Referring to fig. 4, the embodiment of the present invention is different from embodiment 1 in that a U-shaped groove 81 is disposed below the limiting frame 72, and the U-shaped groove 81 is used in cooperation with a connecting block 83 on the supporting plate 52, so that the connecting block 83 is inserted into the U-shaped groove 81, the U-shaped groove 81 and the connecting block 83 are fixed by a fixing bolt 82, and through holes through which the fixing bolt 82 passes are disposed on the U-shaped groove 81 and the connecting block 83; before the coating is carried out, the fixing component 50 is moved to the lower part of the limiting frame 72, the connecting block 83 on the supporting plate 52 is inserted into the U-shaped groove 81 and then fixed through the fixing bolt 82, and the stability of the placing table 53 in the coating process is improved.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: the first chain wheel 42 is driven to rotate by the second motor 41, the first lead screw 45 is driven to rotate, the first moving block 47 and the fixing plate 48 are adjusted to appointed positions, the fixing component 50 is adjusted to the appointed positions by the second horizontal adjusting component 60, paint in the oil storage barrel 31 is led into the oil inlet pipe 38 by the oil pump 36, the electronic product shell is sprayed by the spray head 39, after the paint is sprayed, the fixing component 50 is moved to the lower portion of the limiting frame 72 by the second horizontal adjusting component 60, the connecting block 83 on the supporting plate 52 is inserted into the U-shaped groove 81 and fixed by the fixing bolt 82, and finally the limiting frame 72 is driven to rotate by the fourth motor 71, so that the roller 75 is driven to move in the horizontal direction, and the electronic product shell is uniformly coated.
