In an embodiment of the present invention, the camera module 131 further includes a shielding member 1313, which is disposed on the lens mount 1312 and located on the light incident side of the lens, and the shielding member 1313 is provided with a light transmitting hole 1313a, at this time, a plurality of lens holes 1312a may be disposed on the lens mount 1312, and when the camera body 1311 is mounted in at least one of the lens holes 1312a, the light transmitting hole 1313a is disposed corresponding to the position of the camera body 1311, that is, the shielding member 1313 is provided with the light transmitting hole 1313a in the lens hole 1312a where the camera body 1311 is mounted, and the light transmitting hole 1313a is not disposed in the lens hole 1312a where the camera body 1311 is not mounted, so that the shielding member 1313 can shield the lens hole 1312a where the camera body 1311 is not disposed, so that light can enter the camera body 1311 only through the light transmitting hole 1313a, and thus the influence of ambient light on the imaging quality of the camera body 1311 is reduced; and by adding the barrier 1313, the lens holder 1312 may be provided with only one, i.e., the lens holder 1312 having a plurality of lens holes 1312a is provided, and then different barriers 1313 are processed, the number and positions of light transmission holes 1313a of different barriers 1313 being different, and since the structure of the barrier 1313 is much simpler than that of the lens holder 1312, the processing cost can be saved.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 6 and 7, the number of the lens holes 1312a is three, three lens holes 1312a are aligned in a row along the length direction X, and preferably, three lens holes 1312a are equidistantly spaced on the lens holder 1312. The shield 1313 is a single-camera shield having one light-transmitting hole 1313a, and the light-transmitting hole 1313a is located opposite to the lens hole 1312a located in the middle. The shielding member 1313 may be replaced with a three-camera shielding member having three light-transmitting holes 1313a, and the three light-transmitting holes 1313a and the three lens holes 1312a are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with each other in position. That is, the same lens mount 1312 and plural kinds of shields 1313 are provided, and different shields 1313 are selected to be fitted to the lens mount 1312 depending on the number of image pickup bodies 1311 to be mounted, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost.
In another embodiment, the lens holder 1312 is provided with a plurality of lens holes 1312a, and if the camera body 1311 is mounted in each lens hole 1312a, at this time, the shielding member 1313 may also be directly provided with a larger light-transmitting hole 1313a, and in the projection along the thickness direction Y (i.e., the optical axis of the lens), each lens hole 1312a is located in the edge of the light-transmitting hole 1313a, as shown in fig. 8, the shielding member 1313 is a three-camera shielding member, which has one light-transmitting hole 1313a, and in the projection along the optical axis of the lens (i.e., the thickness direction Y), each lens hole 1312a is located in the edge of the light-transmitting hole 1313 a.
Specifically, the shielding member 1313 includes a transparent acrylic substrate and a black silk screen layer disposed on at least one side of the transparent acrylic substrate, and the light transmission hole 1313a is formed by a hollow structure disposed on the black silk screen layer. The shielding piece 1313 is of a sheet structure and can be printed and formed through a screen printing technology, and by means of the screen printing structure, the shielding piece is convenient to machine and form, and low in manufacturing cost. The shield 1313 may be formed by machining a substrate made of another opaque material to form the light-transmitting hole 1313 a.
In order to better fix the shielding member 1313, in an embodiment of the invention, the lens holder 1312 is provided with a groove on the light incident side of the lens, and the shielding member 1313 is fixed in the groove, wherein the groove may be a U-shaped groove which penetrates through the lens holder 1312 along the length direction X, when the shielding member 1313 is in a sheet structure, the shielding member 1313 may be inserted into the groove along the length direction X, and by adding the groove, the shielding member 1313 can be positioned, and particularly when the groove is a U-shaped groove, the mounting of the shielding member 1313 can be guided.
The shield 1313 and the lens mount 1312 may be mounted by bonding, snapping, or screwing, and in the embodiment where the shield 1313 is of a silk-screen structure, the shield 1313 and the lens mount 1312 are preferably bonded.
With continued reference to fig. 6, the camera module 131 further includes a mounting substrate 1314 and an indicator light 1315, where the mounting substrate 1314 may be a circuit board or other mounting board; the indicator light 1315 may be an indicator light indicating the start of the sound box integrated component 1 or an indicator light of other functions; the camera body 1311 and the indicator 1315 are both mounted on the mounting substrate 1314; the lens mount 1312 is further provided with a first light outlet 1312b, when the shield 1313 is provided, the shield 1313 is provided with a second light outlet 1313b, the mounting substrate 1314 is mounted on the lens mount 1312, and the indicator 1315 is opposite to the first light outlet 1312b and the second light outlet 1313b, when the mounting is performed, the camera body 1311 and the indicator 1315 may be mounted on the mounting substrate 1314 to form a mounting assembly, and then the mounting assembly is mounted on the lens mount 1312 integrally, so that the whole camera assembly 131 is convenient to assemble, and particularly when a plurality of camera bodies 1311 are mounted, the positioning accuracy of each camera body 1311 can be improved; and through increasing pilot lamp 1315, can let the user understand the operating condition to audio amplifier integrated component 1 directly perceivedly.
Specifically, referring to fig. 9 and 10, the rotating shaft assembly 132 includes a rotating shaft 1321 and a connecting seat 1322, the rotating shaft 1321 is fixedly connected to the camera module 131, the rotating shaft 1321 is rotatably connected to the connecting seat 1322 around the rotating axis, and the connecting seat 1322 is fixedly connected to the speaker seat 11. In view of the flexibility of rotation, the rotating shaft 1321 is preferably a cylindrical structure, and after the arrangement, when the rotating shaft 1321 is connected with the camera module 131, the difficulty of assembling the two is increased, for this reason, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the rotating shaft 1321 includes a rotating portion 1321a and a connecting portion 1321b which are connected with each other, and the connecting portion 1321b is a plate-shaped structure and is connected with the camera module 131, and particularly can be clamped, adhered, welded or screwed with the lens seat 1312, and is preferably screwed; the rotating portion 1321a is rotatably connected to the connecting seat 1322 along the rotation axis, and the connecting portion 1321b has a plate-like structure, so that it is directly connected to the image pickup unit 131, and thus, the mounting is easy. Of course, an arc-shaped slot may be provided directly on the camera module 131 to fix the rotation shaft 1321.
Further, the rotating shaft assembly 132 further includes a limiting member 1323 connected to the rotating shaft 1321, and the limiting member 1323 has a limiting protrusion 1323 a; the connecting seat 1322 has a limiting groove 1322a, the limiting protrusion 1323a is arranged in the limiting groove 1322a in a swinging manner around the rotating axis, specifically, the limiting groove 1322a may be a through hole or a blind hole, which has a first limiting surface and a second limiting surface along the swinging circumference of the limiting protrusion 1323a, the limiting protrusion 1323a has a first position and a second position along the swinging stroke thereof, in the first position, the limiting protrusion 1323a abuts against the first limiting surface, in the second position, the limiting protrusion 1323a abuts against the second limiting surface, the rotating angle of the rotating axis 1321 is limited by arranging the limiting member 1323, so that the occupied space of the camera module 13 in the movement of the sound box seat 11 is reduced, and the size of the sound box seat 11 in the thickness direction Y is reduced; and set up locating part 1232 alone and spacing, reduced the processing degree of difficulty of each part of subassembly 131 of making a video recording.
When the sound box integrated component 1 is mounted on the device body 2, in the first position, the optical axis of the camera component 131 is parallel to the horizontal plane; in the second position, the included angle between the optical axis of the camera module 131 and the horizontal plane is 25 °, at this time, the rotation angle of the rotation shaft 1321 is 0 ° to 25 °, such as 0 °, 5 °, 10 °, 15 °, 20 °, 25 °, and the like, after the arrangement, in the first position, the camera module 131 can be located in the sound box seat 11 as far as possible, and the camera module 131 is not easy to collide in the using or carrying processes; in the second position, the field of view of the camera module 131 is allowed to cover a range relatively close to the apparatus body 2. Of course, in the first position, the optical axis of the camera module 131 may form any angle with the horizontal plane; in the second position, the angle between the optical axis of the camera assembly 131 and the horizontal plane may also be less than 25 °, such as 20 °, 23 °, etc., or greater than 25 °, such as 30 °, 40 °, etc. The stopper protrusion 1323a may be directly provided on the rotation shaft 1321. The rotation angle of the rotation shaft 1321 may be limited by another limiting structure.
The connection between the rotating shaft 1321 and the limiting member 1323 may be achieved by welding, clamping, or screwing, and in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the rotating shaft 1321 (the rotating portion 1321a when the rotating portion 1321a is included) has a first rotation-preventing plane 1321 c; the limiting member 1323 has a mounting hole 1323b, the mounting hole 1323b has a second rotation-preventing flat surface 1323ba, the rotating shaft 1321 (the rotating portion 1321a when including the rotating portion 1321 a) is inserted into the mounting hole 1323b, and the first rotation-preventing flat surface 1321c is attached to the second rotation-preventing flat surface 1323ba, as shown in fig. 10, the rotating portion 1321a has an arc surface and a first rotation-preventing flat surface 1321c along its circumferential direction; the mounting hole 1323b also has an arc surface and a second anti-rotation plane 1323ba along the circumferential direction thereof, the rotation portion 1321a is matched with the arc surfaces of the mounting hole 1323b and the two, and the first anti-rotation plane 1321c is matched with the second anti-rotation plane 1323ba, so that the rotation shaft 1321 and the limiting member 1323 are limited in the circumferential direction to prevent the relative sliding in the circumferential direction. In the axial direction of the rotating shaft 1321, locking positioning can be performed by a shoulder, a lock nut, and the like.
It should be noted that the circumferential limiting of the rotating shaft 1321 and the limiting member 1323 can also be realized by other structures, for example, the rotating shaft 1321 is at least partially in a polygonal structure, for example, a part is a square shaft; the mounting hole 1323b is a polygonal hole, such as a square hole, and a square shaft is matched with the square hole.
The connecting seat 1322 may have a plate-shaped structure, in an embodiment, referring to fig. 10, the connecting seat 1322 includes a first plate 1322b and a second plate 1322c bent and connected to an edge of the first plate 1322b, that is, the connecting seat 1322 has an approximately L-shaped structure, and the first plate 1322b is used for connecting with an external component, such as the speaker box seat 11; the limiting groove 1322a is disposed on the second plate 1322c, and may be a through hole disposed on the second plate 1322 c; the rotating shaft 1321 is rotatably coupled to the second plate 1322c to facilitate the processing and installation of the components in the rotating shaft assembly 132 by providing the coupling seat 1322 in an L-shaped configuration. When the rotating portion 1321a is provided with the first rotation-preventing flat surface 1321c, portions of the rotating portion 1321a inserted into the connecting seat 1322 and the stopper 1323 may be provided in the same structure, specifically, as shown in fig. 10.
No matter what structure the rotating shaft assembly 132 adopts, the rotating shaft assembly 132 is preferably a damping shaft system, so that the camera assembly 131 can be fixed when rotating to any position, thereby increasing the user experience. Specifically, the specific structure of the damping shafting may be implemented in various ways, for example, at the position where the rotating portion 1321a is matched with the connecting seat 1322, one of the rotating portion and the connecting seat is circumferentially provided with a plurality of damping protrusions, the other one is circumferentially provided with a plurality of damping grooves, and the plurality of damping protrusions are matched with the plurality of damping grooves; only one damping groove can be arranged to be matched with a plurality of damping bulges.
The supporting shaft 133 is an integrally formed structure, as shown in fig. 11, and includes a supporting portion 1331 and a fixing portion 1332, the fixing portion 1332 is fixedly connected to the speaker seat 11; in the embodiment where the camera module 131 includes the lens holder 1312, the lens holder 1312 may be provided with a rotation hole 1312c, and the support portion 1331 may be inserted into the rotation hole 1312c, so that the number of parts of the camera module 13 can be reduced and the assembling process can be saved by providing the support shaft 133 integrally formed.
Specifically, the fixing portion 1332 is an L-shaped structure, one side of the fixing portion 1332 is used for connecting with an external component, and is connected with the speaker base 11 when being mounted on the speaker base 11; the other side is connected to the supporting portion 1331, that is, the supporting portion 1331 is disposed at a side of the other side away from the one side, and the assembly of the supporting shaft 133 can be facilitated by disposing the fixing portion 1332 in an L-shaped structure.
The connection between the connection seat 1322 and the fixing portion 1332 and the speaker base 11 can be formed by clamping, bonding, welding or screwing, preferably by screwing, so as to facilitate disassembly and maintenance.
Both ends of the camera module 131 may be rotatably connected to the speaker base 11 through the rotating shaft module 132, or may be connected to the speaker base 11 through the supporting shaft 133. The camera module 13 can be rotated by a motor or manually, in an embodiment of the present invention, the rotation shaft assembly 132 and the support shaft 133 are not connected to other driving components, and when the camera module 13 needs to be rotated, the lens holder 1312 can be directly and manually pushed to rotate, as shown in fig. 18 and 19, which are schematic structural diagrams of the camera module 13 in the first position and the second position, respectively.
The sound holes 112 may be arranged according to the outline of the sound module, such as an elliptical hole, a strip-shaped hole, a square hole, etc. The sound module can be provided with one or more sound channels, and when the sound module is provided with a plurality of sound channels, the sound modules can have different sound channels and power amplifiers, namely, the sound modules of the different sound channels can be integrated on the sound box base 11, so that the sound effect of the electronic equipment is improved, and the experience of a user is further improved.
In an embodiment, the two sides of the camera module 13 along the length direction X are both provided with the sound holes 112, and after the arrangement, the sound effect of the whole sound box integrated component 1 can be enhanced, and the user experience is improved.
Referring to fig. 4 and 12, the speaker holder 11 includes a front case 113 and a rear cover, the front case 113 is provided with a mounting cavity 1131, an opening of the mounting cavity 1131 is disposed at a rear side of the front case 113 and may be formed by a rear surface of the front case 113 being recessed toward a front surface, and the sound hole 112 and the camera hole 111 are both disposed at a cavity bottom of the mounting cavity 1131; the rear cover covers the front housing 113, specifically covers the opening of the mounting cavity 1131 by means of clamping, screwing and the like. In this embodiment, the audio module and the camera module 13 are both installed in the installation cavity 1131; the spreaders 14 are attached to both ends of the front case 113 in the longitudinal direction X. By adopting the split structure, the loudspeaker box base 11 can be conveniently processed, the subsequent components can be assembled, and most of the components can be hidden in the installation cavity 1131 through the rear cover, so that the protection effect is achieved. It is understood that the speaker holder 11 may be an integrally formed structure.
After the sound module is installed, since the sound holes 112 are usually large, the sound module is easy to enter sundries, and the sound effect is limited, for this reason, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the sound box base 11 may further include a sound box cover plate 115, the sound box cover plate 115 is provided with a plurality of meshes (not shown in the figure), and the meshes penetrate through the sound box cover plate 115 along the thickness direction Y; one side that preceding shell 113 deviates from the back lid is equipped with the apron groove, and audio amplifier apron 115 is installed in the apron groove, and covers stereo set hole 112, so, both can protect the stereo set module, can improve the sound effect again to promote user's experience degree.
The extension member 14 may be only one structural member, i.e., no functional module (such as an audio module or a camera module 13) is provided thereon, only in order to increase the size of the sound box assembly 1 in the length direction X.
In another embodiment, the expansion part 14 has a function cavity (not shown) which is installed with the sound module, and accordingly, the structure of the expansion part 14 at the function cavity can adopt the structure of the sound module installed on the sound box base 11 to further increase the sound effect of the whole sound box assembly 1. Alternatively, the functional cavity may be also mounted with the camera module 13, and accordingly, the structure of the extension piece 14 at the functional cavity may adopt a structure of mounting the camera module 13 in the mounting cavity of the speaker box base 11.
When the cabinet 11 has a rectangular parallelepiped structure (or a rectangular parallelepiped), the extension 14 also has a rectangular parallelepiped structure (or a rectangular parallelepiped).
In the above embodiments, the extension piece 14 extends along the length direction X, and only one extension piece may be provided, or a plurality of extension pieces 14 may be provided, and when a plurality of extension pieces are provided, the sizes of the extension pieces 14 along the length direction X are not equal, so that the sound box base 11 and different extension pieces 14 are connected to form the sound box integrated piece 1 with different sizes in the length direction X, thereby further improving the versatility of the sound box integrated piece 1.
Preferably, when the sound box base 11 is connected with the extension piece 14 along both sides of length direction X, the extension piece 14 connected to both sides of the sound box base 11 is equal in size in length direction X, and after the arrangement, the balance of the sound box integrated piece 1 can be increased, the aesthetic property of the sound box integrated piece 1 is increased, and the experience of a user is improved. Of course, the extension pieces 14 connected to both sides of the cabinet base 11 may not be equal in the longitudinal direction X.
Specifically, the connection mode of the extension piece 14 and the speaker base 11 may be a detachable connection such as a snap connection, a screw connection, and the like, and preferably, the extension piece 14 is snap-connected with the speaker base 11, so as to facilitate the matching and installation of the extension piece 14.
Preferably, the expansion piece 14 and the sound box base 11 may be directly connected or indirectly connected through other components, and in a preferred embodiment, the expansion piece and the sound box base are indirectly connected, specifically, as shown in fig. 13 to fig. 16, the sound box assembly 1 further includes a rotating fastener 15, the rotating fastener 15 includes a connecting end 151 and a fastening end 152, and the connecting end 151 is connected to the expansion piece 14; the joint end 152 is connected to the sound box base 11 in a rotary joint mode around the rotation axis, and the reliability of connection between the expansion piece 14 and the sound box base 11 can be improved in a rotary joint mode, and the disassembly and the assembly are convenient.
Specifically, the attachment end 151 and the extension member 14 are preferably removably attached, such as by snap fit, screw attachment, or the like. When extension piece 14 is the cuboid structure, the quad slit has on the extension piece 14, link 151 part at least is square structure, square structure cartridge is in the quad slit, as shown in fig. 15, through the cooperation of square structure and quad slit, the relative position relation of rotatory buckle joint piece 15 of restriction and extension piece 14, when the two passes through the fastener like screw connection, square structure and direction hole pass through fastener locking, and make the fastener be located the bottom surface (being the lower surface) or the back of extension piece 14.
The joint end 152 can be a cylindrical structure, and the sound box base 11 is provided with a cylindrical hole, and the cylindrical structure is inserted into the cylindrical hole, and the two mutually forms the joint cooperation.
Specifically, one of the clamping end 152 and the sound box base 11 has a clamping groove 1521, and the other correspondingly has a clamping protrusion 1132, as shown in fig. 13 and 16, the sound box base 11 is provided with the clamping protrusion 1132, the clamping end 152 is provided with the clamping groove 1521, the clamping groove 1521 has an insertion section 1521a and a rotation section 1521b which are communicated with each other, the insertion section 1521a extends along the length direction X, the rotation section 1521b extends along a circumferential direction perpendicular to the length direction X, that is, the circumferential direction is a circumferential direction which surrounds a rotation axis which is parallel to the length direction X, the clamping protrusion 1132 is inserted into the rotation section 1521b through the insertion section 1521a, and is rotationally clamped to the rotation section 1521b along the rotation section 1521 b. Further, at least three sets of the snap 1132 and the snap 1521 are circumferentially distributed, wherein the distance between two adjacent sets of the snap 1132 and the snap 1521 in the circumferential direction is greater than or less than the distance between any two adjacent sets of the other sets in the circumferential direction, that is, in the circumferential direction, the sets of the snap 1132 and the snap 1521 are not distributed at equal intervals, as shown in fig. 13 and 16, three sets of the snap 1132 and the snap 1521 are circumferentially arranged, which are respectively a first set, a second set and a third set, the distance between the first set and the second set in the circumferential direction is a first distance, the distance between the first set and the third set in the circumferential direction is a second distance, the distance between the second set and the third set in the circumferential direction is a third distance, and the first distance is greater than the second distance and the third distance, by adopting the unequal distance arrangement, the relative position relationship between the rotating snap 15 and the sound box base 11 after installation can be limited, and the installation direction of the expansion piece, especially, when the connection end 151 and the expansion member 14 are screwed, it is desirable that the screwed part after connection is located at the rear side or the lower side of the integrated sound box 1, or when the sound module or the camera module 13 is mounted on the expansion member 14, it is desirable that one side faces forward, and by adopting such a structure, the mounted effect can be ensured as long as a suitable distance between the plurality of sets of the engaging protrusions 1132 and the engaging grooves 1521 is set.
When the both sides of audio amplifier seat 11 all are connected with extension piece 14, the both ends of audio amplifier seat 11 all are connected with extension piece 14 through rotatory buckle 15, and at this moment, two rotatory buckle 15 set up for the central plane symmetry, and central plane perpendicular to length direction X so guarantee when being equipped with two extension pieces 14 simultaneously, two extension piece 14's installation direction is the direction of predetermineeing.
It should be noted that the clamping manner of the expansion piece 14 and the speaker base 11 is not limited to the above-mentioned limited embodiment, and other clamping structures may also be adopted, for example, the clamping groove only includes an insertion section, and the clamping protrusion is directly inserted into and clamped to the insertion section, that is, the expansion piece 14 does not rotate relatively to the speaker base 11 during the clamping process. In addition, the locking protrusion 1132 may be provided on a transition piece connected to the sound box holder 11 instead of being directly provided on the sound box holder 11.
In addition, in order to protect the expansion piece 14, the sound box integrated piece 1 further includes a decoration piece 16, as shown in fig. 4, the decoration piece 16 may be installed at an end of the expansion piece 14 far from the sound box base 11, and the decoration piece 16 and the expansion piece 14 are connected by means of clamping, bonding, and the like.
In the above embodiments, the sound box integrated component 1 may be directly mounted on the device body 2, or may be mounted on the device body 2 through other components. In a preferred embodiment, the electronic device further includes a mounting bracket 3, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 2, and fig. 17, the sound box integrated unit 1 is mounted on the upper side of the device body 2 through the mounting bracket 3 to increase the convenience of mounting the sound box integrated unit 1, and the view field of the camera module 13 is not easily blocked when mounted on the upper side.
Specifically, the mounting bracket 3 includes an L-shaped structure portion 31 and a plate-shaped structure portion 32, one side of the L-shaped structure portion 31 is connected to the sound box integrated piece 1, and the other side is connected to the plate-shaped structure portion 32, that is, the L-shaped structure portion 31 includes a first side 311 and a second side 312 that are connected to each other, and the first side 311 is directly connected to the sound box integrated piece 1, and specifically can be connected to the sound box base 11; the second side 312 is directly connected to the plate-like structure portion 32, and may be directly connected to the lower side of the plate-like structure portion 32. The plate-like structure portion 32 is connected to the back of the apparatus body 2 (the back refers to a portion of the apparatus body 2 on the rear side). By adopting the mounting bracket 3, the plate-shaped structure part 32 is attached to the back of the equipment body 2, so that the contact area between the mounting bracket 3 and the equipment body 2 can be increased, and the connection between the sound box integrated piece 1 and each equipment body 2 can be facilitated.
The size of the apparatus body 2 is generally large, particularly in the longitudinal direction X, and therefore, it is preferable that the plate-like structure portion 32 has a strip-like plate-like structure, and the longitudinal direction thereof coincides with the longitudinal direction X of the cabinet 11.
To increase the strength of the mounting bracket, the edge of the first edge 311 may be at least partially configured in a flanged configuration. The second side 312 may be a trapezoidal plate-like structure, and the small end thereof is connected to the first side 311 and the large end thereof is connected to the plate-like structure portion 32.
The L-shaped structure portion 31 and the plate-shaped structure portion 32 may be integrally formed, that is, the mounting bracket 3 is an integrally formed part, or the two may be connected together after being separately processed, for example, the L-shaped structure portion is an integrally formed part, and the plate-shaped structure portion 32 is an integrally formed part, and then the two integrally formed parts are connected together by welding, screwing, or the like to form the mounting bracket 3. Optionally, the L-shaped structure portion 31 and the plate-shaped structure portion 32 are both sheet metal parts, and especially when the whole mounting bracket 3 is an integrally formed part, the strength of the mounting bracket 3 can be increased, and the mounting bracket 3 can be conveniently formed.
In one embodiment, the first edge 311 and the sound box integrated part 1 and the plate-shaped structure part 32 and the device body 2 are connected by clamping, screwing, or the like, and the second edge 312 and the plate-shaped structure part 32 are connected by welding, the first edge 311 and the sound box integrated part 1 are connected by screwing, and the plate-shaped structure part 32 and the device body 2 are connected by screwing. Further, in consideration of different electronic devices, the connection hole locations of the device body 2 may be different, in order to adapt to various electronic devices, and ensure that the sound box integrated piece 1 is symmetrical with respect to the central plane of the device body 2 as much as possible after connection, so as to improve the stability of the electronic device, the plate-shaped structural portion 32 is provided with a first strip-shaped hole 321, and the length direction of the first strip-shaped hole 321 is consistent with the length direction X of the sound box base 11; first side 311 is provided with second bar-shaped hole 3111, and the length direction of second bar-shaped hole 3111 is unanimous with the direction of height Z of audio amplifier seat 11 (the upper and lower direction when audio amplifier integrated part 1 is installed on equipment body 2 promptly), so, can adjust audio amplifier integrated part 1 for equipment body 2 at the size of direction of height through second bar-shaped hole 3111, adjust audio amplifier integrated part 1 for equipment body 2 size on the left and right sides direction through first bar-shaped hole 321, thereby the adjustment of position when realizing the installation of audio amplifier integrated part 1.
The mounting bracket 3 may be provided with one, two, or more, and in order to better improve the reliability of the connection of the sound box integrated member 1 and the apparatus body 2, the mounting bracket 3 may be provided with two.
It should be noted that the mounting bracket 3 of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and the mounting bracket 3 may have another structure, for example, the mounting bracket 3 may have a plate-like structure as a whole, and connect the sound box integrated unit 1 and the device main body 2 at the same time.
The loudspeaker box integrated component 1 adopts a modular design, so that the product has universality and interchangeability, the diversified demands of the market can be better met, and the production process is simplified. The invention forms the same series products with different sizes and color collocation by the modular combination design of the expansion piece 14 and the sound box main body (namely the sound box base 11 and all parts arranged thereon), and embeds the camera module with a rotatable structure, thereby changing a single sound box product into a multifunctional integrated audio and video product.
Those skilled in the art will readily appreciate that the above-described preferred embodiments may be freely combined, superimposed, without conflict.

Claims (22)

1. A sound box integrated component with a camera is characterized by comprising a sound box seat, a sound module, a camera module and an expansion component, wherein the sound box seat is in a strip shape; the sound box base is fixedly provided with the sound module;
the camera module can be rotatably arranged on the sound box seat along a rotating axis parallel to the length direction of the sound box seat; at least one side of the loudspeaker box seat along the length direction is detachably connected with the expansion piece;
the expansion piece is characterized by further comprising a rotating buckling piece, wherein the rotating buckling piece comprises a connecting end and a buckling end, and the connecting end is connected with the expansion piece; the clamping end is rotationally clamped on the loudspeaker box seat around the rotation axis;
one of the clamping end and the sound box base is provided with a clamping groove, the other clamping end is correspondingly provided with a clamping protrusion, the clamping groove is provided with an insertion section and a rotation section which are communicated with each other, the insertion section extends along the length direction, the rotation section extends along the circumferential direction surrounding the rotation axis, and the clamping protrusion is inserted into the rotation section through the insertion section and is clamped to the rotation section along the rotation section in a rotating mode;
the opening of the insertion section is gradually reduced along the insertion direction of the clamping protrusion;
at least three groups of clamping protrusions and clamping grooves are distributed in the circumferential direction, wherein the distance between every two adjacent groups of clamping protrusions and the distance between every two adjacent groups of clamping grooves and the circumferential direction are larger than or smaller than the distance between every two adjacent groups of clamping protrusions and the circumferential direction.

The loudspeaker box integrated piece of claim 1, wherein the camera module comprises a camera component, a rotating shaft component and a supporting shaft, and two ends of the camera component along the length direction are respectively connected to the loudspeaker box base in a rotating mode through the rotating shaft component and the supporting shaft.
3. The integrated sound box component according to claim 2, wherein the rotating shaft assembly comprises a rotating shaft and a connecting seat, the rotating shaft comprises a rotating part and a connecting part which are connected with each other, and the connecting part is of a plate-shaped structure and is connected with the camera shooting assembly; the rotating part is rotatably connected to the connecting seat along the rotating axis, and the connecting seat is fixedly connected with the sound box seat.

The sound box integrated component of claim 3, wherein the rotation shaft assembly further comprises a limiting member connected to the rotation shaft, the limiting member having a limiting protrusion; the connecting seat is provided with a limiting groove, and the limiting bulge is arranged in the limiting groove in a swinging mode around the rotating axis.
5. The sound box integrated piece according to claim 4, wherein the limiting protrusion has a first position and a second position along the swing stroke thereof, and in the first position, the optical axis of the camera component is parallel to the horizontal plane; and at the second position, the included angle between the optical axis of the camera shooting component and the horizontal plane is 25 degrees.
6. The loudspeaker box integrated piece of claim 2, wherein the rotating shaft assembly is a damping shaft system, so that the camera assembly can be fixed when rotating to any position.

The integrated sound box assembly according to claim 2, wherein the supporting shaft is an integrally formed structure and comprises a supporting portion and a fixing portion, and the fixing portion is fixedly connected with the sound box base; the supporting part is connected with the camera shooting assembly in a rotating mode around the rotating axis.
8. The sound box integrated piece according to claim 2, wherein the camera assembly comprises a camera body and a lens holder, the lens holder is provided with a lens hole, the camera body is mounted on the lens holder, and a lens of the camera body is exposed out of the lens hole; the camera shooting assembly is installed on the sound box base through the lens base.
9. The sound box integrated component of claim 8, wherein the lens hole comprises a horn section and a mounting section which are sequentially arranged along an incident direction of light, and a small end of the horn section is connected with the mounting section; the lens extends into the mounting section.
10. The integrated sound box assembly of claim 8, wherein the camera assembly further comprises a mounting substrate and an indicator light, and the camera body and the indicator light are both mounted on the mounting substrate; the lens mount still is provided with first light-emitting hole, mounting substrate install in the lens mount, just the pilot lamp with first light-emitting hole is relative.
11. The sound box integrated piece of claim 8, wherein the lens holder is provided with a plurality of lens holes; the camera body is arranged at least one lens hole;
the camera shooting assembly further comprises a shielding piece, the shielding piece is arranged on the lens mount and located on the light inlet side of the lens, a light hole is formed in the shielding piece, and the light hole corresponds to the camera shooting body.
12. The sound box integrated piece according to claim 11, wherein the number of the lens holes is three, and the lens holes are arranged on the lens holder at equal intervals;
the shielding piece is a single-camera shielding piece which is provided with the light hole, and the light hole is opposite to the lens hole in the middle; or the shielding piece is a three-camera shielding piece which is provided with three light holes, and the three light holes and the three lens holes are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner; or, the shielding piece is a three-camera shielding piece, the three-camera shielding piece is provided with one light hole and along the projection of the optical axis of the lens, and the three lens holes are all located in the edge of the light hole.

The sound box assembly of any one of claims 1-12, wherein the extension member extends along the length direction and has a plurality of extension members, and the extension members have unequal dimensions along the length direction, so that the sound box base is connected to different extension members to form sound box assemblies with different dimensions along the length direction.
14. The loudspeaker manifold of claim 13, wherein the extensions attached to both sides of the loudspeaker base are equal in size in the length direction.
15. The integrated sound box component according to claim 1, wherein the expansion member is connected to both ends of the sound box base through the rotating fasteners, the two rotating fasteners are symmetrically arranged relative to a central plane, and the central plane is perpendicular to the length direction.
16. The loudspeaker assembly of claim 1 wherein the extension piece has a functional cavity, the functional cavity mounting the sound module.
17. The sound box integrated piece of claim 1, wherein the camera module is provided with sound box holes on both sides in the length direction.
18. The loudspeaker assembly of any one of claims 1-12, wherein the loudspeaker base comprises a front shell and a rear cover, the front shell being provided with a mounting cavity; the rear cover is combined with the front cover and covers the opening of the mounting cavity;
the sound module and the camera module are both arranged in the mounting cavity; the extension is mounted to the front housing.
19. An electronic device comprising the speaker integrated unit according to any one of claims 1-18.
20. The electronic device of claim 19, further comprising a device body and a mounting bracket, wherein the sound box integrated piece is mounted on the upper side of the device body through the mounting bracket.
21. The electronic device of claim 20, wherein the mounting bracket comprises an L-shaped structure portion and a plate-shaped structure portion, one side of the L-shaped structure portion is connected to the speaker integration and the other side is connected to the plate-shaped structure portion, and the plate-shaped structure portion is connected to the back of the device body.
22. The electronic device according to any one of claims 19-21, wherein the electronic device is an interactive display screen, a touch-control all-in-one machine, an electronic blackboard, an electronic whiteboard, an intelligent interactive large screen, or an intelligent tablet.
