Abstract

一种冰箱包括冷空气分配装置,其中,叶轮用于吸入和排出蒸发器所产生的冷空气,冷空气分配部件将叶轮排出的冷空气分配给与冷冻室和冷藏室连接的通道,马达驱动叶轮和冷空气分配部件。冷空气分配部件在其圆柱外壁上有一开孔,当它转动时可控制进入两个通道的冷空气流量,因而能有效地分配蒸发器所产生的冷空气,从而严格保持冷冻室和冷藏室的温度。由于冰箱只有一台风扇,故间隔段内部结构简单,冰箱的制造组装容易。

Description

具有冷空气分配 装置的冰箱
本发明涉及冰箱,更具体地说,涉及能有效地将冷空气分配到冷藏室和冷冻室的冰箱。
一般讲,冰箱是一种在较低温度下存放食品的装置,用以保持食品的新鲜性。冰箱有压缩机、冷凝器、膨胀阀和蒸发器。一种叫做致冷剂的工作流体通过一个热力循环在其中运行,这已是一种常识。在这样的系统中,低压力的致冷剂经过压缩机的压缩而以高压力的蒸汽离开压缩机,然后在冷凝器中冷凝,把热量传递给冷凝器周围的介质,得到高压液态致冷剂,再经过膨胀阀。在膨胀阀中一部分液态致冷剂迅速变成蒸汽,其余的致冷剂在低压的蒸发器中汽化,使周围介质的热量传递给蒸发的致冷剂,达到冷却周围空气的目的。蒸发器周围产生的冷空气用风扇吹入冷冻室。致冷剂蒸汽然后被吸入压缩机,又开始一个循环。简言之,致冷剂在蒸发器中从周围介质吸热,而在冷凝器中放热。
图1示出一传统冰箱100。
如图1所示,冰箱100有一壳体110,壳体100中有冷藏室130和冷冻室120。冷藏室用于在较低温度下保持食品新鲜,而冷冻室用于将存放的食品处于冷冻状态。冷冻室120的后面部分有一间隔段140,其中装有产生冷空气的蒸发器160。冷冻室120与间隔段140由间隔层150隔开。
压缩机(未示)安装在冷藏室130的下面,用于压缩致冷剂并使它循环流动。通过压缩机后的高温高压汽态致冷剂在冷凝器(未示)中把热量排放给周围介质而凝结成液相。液相致冷剂再通过膨胀阀(未示),在其中部分液相致冷剂迅速变成蒸汽。其余的致冷剂则到位于间隔段140预定位置的低压蒸发器中汽化,结果,热量从环境传递给蒸发的致冷剂,从而将环境空气冷却。
间隔层150的上面部分有一第一通道155,可将蒸发器中产生的冷空气引入冷冻室120。在间隔段140的与第一通道155相应位置上安装一由第一马达182驱动的第一风扇,用于使蒸发器160周围的一部分冷空气顺畅地吹入冷冻室120中,其余冷空气则用由第二马达186驱动的第二风扇184吹动经壳体110后壁上的第二通道145流入冷藏室130。
流入冷藏室130和冷冻室120中的冷空气吸收存放食品的热量,再经间隔层152中的回流气道135和125回到间隔段140,以便再次用上述方式冷却。
在传统冰箱100中,为了把蒸发器160所产生的冷空气吹入第一通道155和第二通道145,需要几台风扇,因此间隔段140的内部结构复杂,而且流入冷冻室120和冷藏室130中的冷空气量也不能加以控制,因而冷冻室120和冷藏室130内的温度不能严格保证。
另一方面,授予基姆等人的美国专利第4,614,092号公开了一种装置,在一与冷藏室连通的通道内装上一控制板,使流入冷藏室的冷空气流量得到控制,但由于冷空气流入冷藏室时与控制板发生碰撞而使控制板的位置发生移动,因而冷空气的流量不能严格控制。
本发明试图克服上述缺点,其目的是提出一种具有冷空气分配装置的冰箱,它能有效地将冷空气分配到冷藏室和冷冻室中。
为达上述目的,所提出的冰箱包括以下部分:
一具有冷藏室、冷冻室和间隔段的壳体,其中冷冻室在冷藏室的上面,间隔段在冷冻室后面并由第一隔层与冷冻室分开,第一隔层在预定位置上有第一通道,壳体在其后面的预定位置上有第二通道可将间隔段与冷藏室连通;
一产生冷空气的蒸发器,安装在间隔段的预定位置上;
一第一装置,用于吸入和排出蒸发器所产生的冷空气;
一第二装置,用于控制从第一装置排放到第一、第二通道中的冷空气流量;及
一第三装置,用于驱动第二装置。
第二隔层将间隔段分成第一间隔和第二间隔,第一间隔在第二间隔下面,第一和第二通道都与此第一间隔连通。
根据本发明的优选实施例,第二隔层是用绝热材料做的,因此可防止热量在第一和第二间隔之间传递。
第一装置包括一固定到第二间隔下面部分的第一马达和一叶轮,第一马达的轴从第一马达穿过第二隔层预定位置上的第一孔向下伸出,叶轮吸进蒸发器周围的冷空气并将它沿径向向外排出,叶轮与第一马达轴端连接并且位于蒸发器上面。
第二装置有一冷空气分配部件,该部件是中空圆柱形的,底部开口,冷空气分配部件分布在第一马达轴预定位置四周且围着叶轮,它们之间沿径向隔开一预定距离,在冷空气分配部件圆形外壁上至少有一孔。
根据本发明的优选实施例,此孔长度比冷空气分配部件周长的二分之一长。
第一马达轴与冷空气分配部件之间有一滚珠轴承,因此第一马达轴转动时冷空气分配部件仍然保持不动。
第三装置包括一固定在第二间隔下面部分的第二马达,第二马达轴从第二马达穿过第二隔层预定位置上的第二孔向下伸出,第三装置还包括第一齿轮和第二齿轮,第一齿轮固定在第二马达轴端部,第二齿轮固定在冷空气分配部件顶面,且与冷空气分配部件同心,第二齿轮与第一齿轮相啮合。
根据本发明这一实施例,此第二马达是一步进电动机。
第三装置与电气转换装置接通,当冷冻室和冷藏室内的温度传感器发送数据给电气转换装置,电气转换装置就送一操作信号给第三装置,使第二装置旋转。
根据本发明的具有冷空气分配装置的冰箱,它能有效地分配从蒸发器产生的冷空气,因而能严格保持冷冻室和冷藏室的温度。
此外,由于本发明的冰箱只有一台风扇,所以间隔段内部结构简单,因而制造装配容易。
本发明的上述目的及其他优点可通过参照附图对一优选实施例的详细说明而变得更明了。

以下参照附图对本发明一优选实施例的具有冷空气分配装置的冰箱200作详细说明。
凡与传统冰箱相同的零件采用相同的标号。
图2是一放大图,显示按照本发明的具有冷空气分配装置240的冰箱200间隔段140的内部结构。
如图2所示,冰箱200有一壳体110,壳体110中有存放食品的冷藏室130,能使食品在较低温度下保鲜,还有一存放食品的冷冻室120,食品在冷冻室200中处于冷冻状态。冷冻室120的后面部分有一间隔段140,其中装有产生冷空气用的蒸发器160。冷藏室130和冷冻室120由隔层152隔开,冷冻室120和间隔段140由第一隔层150隔开。
第一隔层150的上面部分有一第一通道155,可将蒸发器160所产生的冷空气引入冷冻室120,壳体110后壁的预定位置上有一第二通道145,使间隔段140与冷藏室130连通,从而可让冷空气流入冷藏室130。
间隔段140被第二隔层210分成第一间隔211和第二间隔212。第一间隔211在第二隔层210下面,第二间隔212在第二隔层210上面。第二间隔212单独存放诸如马达那样的热辐射设备,第二隔层212是用绝热材料制做的,因此可挡住第一和第二间隔211、212之间的热交换。第一通道155和第二通道145与第一间隔211连通。
作为吸入、排出蒸发器160产生冷空气的设备,叶轮230装到间隔段140内蒸发器160的上面,它从蒸发器160的周围吸收冷空气并沿径向排出。第一马达235固定在第二间隔212的下面部分用于驱动叶轮230,第一马达轴237从第一马达235穿过第二隔层210预定位置上的第一孔213向下伸出,其端部与叶轮230连接。
叶轮230排出的冷空气由冷空气分配部件240分别送到第一通道155和第二通道145,而沿第一通道155和第二通道145流过的冷空气量由冷空气分配部件240的转动加以控制。
冷空气分配部件240是一空心圆柱体,其底部开口,冷空气分配部件240布置在第一马达轴237预定位置的四周。在第一马达轴237和冷空气分配部件240之间装上滚动轴承241,因此第一马达轴237旋转时冷空气分配部件240保持不动。冷空气分配部件240开口朝下,允许冷空气流入其中,同时,如图3所示,冷空气分配部件240围住叶轮230,并沿径向隔开一定距离。冷空气分配部件240的圆周外壁上开孔249,其长度大于外壁周长的二分之一。当冷空气分配部件240转动时,孔249改变位置,因而可分别控制叶轮230排出而进入第一通道155和第二通道145的冷空气量。
作为使冷空气分配部件240转动的装置,第二齿轮248固定到冷空气分配部件240的顶面,且互相同轴。第二马达244固定到第二间隔211的下面部分。第二马达轴246从第二马达244穿过第二隔层210预定位置上的第二孔214向下伸出。第一齿轮242安装到第二马达轴246端部固定并与第二齿轮248啮合。
第二马达244最好是一步进电动机,可对冷空气分配部件244进行微调。第二马达244与电气转换装置(未示)电连接。当冷冻室120和冷藏室130中的温度传感器(未示)发送数据给电气转换装置,电气转换装置即送出操作信号给第二马达244,从而严格控制冷空气分配部件240的转动。
按照本发明的具有冷空气分配装置的冰箱,它能有效地分配蒸发器所产生的冷空气,因而严格保持冷冻室和冷藏室内的温度。
此外,由于根据本发明的冰箱只有一台风扇,因此间隔段内部结构简单,因此冰箱的制造组装方便。
虽然本发明的优选实施例已经作了描述,但是显然本发明不局限于这一实施例。本领域的技术人员在后附的权利要求所限定的本发明的实质和范围内可以作出多种修改和变型。

Claims (10)

1.一种冰箱,其包括:
壳体,内有冷藏室、冷冻室和间隔段,冷冻室在冷藏室上面,间隔段在冷冻室后面部分且由第一隔层与冷冻室隔开,第一隔层在其预定位置上有第一通道,壳体后壁的预定位置上有第二通道,可使间隔段与冷藏室连通;
蒸发器,用于产生冷空气,此蒸发器装在间隔段的预定位置上;
第一装置,用于吸入、排出由蒸发器产生的冷空气;
第二装置,用于控制由第一装置排出并流入第一、第二通道中的冷空气流量;及
第三装置,用于驱动第二装置。
2.如权利要求1所述的冰箱,其中,间隔段由第二隔层分成第一间隔和第二间隔,此第一间隔在第二隔层下面,第一及第二通道与第一间隔连通。
3.如权利要求2所述的冰箱,其中,第二隔层是用绝热材料做的,因而防止第一和第二间隔之间的传热。
4.如权利要求2所述的冰箱,其中,第一装置包括第一马达,第一马达固定在第二间隔下面部分,第一马达轴从第一马达穿过第二隔层预定位置上的第一孔向下伸出,第一装置还包括叶轮,吸入蒸发器周围的冷空气并沿径向排出,它与第一马达轴端部连接并位于蒸发器上方。
5.如权利要求4所述的冰箱,其中,第二装置包括冷空气分配部件,其为一中空的圆柱体,底部开口,此冷空气分配部件布置在第一马达轴预定位置四周,并围住叶轮,叶轮与冷空气分配部件沿径向相隔一定间距,冷空气分配部件的圆周外壁上至少有一孔。
6.如权利要求5所述的冰箱,其中,此孔长度大于冷空气分配部件周长的二分之一。
7.如权利要求5所述的冰箱,其中,在第一马达轴和冷空气分配部件之间装上滚珠轴承,使第一马达轴转动时冷空气分配部件保持不动。
8.如权利要求5所述的冰箱,其中,第三装置包括第二马达,此第二马达固定在第二间隔下面部分,第二马达轴从第二马达穿过第二隔层预定位置上的第二孔向下伸出,第二马达轴端部固定一第一齿轮,在冷空气分配部件顶部固定一第二齿轮,第二齿轮与冷空气分配部件同轴配置且与第一齿轮啮合。
9.如权利要求8所述的冰箱,其中,第二马达是一步进电动机。
10.如权利要求1所述的冰箱,其中,第三装置与电气转换装置电连接,当放在冷藏室和冷冻室内的温度传感器送出数据给此电气转换装置时,电气转换装置即发出操作信号给第三装置,使第二装置转动。
