6. The discharge mechanism is provided with the two detachable material receiving shells, so that the white handles with the angles being completely discharged can be effectively collected, and the detachable material receiving shells can be taken down to be replaced after being fully collected, so that the use is more convenient.

The application process of the invention is as follows: the first motor 5 drives the angle arranging mechanism 3 to rotate; putting the white handle into the feeding groove 4, enabling the white handle to enter the corner arranging mechanism 3 from the feeding groove 4 and fall into the first clamping groove 35 of the disc 31, enabling the small end to be just clamped into the groove 34 on the inner wall of the disc 31 if one end of the small end falls on one side of the disc 31, and enabling the small end to flow out of the discharging mechanism 2 at the lower end of the first clamping groove 35 in a horizontal state after rotating away from the inclined steel belt 33; if one end of the large end falls on one side of the disc 31, the large end cannot be clamped into the groove 34, and the side of the conveying disc 32 of the steel belt 33 on the lower side of the white handle is lower than one side of the disc 31, so that the white handle slides into the second clamping groove 36 of the conveying disc 32 from the first clamping groove 35, and flows out from the lower end discharging mechanism 2 of the second clamping groove 36 through rotation.
The white handle corner arranging machine can arrange corners of disordered white handles, so that one side of a big head and one side of a small head of the white handles flow out from different positions respectively, the white handles are convenient to process, labor is saved, and the working efficiency is improved.

The discharging mechanism 2 is provided with two detachable receiving shells 22, one ends of the two detachable receiving shells 22 are positioned at the discharging end of the conveyor belt 21 and correspond to the disc 31 and the conveyor disc 32 respectively, the other ends of the two detachable receiving shells are positioned at one side, far away from the corner arranging mechanism 3, of the discharging mechanism 2, and the conveyor belt 21 is provided with a separation plate 23.
The two detachable material receiving shells 22 respectively correspond to the disc 31 and the conveying disc 32, just can enable the white handles after the angle arrangement to respectively enter different detachable material receiving shells 22 to be collected, when the detachable material receiving shells 22 are fully received with the white handles with good angle arrangement, the detachable material receiving shells 22 are taken down, the next detachable material receiving shells 22 are replaced, the operation is simple and quick, and the separation plate 23 is arranged on the conveying belt 21 to prevent the white handles with good angle arrangement from rolling down together in the moving process along with the conveying belt 21.
