Abstract
The invention discloses a feed additive processing system, which comprises a frame, wherein a trace substance stirring device and a mixing stirring device are arranged in the frame, the trace substance stirring device comprises a stirring tank, an auxiliary stirring rod and a stirring motor for driving the auxiliary stirring rod to rotate, and a discharge valve is arranged at an outlet at the lower end of the stirring tank and communicated with an opening at the upper end of a main stirring rod in the mixing stirring device; the mixing and stirring device comprises a main stirring rod and a mixing tank, wherein the upper end and the lower end of the main stirring rod are open; stirring blades with two open ends are arranged on the side wall of the main stirring rod at intervals along the vertical direction, the inner side ends of the stirring blades are communicated with the inside of the main stirring rod, an object receiving plate extending to the axis of the main stirring rod is arranged on the bottom wall of the main stirring rod, and the stirring blades on the main stirring rod and the object receiving plate connected with the main stirring rod are distributed in a fan shape. The invention aims to provide a feed additive processing system which can improve the production efficiency of feed additives.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of feed additive processing, in particular to a feed additive processing system.
Background
The feed additive is a raw material inevitably used in modern feed industry and is used in a large amount in the field of cultivation.
Feed additives are often not composed of a single component, depending on the application and the desired effect, but rather contain multiple components that need to be mixed prior to mixing of the feed for sale and use. The components of the feed additive comprise basic substances with a large amount of components and trace substances with a small amount of components, the basic substances and the trace substances are added into a stirrer together for stirring in the conventional mixing method, and all the components are added into the stirrer at one time, so that all the trace substances are gathered in the basic substances in a pile, and further, in the subsequent stirring process, the trace substances are uniformly distributed in the basic substances in a long time, and the production efficiency is reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems and provides a feed additive processing system which can improve the production efficiency of feed additives.
In order to realize the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: the device comprises a trace substance stirring device for stirring and mixing trace substances and a mixing and stirring device for stirring and mixing the mixed trace substances and basic substances, wherein the trace substance stirring device and the mixing and stirring device are both arranged in a rack; the trace substance stirring device comprises a stirring tank and an auxiliary stirring rod, wherein trace substances are added into the stirring tank, then the stirring motor drives the auxiliary stirring rod to rotate so as to mix the trace substances, and when the auxiliary stirring rod works, a discharge valve at an outlet at the lower end of the stirring tank is closed so as to prevent the trace substances which are not uniformly mixed from entering the mixing and stirring device; the mixed trace substances enter a main stirring rod in a mixing and stirring device from the lower end of a stirring tank along with the opening of a discharge valve, the mixing and stirring device comprises the main stirring rod and a mixing tank, the upper end and the lower end of the main stirring rod are open, the main stirring rod is used for stirring the objects in the mixing tank, the main stirring rod is in transmission connection with an output shaft of a mixing motor, and when the main stirring rod works, a discharge valve at the outlet of the lower end of the mixing tank is closed to prevent the objects in the mixing tank from leaking; basic materials enter the mixing tank from the feeding pipe, trace materials entering the main stirring rod are received by the receiving plates with different heights in the main stirring rod in the falling process, gaps are formed between each receiving plate and the inner wall of the main receiving plate, the receiving plates with different heights are arranged in an annular array mode through the axis of the main stirring rod, and the projections of the receiving plates in the vertical direction are not overlapped, so that the trace materials on the receiving plates with different heights are consistent, the trace materials on the receiving plates enter the positions with different heights in the mixing tank through the through holes in the stirring blades along with the centrifugal force generated by rotation of the main stirring rod, the receiving plates and the stirring blades connected with the receiving plates are arranged in the same direction, and the stirring blades at the lowest ends are directly communicated with the outlet at the lower end of the main stirring rod.
Furthermore, in order to increase the contact area between the stirring blades and the substances in the mixing tank and discharge the substances in the mixing tank so as to facilitate the entry of trace substances into the mixing tank, the outer wall of each stirring blade is provided with a stirring plate.
Further, in order to prevent dust generated in the stirring process from entering air, a cover is arranged at an opening at the upper end of the stirring tank; various trace substances enter the stirring tank through the material conveying pipe, and in order to improve the efficiency, a plurality of material conveying pipes can be arranged, and one end of each material conveying pipe extends out of the rack so as to conveniently add the trace substances into the material conveying pipes from the material inlet; in order to prevent dust from overflowing from the material conveying pipe and control the conveying capacity to a certain extent while conveying trace substances at one end of the feeding hole into the stirring tank, a screw rod is arranged in the material conveying pipe and is driven by a feeding motor to rotate.
Furthermore, a sealing bearing is arranged between the lower end of the stirring tank and the upper end of the main stirring rod, so that dust is prevented from overflowing from a gap between the stirring tank and the main stirring rod.
Further, the end of the outer side of the stirring blade inclines downwards to ensure that trace substances can enter the mixing tank, and the object in the mixing tank can be prevented from entering the main stirring rod from the stirring blade.

Preferably, the outer wall of the stirring blade 9 is provided with a stirring plate 11.
Preferably, an opening at the upper end of the stirring tank 2 is provided with a cover 12 which can be opened and closed, and the upper end of the auxiliary stirring rod 3 passes through the cover 12 and is connected with an output shaft of the stirring motor 4; the stirring tank 2 is communicated with the inner side end of the conveying pipe 13, a screw 14 is arranged in the conveying pipe 13, one end of the screw 14 extends out of the conveying pipe 13 and is in transmission connection with an output shaft of a feeding motor 15, the outer side end of the conveying pipe 13 extends out of the rack 1, and a feeding hole 19 is formed in the outer side end of the conveying pipe 13.
Preferably, a sealing bearing 16 is arranged between the lower end of the stirring tank 2 and the upper end of the main stirring rod 5.
Preferably, the outer end of the stirring blade 9 is inclined downwards.
The specific embodiment is as follows: adding various trace substances into the stirring tank 2, and then stirring the trace substances in the stirring tank 2 by the auxiliary stirring rod 3 under the driving of the stirring motor 4 so as to uniformly mix the trace substances; after uniform mixing, the trace substances fall into the receiving plates 10 with different heights in the main stirring rod 5 from the lower end of the stirring tank 2 along with the opening of the discharge valve, and then the trace substances are uniformly dispersed to different heights in the mixing tank 6 along the pore 9 in the stirring blade; when the trace substances enter the mixing tank 6, the basic substances enter the mixing tank 6 from the feeding pipe 8, so that the trace substances are uniformly dispersed into the basic substances with different heights; it is also possible to add a trace amount of material to the main agitating shaft 5 while the main agitating shaft 5 is rotated, and to add a trace amount of material to the basic material while the main agitating shaft 5 agitates the contents of the mixing tank 6.
