Abstract

Green and healthy, all the raw materials are pure plants, and the skin affinity is good, safe and natural. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the pure natural plant lipstick, which is simple and suitable for industrial production.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to a pure natural plant lipstick and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The currently marketed lipsticks generally have the following disadvantages:

1. the raw materials belong to chemical synthesis raw materials, and are easy to take into the body after being coated on lips to generate risks;

2. most of the used synthetic raw materials are petroleum-derived synthetic raw materials, are not plant-derived synthetic raw materials, and have low safety;

3. a closed film is formed on the lips, so that cell respiration and ventilation are blocked, a natural skin-care barrier cannot be formed, and the effects of deeply moistening skin and plumping lips are avoided;

4. synthetic pigment, synthetic essence and preservative are added, so that certain harmfulness and irritation are achieved;

5. the synthetic pigment provides painting color and has no other functionality;

6. the functional substance is only claimed in concept, and has little addition amount and no actual effect.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a pure natural plant lipstick and a preparation method thereof.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a pure natural plant lipstick comprises 5-16% of candelilla wax, 48-87% of vegetable oil and 8-20% of radish root extract; the vegetable oil comprises castor oil, shea butter, olive oil and low erucic acid rapeseed oil.

The pure natural plant lipstick is prepared from pure plant components, candelilla (EUPHORBIA CERIFERA) wax is natural plant wax, and endows the lipstick with rod-shaped form and high-efficiency thickening effect, and when the addition amount is adopted, the lipstick can be ensured to be a paste with moderate hardness. The extract of radix Raphani (Raphanus SATIVUS) contains abundant anthocyanin, which is a natural antioxidant, and is effective in improving dermal fibroblast activity, improving skin elasticity, and reducing wrinkle; in addition, the material can provide appearance and color to the lipstick. The invention also adds the components of castor oil, shea butter, olive fruit oil and low erucic acid rapeseed oil vegetable oil, wherein, the castor (Ricinus COMMUNIS) seed oil is extracted from castor seeds, which can effectively lock the moisture of the skin, keep the skin moist and tender and make the skin smoother and firmer; the fruit fat of the butyrum PARKII (Butyrospermum PARKII) is a food-grade raw material derived from pure natural plants, contains rich non-saponified components, is very easy to be absorbed by a human body, can prevent drying and cracking, can further recover and maintain the natural elasticity of skin, has deep moisturizing effect and can also play a role in diminishing inflammation; the olive (Olea EUROPAEA) fruit oil contains a large amount of monounsaturated fatty acids and phenolic antioxidant substances such as vitamins, and can deeply nourish and repair lips and simultaneously relieve skin aging. The low erucic acid rapeseed oil has high stability edible vegetable oil, is easy to be absorbed by human body, and has the function of deeply moistening lips. The components can repair and nourish the skin together, so that the lipstick has a good anti-wrinkle effect, reduces the roughness of lips, and reduces the depth of cheilogramma.

Preferably, the weight percentage of each component of the vegetable oil in the pure natural plant lipstick is as follows: 10-20% of castor seed oil, 3-10% of shea butter, 15-25% of olive oil and 20-32% of canola oil. The vegetable oil and fat can be matched with each other by adopting the addition amount and the proportion, so that the lipstick is ensured to have a good moistening effect, and wrinkles on lips can be obviously reduced.

Preferably, the weight percentages of the components of the vegetable oil and fat in the pure natural plant lipstick are respectively as follows: 16% of castor seed oil, 6.2% of shea butter, 22% of olive fruit oil and 28% of canola oil. Especially, the lip wrinkle reduction degree is most obvious under the conditions of the mixture ratio and the addition amount.

Preferably, the pure natural plant lipstick further comprises magnolia bark extract and turmeric root extract; the weight percentage content of the magnolia bark extract in the pure natural plant lipstick is 0.01-0.2%; the turmeric root extract accounts for 0.05-3 wt% of the pure natural plant lipstick.

Cortex Magnolia OFFICINALIS (Magnolia OFFICINALIS) extract has antibacterial effect, and also has antioxidant and free radical scavenging effects. The Curcuma LONGA (Curcuma LONGA) root extract is rich in curcumin which is a natural plant polyphenol, has strong antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects, and can effectively cure wounds. The invention adds two natural antibacterial and antiseptic components of the magnolia bark extract and the turmeric root extract, and does not need to add additional traditional antiseptic, so that the lipstick of the invention is more green and healthy. In addition, the turmeric root extract can also provide appearance and coating color for lipstick; the turmeric root extract can also be cooperated with vegetable oil to repair skin and promote the synthesis of collagen.

More preferably, the weight percentage content of the magnolia bark extract in the pure natural plant lipstick is 0.1%; the weight percentage content of the turmeric root extract in the pure natural plant lipstick is 0.3%. When the cortex magnoliae officinalis bark extract and the turmeric root extract are added in the above amount, the long-term shelf life of the lipstick can be met.

Preferably, the candelilla wax is present in the pure natural plant lipstick in an amount of 13% by weight. When the candelilla wax is matched with other components by adopting the addition amount, the paste has better properties and better weather resistance.

Preferably, the radish root extract accounts for 10-15% of the pure natural plant lipstick in percentage by weight. The radish root extract with the above additive amount has strong coloring power and color development.

Preferably, the radish root extract accounts for 12% by weight of the pure natural plant lipstick. Particularly, when the amount of the compound is 12%, the coloring power and the color development degree are the best.

Preferably, the pure natural plant lipstick further comprises sweet orange peel oil; the weight percentage of the sweet orange peel oil in the pure natural plant lipstick is 1-4%. The peel oil of sweet orange (Citrus AURANTIUM DULCIS) has sweet and fragrant sweet orange flavor, and has effects of relieving tension and stress, and tranquilizing. The addition of the sweet orange peel oil enables the lipstick to have fresh, sweet and fragrant sweet orange fragrance without adding essence containing an allergen, and the smell is pleasant.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the pure natural plant lipstick, which comprises the following steps:

(1) heating the candelilla wax to 80-85 ℃, and stirring until the candelilla wax is dissolved uniformly;

(2) adding vegetable oil, stirring uniformly, and keeping the temperature;

(3) adding the radish root extract and the turmeric root extract, and stirring and dispersing uniformly;

(4) and cooling to 65-70 ℃, adding the magnolia bark extract and the sweet orange peel oil, uniformly stirring, filling and forming to obtain the pure natural plant lipstick.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention provides a pure natural plant lipstick, which is added with a radish root extract and vegetable oil, wherein the radish root extract not only can provide a smearing color for the lipstick and has strong coloring power and color development, but also can synergistically repair skin with other vegetable oil and promote the synthesis of collagen, resist wrinkles and moisturize and relieve the skin; in addition, the lipstick provided by the invention is free of any essence, synthetic pigment and preservative. Green and healthy, all the raw materials are pure plants, and the skin-friendly health care cream has good affinity with skin, is safe and natural. The invention also provides a preparation method of the pure natural plant lipstick, which is simple and suitable for industrial production.

Detailed Description

In the examples and comparative examples, each of the raw materials was purchased from the market, wherein candelilla (EUPHORBIA CERIFERA) wax was sold under the trade name CANDAELILLA WAX NF # 419P; radix Raphani (Raphanus SATIVUS) root extract is purchased from shinny essence and pigment technology (China) Co., Ltd, and is sold under the trade name of NATPURE XFINE RADIISH RR 311; curcuma LONGA (Curcuma LONGA) root extract is obtained from Sendzein pigment technology (China) Co., Ltd under the trade name NATPURE XFINE TURMERIC TU 114; cortex Magnolia OFFICINALIS (Magnolia OFFICINALIS) bark EXTRACT is purchased from Cosphatec GmbH, Germany under the trade name Cosphaderm Magnolia EXTRACT 98.

To better illustrate the objects, aspects and advantages of the present invention, the present invention will be further described with reference to specific examples.

Examples 1 to 7 and comparative examples 1 to 6

The formula of the pure natural plant lipstick described in examples 1-7 and comparative examples 1-6 is shown in table 1, and the preparation method of the pure natural plant lipstick described in examples 1-7 and comparative examples 1-6 comprises the following steps:

(1) heating the candelilla wax to 80-85 ℃, and stirring until the candelilla wax is dissolved uniformly;

(2) adding vegetable oil, stirring uniformly, and keeping the temperature;

(3) adding the radish root extract, and stirring and dispersing uniformly;

(4) and cooling to 65-70 ℃, adding the magnolia bark extract, uniformly stirring, filling and forming to obtain the pure natural plant lipstick.

Example 8

The lipsticks described in examples 1-7 and comparative examples 1-6 were tested by the following methods:

test samples: examples 1 to 7 and comparative examples 1 to 6.

The tested person: 91 women of 45-50 years of age were divided into A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M groups on average, with 7 people in each group.

Testing an instrument: MicroSkinII multifunctional skin mirror image analysis system.

Test area: lower lip right side.

The test method comprises the following steps: the dosage is (2.0 +/-0.1) mg/cm per day²Amount the sample was evenly applied to the lips twice and the test results were obtained after 4 weeks.

And (3) testing period: 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks.

The evaluation method comprises the following steps: after the samples were used for 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, and 4 weeks, the difference between the lip roughness and the lip line depth in the applied area of each group was compared to evaluate the anti-wrinkle effect.

The test results are shown in table 2, and the average roughness change of the lips and the average depth change of the lips after 4 weeks of trial are plotted, see fig. 1 and 2.

As can be seen from the data in Table 2 and FIGS. 1 and 2, the lipstick of the invention can reduce the roughness and depth of lip wrinkles to a certain extent and shows a reduction trend, which shows that the lipstick of the invention has a certain anti-wrinkle effect, and the anti-wrinkle effect of comparative examples 1 to 4 (groups H, I, J and K) is obviously reduced compared with that of example 1 in comparative examples 1 to 4 which lack one of the oil and fat components after 4 weeks of use under the condition that the total amount of the added vegetable oil and fat is consistent. The wrinkle removing effect of example 1 (group a) is better than that of comparative example 5 (group L) and that of comparative example 5 (group M), which shows that comparative example 5 of the radish root extract has a wrinkle removing effect synergistic with vegetable fat to some extent in addition to the color developing use, and the turmeric root extract also has a certain wrinkle resisting effect. As can be seen from comparison of the wrinkle-removing effects of the group a of example 1 and the group E, the group F, and the group G of examples 4 to 7, the wrinkle-removing effect of lipstick was better with the ratio of the group a of example 1 when the total amount of the vegetable oil and fat added was the same.

Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting the protection scope of the present invention, and although the present invention is described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions can be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.

Claims (8)

1. The pure natural plant lipstick is characterized by comprising, by weight, 13-15% of candelilla wax, 8-20% of radish root extract, 0.01-0.2% of magnolia bark extract, 0.05-3% of turmeric root extract and 48-87% of vegetable oil; the vegetable oil is 10-20% of castor seed oil, 3-10% of shea butter, 15-25% of olive oil and 20-32% of canola oil.

2. The pure natural vegetable lipstick as claimed in claim 1, wherein the vegetable oil is castor oil 16%, shea butter 6.2%, olive oil 22% and canola oil 28%.

3. The pure natural plant lipstick of claim 1 wherein the magnolia bark extract is present in the pure natural plant lipstick in an amount of 0.1% by weight; the weight percentage content of the turmeric root extract in the pure natural plant lipstick is 0.3%.

4. The natural plant lipstick of claim 1 wherein said candelilla wax is present in said natural plant lipstick in an amount of about 13% by weight.

5. The pure natural plant lipstick of claim 1, wherein the radish root extract is present in the pure natural plant lipstick in an amount of 10-15% by weight.

6. The pure natural plant lipstick of claim 5, wherein the radish root extract is present in the pure natural plant lipstick in an amount of 12% by weight.

7. The pure natural plant lipstick according to any one of claims 1-6, further comprising orange peel oil; the weight percentage of the sweet orange peel oil in the pure natural plant lipstick is 1-4%.

8. The method for preparing a pure natural plant lipstick according to claim 7, comprising the steps of:

(1) heating the candelilla wax to 80-85 ℃, and stirring until the candelilla wax is dissolved uniformly;

(2) adding vegetable oil, stirring uniformly, and keeping the temperature;

(3) adding the radish root extract and the turmeric root extract, and stirring and dispersing uniformly;

(4) and cooling to 65-70 ℃, adding the magnolia bark extract and the sweet orange peel oil, uniformly stirring, filling and forming to obtain the pure natural plant lipstick.
