the third step: after stirring is completed, a valve of the discharge pipe (9) is opened to discharge materials, after the materials are discharged, the valve of the discharge pipe (9) is closed, a valve of the water inlet pipe (75) is opened, a water suction pump (76) is started to suck cleaning water into the annular water tank (71), the cleaning water is sprayed out through the annular water tank (71), the mounting pipe (72) and the spray head (74), the inner wall of the cylindrical box body (3) and the stirring component (12) are cleaned, the rotating shaft (11) stirs the cleaning water gathered in the cylindrical box body (3) when rotating, the cleaning water is fully contacted with the inner wall of the cylindrical box body (3), after the cleaning is completed, the valve of the discharge pipe (9) is opened to discharge the cleaning water in the cylindrical box body (3) and washed impurities, and the whole waterproof material stirring processing process is completed.
