Referring to fig. 4 and 5, annular grooves 86 are symmetrically formed on the outer wall of the inner cylinder 81 close to two ends and the inner wall of the outer cylinder 82 close to two ends respectively, an annular channel is formed between the two opposite annular grooves 86, a positioning convex rib 87 which is convenient for aligning the two annular grooves 86 to form the annular channel is fixedly connected on the outer wall of the inner cylinder 81, a plurality of balls 88 which are matched with the size of the annular channel are arranged in the annular channel, a putting hole 89 for placing the balls 88 is formed on the outer cylinder 82 at the position corresponding to the two annular channels respectively, and a plug 90 is connected in the putting hole 89 in a threaded manner; annular seal grooves 91 are respectively formed in the outer walls, close to the two ends, of the inner cylinder 81 and located on the inner side of the annular groove 86, and sealing rubber rings 92 are installed in the annular seal grooves 91.
During assembly, the sealing rubber rings 92 are sleeved in the corresponding annular sealing grooves 91 and the end covers 85 are covered, then the outer cylinder 82 is sleeved outside the inner cylinder 81 until the end part of the outer cylinder 82 contacts with the positioning convex edges 87, an annular channel is formed between the two opposite annular grooves 86, the sealing rubber rings 92 are tightly squeezed between the inner cylinder 81 and the outer cylinder 82, at the moment, the balls 88 are placed into the annular channel one by one from the delivery openings, after the placement is finished, the delivery openings are closed through the plugs 90, and after the assembly is finished, the ball bearings are installed on the stirring shaft 3 and connected with the water delivery pipe 71.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, during cleaning, the motor 61 and the water pump 7 are started, the motor 61 drives the first scraping plate 5 and the second scraping plate 33 to rotate through the stirring shaft 3, so that the first scraping plate 5 cleans the inner side wall of the barrel body 1, and the second scraping plate 33 cleans the inner bottom wall of the barrel body 1; while the stirring shaft 3 rotates, the stirring shaft drives an inner cylinder 81 (see fig. 5) of the rotary joint 8 to rotate, so that interference between rotation of the stirring shaft 3 and water delivery of the water delivery pipe 71 is counteracted, and the arrangement of the balls 88 not only can limit the inner cylinder 81 and the outer cylinder 82, but also can reduce friction generated when the inner cylinder 81 and the outer cylinder 82 relatively rotate; in the cleaning process, the water pump 7 sequentially conveys water into the first scraping plate 5 through the water supply pipe 72, the water conveying pipe 71, the rotary joint 8, the stirring shaft 3 and the fixing rod 4, and the water is sprayed out from the water spraying port 52 onto the inner side wall of the barrel body 1, so that the water can be scraped and flushed, the flushed water falls into the barrel bottom, and after the cleaning is finished, the mixture of the water and the concrete is discharged from the discharging pipe 11 under the stirring of the second scraping plate 33.
