Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the following figures and detailed description:
example 1
The embodiment 1 of the invention discloses a device for eliminating an oil gas space inside an outer floating roof storage tank edge seal.
As shown in figure 1, the inner oil gas space eliminating device for the edge sealing of the outer floating roof storage tank comprises a rubber bag 1.
The rubber bag 1 is arranged in the oil-gas space between the primary seal 8 and the secondary seal 5.
Wherein, the primary seal 8 and the secondary seal 5 are both existing sealing devices. Wherein:
the upper end of the primary seal 8 is mounted on the top end of the edge of the floating plate 7 through a seal fixing bolt 6.
The upper end of the secondary seal 5 is connected with the rubber scraper 2 through a rubber scraper fixing bolt 3.
When the tank wall 9 is not deformed, the squeegee 2 is attached to the tank wall 9.
The rubber bag in this example 1 divides the oil and gas space into two separate spaces.
Wherein, a first space (not shown) completely isolated from the outside is formed between the rubber bag 1 and the secondary seal 5, and the first space (not shown) is a closed space, i.e. a space completely without oil gas.
A second space (not shown) is formed between the rubber bag 1, the squeegee 2, the tank wall 9, and the primary seal 8.
The volume of the first space is significantly larger than the volume of the second space in this embodiment 1. When the tank wall is hung up with oil or the primary seal 8 fails, this will result in an increase in the oil and gas concentration inside the second space, which however is of a smaller volume.
Through setting up above-mentioned rubber bag 1 and forming the first space that does not have oil gas completely, this first space has occupied the most position in oil gas space, therefore can eliminate the sealed detonation's of outer floating roof storage tank emergence thunderbolt hidden danger.
Preferably, the first space occupies not less than 93% by volume of the total oil and gas space when the tank wall is not deformed.
Example 2
This example 2 also describes an external floating roof tank edge seal internal vapor space elimination device, which is different from the above example 1 in technical characteristics, and the rest of the technical characteristics can be referred to the above example 1.
As shown in fig. 1, this embodiment 2 shows a specific mounting structure of the rubber bag, that is:
the upper end of the rubber bag 1 and the rubber scraper 2 on the secondary seal are fixed at the same position. The lower end of the rubber bag 1, the primary seal 5 and the primary seal pressing plate 10 are fixed at the top end of the edge of the floating plate 7 through the seal fixing bolt 6.
Through the design, the rubber bag 1 can be installed on the basis of the existing structure.
Example 3
This example 3 also describes an external floating roof tank edge seal internal vapor space elimination device, which can refer to the above example 2 except that the following technical features are different from those of the above example 2.
As shown in fig. 2, in order to keep the portion of the rubber bag 1 in contact with the tank wall 9 in a fitting state as much as possible and to reduce the second space as much as possible, the following measures are taken:
the upper end of the rubber bag 1 is provided with an inverted L-shaped limiting rubber plate 4.
The horizontal section of the limiting rubber plate 4 is fixed with the rubber scraper 2 through a rubber scraper fixing bolt 3.
The vertical section of the limiting rubber plate 4 is tightly attached to the tank wall 9, and the upper end of the rubber bag 1 is tightly pressed on the tank wall 9.
The design not only reduces the volume of the second space (oil-gas containing space) to the maximum extent, but also prevents the rubber bag 1 from turning upwards to the lower part of the rubber scraper 2 by the limiting rubber plate 4.
Example 4
This example 4 also describes an external floating roof tank edge seal internal vapor space elimination device, which can refer to the above example 2 except that the following technical features are different from those of the above example 2.
As shown in fig. 1, in order to keep the portion of the rubber bag 1 in contact with the tank wall 9 in a fitting state as much as possible and to reduce the second space as much as possible, the following measures may be taken:
a counterweight rubber sheet 11 is arranged at the position close to the primary sealing and on one side of the rubber bag 1 attached to the tank wall 9.
The purpose of the weight rubber sheet 11 is to increase the weight of the rubber bag 1 on the side close to the tank wall 9 so that it can be kept in a vertical state under any conditions. The oil-gas containing space is reduced to the maximum extent by keeping the vertical state, and in addition, the counterweight rubber sheet with certain weight can also prevent the rubber bag 1 from turning upwards when the floating plate 7 goes downwards due to oil sticking of the tank wall 9.
The weight rubber sheet 11 is located on the inner side wall of the rubber bag 1, namely the side wall of the rubber bag 1 facing the secondary seal 5.
Example 5
This example 5 also describes an external floating roof tank edge seal internal vapor space elimination device.
This embodiment 5 combines the two modes of embodiment 3 and embodiment 4 in order to keep the portion of the rubber bag 1 in contact with the tank wall 9 in a fit state as much as possible and to achieve the purpose of reducing the second space as much as possible.
Under the synergistic action of the counterweight rubber sheet 11 and the limiting rubber plate 4, the possibility that the rubber bag 1 turns upwards can be eliminated.
Example 6
This embodiment 6 describes an installation method for installing the above-mentioned device for eliminating the internal oil-gas space sealed at the edge of the external floating roof tank, and the specific technical solution is as follows:
the installation method of the device for eliminating the internal oil-gas space sealed at the edge of the outer floating roof storage tank comprises the following steps:
s1. the outer floating roof tank is first installed with the primary seal 8.
And s2, pressing the lower end of the rubber bag 1 and the primary seal 8 together, placing the primary seal pressing plate 10, and fixing the primary seal 8, the primary seal pressing plate 10 and the rubber bag 1 by using the seal fixing bolt 6.
s3. the upper end of the rubber bag 1 is pressed between the rubber scraper 2 and the limiting rubber plate 4 and fixed by the rubber scraper bolt 3, and the upper end of the rubber bag 1 is pressed on the tank wall by the limiting rubber plate 4 after installation.
Through the steps, the installation of the oil-gas space eliminating device inside the edge sealing of the outer floating roof storage tank is facilitated.
The operation of the internal oil-gas space eliminating device for the edge sealing of the external floating roof storage tank is as follows:
design specifications require that when the annular gap at the edge of the floating plate 7 varies by ± 100mm, the primary seal 8 should be able to maintain good fit with the tank wall 9 to meet the sealing requirements.
When the can wall 9 is not deformed, i.e. the annular gap is not changed, the primary seal 8 remains in close abutment with the can wall 9 (fig. 1). The oil-gas space inside the seal (100% when the rubber bag 1 was not used) was reduced by 93%.
When the annular gap is reduced by deformation of the tank wall 9, as shown in fig. 3, the primary seal is compressed, and the oil-gas space inside the seal (100% of the oil-gas space when the rubber bag 1 is not used) is reduced by 95%.
When the tank wall 9 is deformed and the annular gap increases, as shown in fig. 4, the primary seal 8 expands outward, and the oil-gas space inside the seal (100% of the oil-gas space when the rubber bag 1 is not used) decreases by 91%.
When the tank wall 9 is deformed and the annular gap is increased until the primary seal 8 is separated from the tank wall 9, as shown in fig. 5, the oil medium which is protected by the primary seal 8 is exposed out of the liquid level, and the oil-gas space in the seal is larger at the moment, but the volume of the oil-gas space can still be greatly reduced compared with that before the rubber bag 1 is used.
In addition, when the floating plate 7 goes upward, the top end of the rubber bag 1 is pulled by the secondary seal 5 and moves upward together with the floating plate 7. At this time, the frictional force between the rubber bag 1 and the tank wall 9 is in the opposite direction to the running direction of the float 7.
When the floating disc 7 goes down, the rubber bag 1 is under the action of friction force of the tank wall 9, particularly when the tank wall 9 is provided with viscous oil, the rubber bag 1 tends to turn upwards, and the counterweight rubber sheet 11 and the limiting rubber plate 4 can prevent the rubber bag 1 from turning upwards.
It should be understood, however, that the description herein of specific embodiments is not intended to limit the invention to the particular forms disclosed, but on the contrary, the intention is to cover all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
