发明目的
本发明的目的是提供一种液体蒸馏装置,其特征在于获得比市场上现有的其它蒸馏装置更高的能量效率。
技术领域
本发明可蒸馏应用于各种领域的液体,在合适的卫生条件且无杂质的情况下,例如食品领域、药品领域、实验室领域、营养学领域或其他任何需要使用液体蒸馏器的领域。
背景技术
目前存在用于液体(例如水)处理的不同技术,其最终目的是纯化所讨论的液体,以及消除诸如微污染物和多价离子的有机物质。谈及这些技术时,适当地提及到例如:微滤、超滤、纳滤和蒸馏。
液体蒸馏是与本发明有更大联系的技术,使用家用器具,其包括接收器,该接收器中液体的蒸发借助于热分配而发生,所述接收器具有蒸汽冷凝于其中的盖子,以及用于已冷凝和已蒸馏液体的出口导管。
这种类型的蒸馏器的缺点是蒸发所需的热量会被施加到接收器的外部,这将导致大部分利用的能量被浪费并因此导致能量效率低下。
用于蒸馏液体(例如盐水或饮用水)的另一种已知装置是太阳能蒸馏器,其内部包括存蓄件(deposit),存蓄件中的待蒸馏液体通过太阳能加热产生蒸发;存蓄件具有倾斜的盖子,冷凝蒸汽的液滴通过倾斜的盖子在其内表面上朝向蒸馏液体的排出管道落下。
这种类型的装置具有使用太阳能进行操作的优点,但是在大气条件的影响下,它可能只具有非常低的蒸馏液体产量。
因此,产生的技术问题是需要开发一种液体蒸馏装置,该液体蒸馏装置能够不受外部条件限制地保证蒸馏液体的高产量,并且与市场上现有的蒸馏装置相比具有更高的能量效率。
发明内容
为实现上述目的,该液体蒸馏装置包括:
-不透蒸汽的圆顶件,用于将待蒸馏的液体保持在其体积的下部;
-设置在圆顶件内部的热泵,其连接到外部电源,并设置有释放热量的冷凝器和吸收热量的蒸发器,分别形成(conforming)热泵的热部分和冷部分;
-连接到热泵热部分的散热器,适于蒸发待蒸馏的液体;
-连接到热泵冷部分的冷凝器存蓄件,适于冷凝蒸发的液体并收集馏出物;以及
-连接到冷凝器存蓄件的收集管,适于将馏出物引导到圆顶件的外部。
热泵和散热器的布置方式以及圆顶件内部的冷凝器存蓄件有助于实现一系列优点:-由热泵的热部分释放并用于散热器的热量加速了圆顶件内部蒸汽的形成;-圆顶件,除了产生温室效应而升高温度外,还能够防止蒸汽逃逸,使其达到饱和(当涉及水蒸汽时,相对湿度为100%);以及-在冷部分,较低的温度使得蒸汽冷凝保持饱和。因此,通过使用温室效应,这些特征使装置能够实现比其他蒸馏装置更高的能量效率,并总是使用饱和蒸汽和泵的能量来进行蒸发和冷凝。
在本发明的一实施例中,圆顶件下部具有一开口,该下部开口为待蒸馏的液体进入圆顶件内部的入口。
该液体蒸馏装置的使用非常简单,因为它允许将圆顶件展开/安装在需要其操作的表面上(例如盐水,不可饮用水等);根据位置使用最方便的能源(太阳能、风能、海洋能、电网或任何其他)来激活热泵,接着收集蒸馏的液体,直到表面停止供应它以防干涸。

具体实施方式
在附图所示的示例性实施例中,液体蒸馏装置包括透明且不透蒸汽的圆顶件(1),在其中容纳有热泵(2),该热泵(2)设置有释放热量的冷凝器和吸收热量的蒸发器,分别形成散热器(21)所连接的热部分与冷凝器存蓄件(22)所连接的冷部分(22),其中的冷凝器存蓄件(22)设置有用于排出馏出物的收集管(3)。
上述热泵(2)连接到外部电源(未示出),该外部电源优选地使用诸如太阳能、风能或海洋能的可再生能源,但是不排除它可以被连接到供电网。

Claims (2)

1.一种液体蒸馏装置,工作在大气条件下,包括透明且不透蒸汽的圆顶件(1),所述圆顶件(1)通过温室效应升高温度,且构造成在其体积的下部容纳待蒸馏的液体,其特征在于还包括:
-热泵(2),所述热泵(2)连接至外部电源、设置在圆顶件(1)内部,以及设有释放热量的冷凝器和吸收热量的蒸发器,分别形成热泵的热部分和冷部分;
-散热器(21),所述散热器(21)连接到所述热泵的热部分,适于蒸发待蒸馏的液体;
-冷凝器存蓄件(22),所述冷凝器存蓄件(22)连接到热泵(2)的冷部分,适于冷凝蒸发的液体并收集馏出物;以及
-收集管(3),所述收集管(3)连接到冷凝器存蓄件(22),用于排出馏出物,
其中液体蒸馏装置的所述圆顶件具有下部开口(11),所述下部开口(11)形成待蒸馏液体进入所述圆顶件的内部的入口,而且用作容纳待蒸馏液体的储罐,所述圆顶件可以被展开在需要操作的液体表面上。
2.一种使用根据权利要求1所述的液体蒸馏装置获得蒸馏液体的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:a)将圆顶件展开/安装在需要操作的液体表面上;b)激活热泵;以及c)收集蒸馏液。
