Technical Field
The invention relates to medical mechanical equipment, in particular to a scoliosis correcting head.
Background
In recent years, with the increase of learning and working pressure, affected by factors such as poor sitting posture and poor standing posture, spine deformity is a disease commonly seen in people of all ages, and the incidence of the front and back lateral bending is the highest, and accounts for more than 60% of the incidence of the total lateral bending of the spine. Currently, the main method for scoliosis is to apply a horizontal pushing force on the curved side (i.e., the convex side) to facilitate spinal reduction, and the method is widely used in rehabilitation training of the spine.
At present, many rehabilitation trainers for scoliosis treatment are also available on the market, and generally drive the correction head by a motor or manually to apply pressure to the spine, however, the correction head in the prior art generally has the problem of poor pushing effect, mainly because the correction head in the prior art can only press against the central scoliosis area with the most serious scoliosis protrusion, but we know that the deformation of the spine is really integral deformation, that is, secondary scoliosis areas with relatively less deformation exist at two ends of the area with the most serious deformation, so that simple point-type pressing is very easy to hurt due to stress concentration once the pushing force is not mastered in place, and the treatment effect is also poor due to the fact that the lateral-mark scoliosis areas are not pushed in place.

the adjusting assembly comprises an adjusting screw and a stress buffering rubber block, a through hole is formed in the lifting plate, a fixing nut is fixedly arranged on the lifting plate below the through hole, the adjusting screw is matched with the fixing nut, and the lower end of the adjusting screw penetrates through the fixing nut; the upper end of the adjusting screw is connected with the flange head through a rotary joint; the stress buffer rubber block is fixed on the elastic contact plate and is fixedly connected with the flange head through a fastening screw.
Preferably, the connecting rod is a buffer connecting rod, the buffer connecting rod comprises a sleeve and an inner rod which are mutually sleeved, the sleeve is fixedly connected with the connecting frame, and the inner rod is fixedly connected with the mounting plate; all be provided with on sleeve pipe and the interior pole and keep off the dish, be provided with buffer spring between the dish, buffer spring overlaps and establishes on sleeve pipe and interior pole.
Preferably, vertical guide rods are further arranged on two sides of the connecting frame and penetrate through guide holes in the mounting plate.
Preferably, the upper surface of the elastic contact plate is provided with a thin cushion layer.
Preferably, the elastic contact plate is an elastic steel plate.
The beneficial effects of the invention are concentrated and expressed as follows:
can linearly push and press the deformed part, and improves the rehabilitation effect of scoliosis deformation. Specifically, the correction head can simultaneously press the central lateral bending area and the secondary lateral bending areas at two ends of the spine in the working process, compared with the traditional point type pressing, the correction head can disperse the pressing force to the central lateral bending area and the secondary lateral bending areas, so that the stress is relatively dispersed, even if the preset pressure is too large, the correction head can disperse through other parts, and the phenomenon of injury is not easy to occur. Simultaneously, the crookedness of regulation elastic contact board that can be accurate through multiunit adjusting part makes it can accord with the deformation shape of backbone more, and then can rationally exert pressure, the accuracy according to the state of an illness and exert pressure, has promoted treatment.

Detailed Description
A scoliosis correction head as shown in fig. 1 comprises a horizontal mounting plate 14 and a horizontal lifting plate 15 disposed above the mounting plate 14, the lifting plate 15 having a bar shape. The lower fixed surface of lifter plate 15 is provided with the link 16 of U-shaped, the bottom of mounting panel 14 is provided with bulldozes motor 17, bulldoze motor 17's output and link 16 rigid coupling through the connecting rod. A strip-shaped elastic contact plate 18 is arranged above the lifting plate 15, the elastic contact plate 18 is preferably an elastic steel plate, the service life is longer, and in order to improve the comfort, a thin cushion layer 29 is arranged on the upper surface of the elastic contact plate 18. When the correcting head moves to a set position, the pushing motor 17 is started to drive the connecting rod, the connecting frame 16 and the lifting plate 15 to act in sequence, and finally the elastic contact plate 18 is driven to be attached to the spine to press the lateral bending part.
The resilient contact plate 18 is connected to the mounting plate 14 by means of adjustment members, such as 3 sets of adjustment members shown in fig. 1, but in practice the number of adjustment members may be greater, the greater the number of adjustment members, the more finely the adjustment is, and the resilient contact plate 18, which is typically 10cm long, is provided with 4-5 sets of adjustment members, which are evenly distributed along the length of the resilient contact plate 18.
The adjusting part comprises an adjusting screw rod 19 and a stress buffering rubber block 20, a through hole is formed in the lifting plate 15, a fixing nut 21 is fixedly arranged on the lifting plate 15 below the through hole, the fixing nut 21 can be directly welded on the lifting plate 15, and if the lifting plate 15 supported by hard plastic is adopted, the fixing nut 21 and the lifting plate 15 are of an integrated structure. The adjusting screw rod 19 is matched with the fixing nut 21, and the lower end of the adjusting screw rod is arranged in the fixing nut 21 in a penetrating mode. The upper end of the adjusting screw 19 is connected to a flange head 23 via a rotary joint 22. The stress buffering rubber block 20 is fixed on the elastic contact plate 18 and is fixedly connected with the flange head 23 through a fastening screw. The adjusting screw 19 and the elastic contact plate 18 are in transition connection through the stress buffering rubber block 20, so that when the elastic contact plate 18 deforms, the connection firmness of the contact position of the adjusting screw 19 and the elastic contact plate 18 can be ensured, and damage in the process of multiple adjustment is prevented. If the direct rigid connection is adopted, when the elastic contact plate 18 is deformed by a large amount, the adjusting screw 19 is easily disconnected from the elastic contact plate 18.
When the device is used, the large-size head of the adjusting screw rod 19 is rotated, the adjusting screw rod 19 rotates to drive the elastic contact plate 18, so that the elastic contact plate 18 is locally jacked up or pulled down, and different positions of the elastic contact plate 18 are adjusted by utilizing multiple groups of adjusting assemblies simultaneously, so that the elastic contact plate 18 is integrally adapted to the scoliosis of a patient. Because the strip-shaped correcting head can simultaneously push and press the central lateral bending area of the spine and the secondary lateral bending areas at two ends of the spine, compared with the traditional point type pushing, the strip-shaped correcting head can disperse the pushing and pressing force to the central lateral bending area and the secondary lateral bending areas, so that the stress is relatively dispersed, even if the preset pressure is overlarge, the strip-shaped correcting head can also disperse through other parts, and the phenomenon of injury is not easy to occur. Meanwhile, the flexibility of the elastic contact plate 18 can be accurately adjusted through the plurality of groups of adjusting assemblies, so that the elastic contact plate can better conform to the deformation shape of the spine, further, the pressure can be reasonably and accurately applied according to the state of an illness, and the treatment effect is improved.
In addition, in order to further improve the performance of the invention, the patient is more comfortable in the treatment process. The correction head adopts a non-rigid pushing mode, as shown in fig. 1, the connecting rod is a buffer connecting rod, the buffer connecting rod comprises a sleeve 24 and an inner rod 25 which are mutually sleeved, the sleeve 24 is fixedly connected with the connecting frame 16, and the inner rod 25 is fixedly connected with the mounting plate 14. The sleeve 24 and the inner rod 25 are both provided with a blocking disc 26, a buffer spring 27 is arranged between the blocking discs 26, and the buffer spring 27 is sleeved on the sleeve 24 and the inner rod 25.
