餐厨废弃物现场处理系统,技术领域:属于餐厨废弃物减量化、资源化的技术领域,解决问题:解决餐厨废弃物中剩菜汤、馊水含量很大,容易在收集、运输途中泄漏,影响城市环境,解决餐厨废弃物直接被填埋处理,造成地下水的严重污染,解决居民餐厨废弃物由于量相对较少,不集中,直接混入生活垃圾,给处理工作带来非常大的麻烦的同时,给环境带来严重污染。解决问题的技术要点:餐厨废弃物前期处理,脱水、污水处理,干燥消毒。主要用途:餐厨废弃物现场减量化和资源化处理。

技术领域:属于餐厨废弃物减量化、资源化的技术领域。
背景技术:餐厨废弃物,俗称泔脚,分为餐饮废弃物和厨余废弃物,极易腐烂变质,散发恶臭,传播细菌和病毒。目前,食品加工、餐饮服务、集体供餐等活动中产生的餐厨废弃物大部分是由专门公司输送到专业餐厨废弃物处理公司进行处理,而餐饮行业产生的餐厨废弃物中剩菜汤、馊水含量很大,容易在收集、运输途中泄漏,影响城市环境。餐厨废弃物直接被填埋处理,会造成地下水的严重污染。而居民餐厨废弃物由于量相对较少,不集中,给处理工作带来非常大的麻烦,所以目前都是混合在生活垃圾一起输送到生活垃圾处理厂进行处理,这样给生活垃圾厂的处理工作带来很大的不便,同时,给环境带来严重的污染。而营养丰富的餐厨废弃物主要成分包括米和面粉类食物残余、蔬菜、动植物油、肉骨等,从化学组成上,有淀粉、纤维素、蛋白质、脂类和无机盐等,是宝贵的可再生资源。但由于尚未引起重视,处置方法不当,它已成为影响食品安全和生态安全的潜在危险源。虽然处置不当会产生严重的后果,但餐厨垃圾也并非一无是处,餐厨废弃物具有废物与资源的双重特性,可以说是典型的“放错了地方的资源”。
发明内容:餐厨废弃物现场处理系统就是通过科学的方法,把食品加工、餐饮服务、集体供餐等活动中产生的餐厨废弃物现场进行脱水减量化,固形物消毒烘干变为有机肥或饲料原料,避免在收集、运输途中泄漏,影响城市环境。居民餐厨废弃物在小区内集中分类,现场进行脱水减量化,固形物消毒烘干变为有机肥或饲料原料,避免了餐厨垃圾混入生活垃圾,腐烂变质,散发恶臭,传播细菌和病毒,污染环境。整套系统占地面积小,操作方便。
具体实施方式:餐厨废弃物前期防霉变、腐败和破碎处理,脱水处理,污水净化,高温消毒烘干等。
