(4) the elastic force of the primary sealing sponge 13 is released by tearing off the plastic film outside the primary sealing sponge 13. Under the combined action of the spring 11 and the primary sealing sponge 13, the rubber wrapping tape 12 is tightly attached to the tank wall 1, so that primary sealing is formed.
(5) Placing the secondary sealing sponge 5 into a plastic film for vacuumizing, and compressing the secondary sealing sponge 5;
(6) placing the compressed secondary sealing sponge 5 above the upper fixing plate 6;
(7) a diaphragm 3 is wrapped on the side, close to the tank wall 1, of the pressure bearing plate 2;
(8) extruding the pressure bearing plate 2 and the diaphragm 3 to form a secondary sealing sponge 5, and tightly fixing the other side of the pressure bearing plate 2 on a floating disc 10 through a bolt 7, a gasket 8 and a nut 9;
(9) the plastic film on the outer side of the secondary sealing sponge 5 is torn, and the elasticity of the secondary sealing sponge 5 is released. The secondary sealing sponge 5 is tightly attached to the tank wall 1, so that secondary sealing is formed, and the pressure-bearing plate always keeps the pressing force in the direction of the tank wall.
