Abstract
本发明公开了一种燃油环保清净增效剂及配制方法,其特征在于该剂以重量百分比为二茂铁溶剂1~30%、二叔丁基过氧化物5~35%、聚乙二醇0.5~6%、丙三醇(甘油)0.5~5%、消烟剂10~60%组成。本发明在常温常压条件下操作,工艺流程简单、原料丰富、易得、生产成本低;该剂掺入燃油中燃烧,燃烧效果好,可最大限度地减少环境污染,节省油料,可广泛用于汽柴油车、内燃机、汽柴油为燃料的机械设备和工业炉窑、锅炉中使用。

本发明涉及一种燃油环保清净增效剂,特别适用于汽油、柴油、重柴油、煤油等的一种燃油环保清净增效剂及其配制方法。
背景技术
随着中国经济的快速增长、尤其是机动车保有量的高速增长,导致我国污染日趋严重,空气污染指数优良天数明显减少,可吸入污染物占主要污染物的比例越来越大,近年来雾霾非常严重,给人民的正常生活造成了极大的困扰, PM2.5 的控制显得非常紧迫。而机动车尾气排放是 PM2.5 的主要来源之一。为此,为加快改善环境空气质量,打赢蓝天保卫战,是要求“在车用汽柴油中加入符合环保要求的燃油清净增效剂。”为了降低机动车尾气污染排放,因此,研究一种符合环保要求的燃油清净增效剂,就成本领域技术人员亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种燃油环保清净增效剂,此剂对汽柴油车、内燃机、汽柴油为燃料的机械设备和工业炉窑可最大限度地减少废气污染,不需增加任何设备,达到净化和节能综合治理的目的。
本发明的内容是:一种燃油环保清净增效剂,其特征之处是组成(重量%)为:
二茂铁溶剂 1~30%
二叔丁基过氧化物 5~35%
聚乙二醇 0.5~6%
丙三醇(甘油) 0.5~5%

燃油环保清净增效剂的配制方法,以重量百分比计,由以下步骤制取的。
在常温常压条件下,配制二茂铁溶剂,将二茂铁和汽油或柴油或燃料油按比例取数量搅拌充分,溶解即完成,密封存放备用。
在常温常压条件下,配制消烟剂,将燃油、正丁醇、无水乙醇、硝酸乙酯按比例取数量搅拌均匀,反应结束后,静置分层,上层为黑色油末,下层为均匀的、稳定的、澄清的浅棕色的液体,取下层澄清的浅棕色的液体密封存放备用。
燃油环保清净增效剂在常温常压条件下,将二茂铁溶剂、二叔丁基过氧化物、聚乙二醇 、丙三醇(甘油) 、消烟剂 按比例取数量混合均匀后,再过滤即可。
本发明所述的燃油环保清净增效剂,是由二茂铁溶剂、有机过氧化物,催化剂、消烟剂、柴油或汽油或燃料油共同组成的混合物,其中,二茂铁溶剂在燃油中有消烟助燃作用、在汽油中的抗震作用、在燃烧中可提高燃烧热、增加功率而达到节能和减少大气污染的效果;消烟剂在燃油环保清净增效剂中主要起着催化、氧化、裂化的作用,促使燃油燃烧更加完全,因而减少黑烟,降低油量,提高发动机的马力和功率;聚乙二醇有着分散剂、润滑剂、乳化剂作用;二叔丁基过氧化物是有机过氧化物中最稳定者之一,有强氧化性;丙三醇(甘油)遇强氧化剂能引起燃烧和爆炸,亦起防冻剂作用。
本发明所述的燃油环保清净增效剂加在燃油中,油品在内燃机的燃烧室里,燃油燃烧所必需的氧将来自四个方面,一是空气中的O2,二是燃油中溶解的O2,三是有机过氧化物离解生成的O2,四是消烟剂中的氧,由这四个方面供氧,则氧量充足,加上燃烧室内温度较高,使得燃油得以充分燃烧。所带来的结果是:①冒烟少,噪音小,减少了环境污染;②提高了燃烧效率,节约了油料,降低了消耗;③放出热量增多,增大了内燃机的马力,机械作功的功率也增大,使机车运转和爬坡都比较有力。经用于机车验测,汽车发动机力量提高接近一个排档,并且易启动,加速快,车速平稳。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下特奌。
1、本发明与各种燃料油混合后,可长期保持稳定,无絮状沉淀,无胶质。
2、本发明可直接加入燃料油中,不需改进车辆油路系统,实用价值高。
3、本发明加入燃料油后,能降低车辆排出的烟雾、废气,其中烟雾减少60~70%,减少污染。
4、本发明节油25~30%,节油效果明显。
