本发明涉及石墨烯材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种石墨烯混纺面料。
背景技术
石墨烯(Graphene)是一种由碳原子以sp2杂化轨道组成六角型呈蜂巢晶格的二维碳纳米材料。石墨烯具有优异的光学、电学、力学特性,在材料学、微纳加工、能源、生物医学和药物传递等方面具有重要的应用前景,被认为是一种未来革命性的材料;英国曼彻斯特大学物理学家安德烈·盖姆和康斯坦丁·诺沃肖洛夫,用微机械剥离法成功从石墨中分离出石墨烯,因此共同获得2010年诺贝尔物理学奖。石墨烯常见的粉体生产的方法为机械剥离法、氧化还原法、SiC外延生长法,薄膜生产方法为化学气相沉积法。
现提供一种石墨烯混纺面料,只具有单一的特性,不能适应复杂的情况,无法满足现有的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种石墨烯混纺面料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
本发明的目的是通过下述技术方案予以实现:一种石墨烯混纺面料,包括耐磨上层、石墨烯夹层以及透气底层,所述石墨烯夹层上下两侧分别对应设有耐磨上层和透气底层,所述透气底层与石墨烯夹层之间通过缝合线进行缝合固定,所述耐磨上层与石墨烯夹层之间通过胶粘剂紧密贴合连接,所述透气底层上对应设有水分子孔。
本发明中,所述耐磨上层由玻璃纤维、聚酰胺纤维、聚烯烃弹性纤维混合纺织而成,其中各纤维组份比例如下:玻璃纤维45%、聚酰胺纤维25%以及聚烯烃弹性纤维30%,所述耐磨上层的顶面设有抗静电涂料。
本发明中,所述透气底层表面安装有均匀分布的水分子孔,所述透气底层整体采用人造丝、涤棉、棉纤维以及维纶混合纺织而成,其中各成分比如下:25%的人造丝、15%的涤棉、30%的棉纤维以及30%的维纶。
本发明中,所述石墨烯夹层为石墨烯复合材料制成,所述石墨烯复合材料为石墨烯涤纶复合材料、石墨烯锦纶复合材料或石墨烯氨纶复合材料的任意一种。
本发明中,所述缝合线内含有石墨烯成分,且缝合线的针距为每厘米4-6针。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是该发明一种石墨烯混纺面料,顶部采用耐磨面料制成的耐磨上层,并设有防静电层,具有抗静电和耐磨的特点,且面料质地更加柔软、延展性更好、强度更高,底部为透气面料,具有面料柔软、吸汗、亲肤效果好的特点,同时采用胶粘剂和缝合线分层固定,使整个面料更加柔软,底层吸汗和透气效果更加突出。

本发明中,所述耐磨上层1由玻璃纤维、聚酰胺纤维、聚烯烃弹性纤维混合纺织而成,其中各纤维组份比例如下:玻璃纤维45%、聚酰胺纤维25%以及聚烯烃弹性纤维30%,所述耐磨上层1的顶面设有抗静电涂料,这样的耐磨上层1具有耐磨性好、强度高、延展性能好以及质地柔软的特点,同时具有防静电的作用。所述透气底层3表面安装有均匀分布的水分子孔5,所述透气底层3整体采用人造丝、涤棉、棉纤维以及维纶混合纺织而成,其中各成分比如下:25%的人造丝、15%的涤棉、30%的棉纤维以及30%的维纶,该透气底层3得的面料光泽柔和,手感柔软、质地细腻,且具有良好的吸汗效果,透气效果凸出。所述石墨烯夹层2为石墨烯复合材料制成,所述石墨烯复合材料为石墨烯涤纶复合材料、石墨烯锦纶复合材料或石墨烯氨纶复合材料的任意一种。所述缝合线4内含有石墨烯成分,且缝合线4的针距为每厘米4-6针,采用上层粘合,底部缝合的方式可以有效的提高底部透气底层3的的透气性,同时使整体结构更加稳定,整个面料更叫柔软。

1.一种石墨烯混纺面料,包括耐磨上层(1)、石墨烯夹层(2)以及透气底层(3),其特征在于:所述石墨烯夹层(2)上下两侧分别对应设有耐磨上层(1)和透气底层(3),所述透气底层(3)与石墨烯夹层(2)之间通过缝合线(4)进行缝合固定,所述耐磨上层(1)与石墨烯夹层(2)之间通过胶粘剂紧密贴合连接,所述透气底层(3)上对应设有水分子孔(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯混纺面料,其特征在于:所述耐磨上层(1)由玻璃纤维、聚酰胺纤维、聚烯烃弹性纤维混合纺织而成,其中各纤维组份比例如下:玻璃纤维45%、聚酰胺纤维25%以及聚烯烃弹性纤维30%,所述耐磨上层(1)的顶面设有抗静电涂料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯混纺面料,其特征在于:所述透气底层(3)表面安装有均匀分布的水分子孔(5),所述透气底层(3)整体采用人造丝、涤棉、棉纤维以及维纶混合纺织而成,其中各成分比如下:25%的人造丝、15%的涤棉、30%的棉纤维以及30%的维纶。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯混纺面料,其特征在于:所述石墨烯夹层(2)为石墨烯复合材料制成,所述石墨烯复合材料为石墨烯涤纶复合材料、石墨烯锦纶复合材料或石墨烯氨纶复合材料的任意一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯混纺面料,其特征在于:所述缝合线(4)内含有石墨烯成分,且缝合线(4)的针距为每厘米4-6针。
