锦纶面层、隔层和棉纤维底层重叠后,用缝合线贯穿面层、隔层和底层进行缝合,缝合线的针距为14针/3cm,缝合线均匀设置,得到石墨烯面料。
实施例2:
缝合线制备步骤:将按重量份计的亚麻纤维20份、壳聚糖4份、聚丙烯30份和聚酰胺15份混合,进行密炼15min后粉碎,然后加入硬脂酸钙4份和石墨烯6份混合均匀,得到混合物;将混合物置于双螺杆熔融纺丝机中挤出进行纺丝,加捻成线,得到缝合线;
隔层制备步骤:隔层由竹碳纤维、石墨烯、涤纶和氨纶混纺成的纱加捻后,进行编织而成;
缝制步骤:将锦纶面层、隔层和棉纤维底层重叠后,用缝合线贯穿面层、隔层和底层进行缝合,缝合线的针距为16针/3cm,缝合线均匀设置,得到石墨烯面料。
实施例3:
缝合线制备步骤:将按重量份计的亚麻纤维23份、壳聚糖4份、聚丙烯32份和聚酰胺22份混合,进行密10min后粉碎,然后加入硬脂酸钙4份和石墨烯7份混合均匀,得到混合物;将混合物置于双螺杆熔融纺丝机中挤出进行纺丝,加捻成线,得到缝合线;
隔层制备步骤:隔层由竹碳纤维、石墨烯、涤纶和氨纶混纺成的纱加捻后,进行编织而成;
缝制步骤:将锦纶面层、隔层和棉纤维底层重叠后,用缝合线贯穿面层、隔层和底层进行缝合,缝合线的针距为13针/3cm,缝合线均匀设置,得到石墨烯面料。
对比例1:
对比例的特征在于:以三层锦纶面料叠合进行缝制,缝合线采用不含石墨烯的普通缝合线;
对比例2:
对比例2的特征在于,以三层棉纤维面料叠合进行缝制,缝合线采用不含石墨烯的普通缝合线;
对比例3:
对比例3的特征在于:为含有石墨烯的锦纶面料,石墨烯加入量为3%。
对实施例1-3和对比例1-3进行保温性能的测试:
将得到的面料平铺,用60℃加热面料表面30min后,停止加热测试面料覆盖处的温度,然后静置30min后,再次测试面料覆盖处的温度,结果如表格1所示。

实施例与对比例相比,实施例的升温幅度比对比例低,说明实施例能够维持温度的稳定,与外界形成温度差,维持穿着者的舒适感;静置后,实施例的温度下降缓慢,有利于人体保温,而对比例的温度下降快,受外界环境影响大。
根据国标GB12703.3-2009进行静电性能的评价,结果如表格2所示:

实施例1-3均符合抗静电纺织品的电荷量要求,而对比例1-2抗静电性能较差。

Claims (5)

1.一种石墨烯面料,其特征在于包括面层、隔层和底层;所述隔层中含有竹碳纤维;所述面层、隔层和底层依次重叠,并通过缝合线将面层、隔层和底层缝合;所述缝合线中含有按重量份计的亚麻纤维12-25份、壳聚糖1-5份、聚丙烯20-35份、聚酰胺10-25份、助剂1-5份和石墨烯5-10份;所述助剂为硬脂酸钙;所述缝合线的针距为12-18针/3cm;缝合线均匀分布穿设面层、隔层和底层;所述隔层由竹碳纤维、石墨烯、涤纶和氨纶混纺成的纱加捻后,进行编织而成。
2.如权利要求1所述的石墨烯面料,其特征在于,所述面层为锦纶面层。
3.如权利要求1所述的石墨烯面料,其特征在于,所述底层为棉纤维底层。
4.如权利要求1所述的石墨烯面料,其特征在于,所述缝合线的针距为14针/3cm。
5.一种如权利要求1所述的石墨烯面料的制备方法,其特征在于包括:
缝合线制备步骤:将亚麻纤维、壳聚糖、聚丙烯和聚酰胺混合,进行密炼10-20min后粉碎,然后加入助剂和石墨烯混合均匀,得到混合物;将混合物置于双螺杆熔融纺丝机中挤出进行纺丝,加捻成线,得到缝合线;
缝制步骤:将面层、隔层和底层重叠后,用缝合线贯穿面层、隔层和底层进行缝合,得到石墨烯面料。
