本发明涉及面料设计技术领域,且公开了一种低溶点涤纶复合面料,包括基布层,基布层由经线和纬线相互交织而成,经线由粘尼龙纤维和粘涤纶纤维混合制成,纬线由低熔点锦纶纤维和PET纤维混合制成,基布层的上表面固定设有降解层,降解层有竹炭纤维和聚酯氨纤维混合制成,降解层的上表面固定设有吸汗层,吸汗层有吸排涤纶纤维和抗菌尼龙纤维混合制成,基布层的下表面固定设有加强层,加强层是由玻璃纤维丝和防爆纤维经纬编织而成。该低溶点涤纶复合面料,可以增加面料的吸汗功能,避免产生异味,而且能够增加面料的抗拉性和阻燃性,还能避免面料表面起球而影响面料表面的光洁平整形,便于满足市场需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及面料设计技术领域,具体为一种低溶点涤纶复合面料。
背景技术
面料就是用来制作服装的材料。作为服装三要素之一,面料不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性,而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果。
随着人们物质生活水平的逐年提高和消费观念的不断改变,人们对相应的服饰用纺织面料的质量和档次的要求在不断提高,但是现有的面料吸汗功能差,容易产生异味,且面料在拉扯后容易发生形变,从而发生损坏,而且面料在多次使用后,表面容易起球,从而会影响面料表面的光洁平整形,无法满足市场需求,因此提出一种低溶点涤纶复合面料。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种低溶点涤纶复合面料,具备可以吸汗、除异味、抗拉及防起球等优点,解决了现在市面上的面料不能满足市场需求的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述可以吸汗、除异味、抗拉及防起球的目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种低溶点涤纶复合面料,包括基布层,所述基布层由经线和纬线相互交织而成,所述经线由粘尼龙纤维和粘涤纶纤维混合制成,所述纬线由低熔点锦纶纤维和PET纤维混合制成,所述基布层的上表面固定设有降解层,所述降解层有竹炭纤维和聚酯氨纤维混合制成,所述降解层的上表面固定设有吸汗层,所述吸汗层有吸排涤纶纤维和抗菌尼龙纤维混合制成,所述基布层的下表面固定设有加强层,所述加强层是由玻璃纤维丝和防爆纤维经纬编织而成,所述加强层的下表面固定设有抗起球层,所述抗起球层是由腈纶长纤纱和涤纶丝经纬编织组成。
优选的,所述吸汗层的上表面固定设有亲肤层,所述亲肤层的厚度为0.15mm-0.25mm之间。
优选的,所述粘尼龙纤维和粘涤纶纤维的直径均为150um。
优选的,所述腈纶长纤纱和涤纶丝采用纤维纱和腈纶纺丝加捻形成。
优选的,所述吸排涤纶纤维和抗菌尼龙纤维的直径均为70um。
优选的,所述防爆纤维的直径为40um,所述玻璃纤维的直径为20um。
优选的,所述基布层、降解层、吸汗层、亲肤层、加强层及抗起球层之间设有联结结构,所述联结结构是由弹性纤维编织成的平向编织面和纵向编织面。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种低溶点涤纶复合面料,具备以下有益效果:
1、该低溶点涤纶复合面料,通过设有的吸汗层和降解层能够对人体体表排出的汗腺进行有效吸收,且避免产生异味,通过设有的加强层能够增加面料的抗拉强度,避免面料被拉扯后发生形变,且能够增加阻燃效果,通过设有的抗起球层能够避免面料表面起球而影响面料表面光洁平整,便于提高面料的整体性能,满足市场需求。
2、该低溶点涤纶复合面料,通过多种低熔点的纤维与涤纶纤维进行混合,从而使面料边缘具有低熔点、热塑性和自粘性的特点,且具有手感软、强度高、易于打理、无环境污染等特征,便于人们使用。

请参阅图1,一种低溶点涤纶复合面料,包括基布层1,基布层1由经线和纬线相互交织而成,经线由粘尼龙纤维和粘涤纶纤维混合制成,粘尼龙纤维和粘涤纶纤维的直径均为150um,纬线由低熔点锦纶纤维和PET纤维混合制成,基布层1的上表面固定设有降解层2,降解层2有竹炭纤维和聚酯氨纤维混合制成,降解层2的上表面固定设有吸汗层3,吸汗层3有吸排涤纶纤维和抗菌尼龙纤维混合制成,吸排涤纶纤维和抗菌尼龙纤维的直径均为70um,吸汗层3的上表面固定设有亲肤层6,亲肤层6的厚度为0.15mm-0.25mm之间,避免面料对人体皮肤产生刺激,增加面料的舒适性,基布层1的下表面固定设有加强层4,加强层4是由玻璃纤维丝和防爆纤维经纬编织而成,防爆纤维的直径为40um,玻璃纤维的直径为20um,加强层4的下表面固定设有抗起球层5,抗起球层5是由腈纶长纤纱和涤纶丝经纬编织组成,腈纶长纤纱和涤纶丝采用纤维纱和腈纶纺丝加捻形成,基布层、降解层、吸汗层、亲肤层、加强层及抗起球层之间设有联结结构,联结结构是由弹性纤维编织成的平向编织面和纵向编织面。
综上所述,该低溶点涤纶复合面料,包括基布层1、降解层2、吸汗层3、加强层4、抗起球层5及亲肤层6联结组成,通过吸汗层3和降解层2对人体体表排出的汗腺进行有效吸收,且避免产生异味,通过加强层4增加面料的抗拉强度,避免面料被拉扯后发生形变,且增加面料的阻燃效果,通过抗起球层5避免面料表面起球而影响面料表面光洁平整,便于提高面料的整体性能,满足市场需求。

1.一种低溶点涤纶复合面料,其特征在于:包括基布层(1),所述基布层(1)由经线和纬线相互交织而成,所述经线由粘尼龙纤维和粘涤纶纤维混合制成,所述纬线由低熔点锦纶纤维和PET纤维混合制成,所述基布层(1)的上表面固定设有降解层(2),所述降解层(2)有竹炭纤维和聚酯氨纤维混合制成,所述降解层(2)的上表面固定设有吸汗层(3),所述吸汗层(3)有吸排涤纶纤维和抗菌尼龙纤维混合制成,所述基布层(1)的下表面固定设有加强层(4),所述加强层(4)是由玻璃纤维丝和防爆纤维经纬编织而成,所述加强层(4)的下表面固定设有抗起球层(5),所述抗起球层(5)是由腈纶长纤纱和涤纶丝经纬编织组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种低溶点涤纶复合面料,其特征在于:所述吸汗层(3)的上表面固定设有亲肤层(6),所述亲肤层(6)的厚度为0.15mm-0.25mm之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种低溶点涤纶复合面料,其特征在于:所述粘尼龙纤维和粘涤纶纤维的直径均为150um。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种低溶点涤纶复合面料,其特征在于:所述腈纶长纤纱和涤纶丝采用纤维纱和腈纶纺丝加捻形成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种低溶点涤纶复合面料,其特征在于:所述吸排涤纶纤维和抗菌尼龙纤维的直径均为70um。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种低溶点涤纶复合面料,其特征在于:所述防爆纤维的直径为40um,所述玻璃纤维的直径为20um。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种低溶点涤纶复合面料,其特征在于:所述基布层、降解层、吸汗层、亲肤层、加强层及抗起球层之间设有联结结构,所述联结结构是由弹性纤维编织成的平向编织面和纵向编织面。
