Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
Fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a video camera in one embodiment. Fig. 2a and 2b are schematic exploded views of the camera shown in fig. 1. Fig. 3a and 3b are schematic perspective views of the main cylindrical housing of the video camera shown in fig. 1. Fig. 4 is a longitudinal sectional view of the cylindrical main housing of the video camera shown in fig. 1. Fig. 5 is a longitudinal sectional view of an assembly structure of the video camera shown in fig. 1. Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2a and 2b, and focusing on fig. 3a and 3b and fig. 4 and 5, in this embodiment, the camera may include a cylindrical main housing 10, an imaging module 51, and a fill-in module 30.
The cylindrical main casing 10 has a mounting bulkhead 20, wherein the mounting bulkhead 20 is located in a cylindrical cavity formed by surrounding the cylindrical wall of the cylindrical main casing 10, and the mounting bulkhead 20 divides the cylindrical cavity of the cylindrical main casing 10 into a front cylindrical cavity 10a located on the front side of the mounting bulkhead 20 and a rear cylindrical cavity 10b located on the rear side of the mounting bulkhead 20.
For example, the cylindrical main casing 10 may have a rectangular cross section, and may include a first flat cylinder wall 11, a second flat cylinder wall 12 spaced opposite to the first flat cylinder wall 11, and a third flat cylinder wall 13 and a fourth flat cylinder wall 14 spaced opposite to each other between the first flat cylinder wall 11 and the second flat cylinder wall 12, so that the first flat cylinder wall 11, the second flat cylinder wall 12, and the third flat cylinder wall 13 and the fourth flat cylinder wall 14 are joined to form a peripheral wall of the cylindrical main casing 10, which surrounds an inner cavity forming the cylindrical main casing 10, and which is partitioned into a front cylinder cavity 10a and a rear cylinder cavity 10b by a mounting partition 20. Also, the peripheral wall of the cylindrical main shell 10 may have a taper such that the sectional area of the cylindrical main shell 10 at the front cylinder chamber 10a is slightly smaller than the sectional area of the rear cylinder chamber 10 b.
The imaging module 51 is mounted in the rear cylinder chamber 10b of the cylindrical main casing 10. The imaging module 51 may include an image sensor for photosensitive imaging, such as a CCD (Charge Coupled Device) or a CMOS (Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor), and may further include a lens for covering a photosensitive surface of the image sensor with an imaging field of view. Accordingly, the mounting spacer 20 has a lens escape hole 210 that escapes the imaging field of view of the imaging module 51.
The light supplementing module 30 is installed in the front barrel cavity 10a, wherein the light supplementing module 30 can include an annular lamp panel 31 surrounding the lens avoiding hole 210 and a light source lamp bead 32 arranged on the annular lamp panel 31.
For example, the annular lamp panel 31 may have an outer contour adapted to the sectional shape (rectangular shape) of the cylindrical main housing 10, and the annular lamp panel 31 further has a hollow window 310 exposing the lens avoiding hole 210; the Light source beads 32 may be Light Emitting elements, such as LEDs (Light Emitting diodes), which generate visible Light of any selected color, such as white Light.
In order to avoid light leakage from the light supplement module 30 surrounding the lens avoidance hole 210 in the front barrel cavity 10a to the lens avoidance hole 210 (the lens field of the imaging module 51), the mounting spacer 20 may further have a light blocking boss 260 protruding in the front barrel cavity 10a, and the light blocking boss 260 may form a closed and surrounding light path blocking between the light supplement module 30 and the lens avoidance hole 210. Correspondingly, the annular lamp panel 31 of the light supplement module 30 can be installed in the annular space between the light blocking boss 260 and the cylindrical wall of the cylindrical main shell 10, for example, the annular lamp panel 31 can be attached to the installation partition plate 20 in the annular space between the light blocking boss 260 and the cylindrical wall of the cylindrical main shell 10.
Preferably, in order to prevent the light blocking boss 260 from blocking the view of the lens of the imaging module 51, the end surface of the light blocking boss 260 may have a recessed conical surface 270 recessed toward the rear cylinder chamber 10b (the surface of the recessed conical surface 270 may be provided with a plurality of circles of annular reinforcing ribs), the lens relief hole 210 is opened at the recessed conical top of the recessed conical surface 270, and the lens front end of the imaging module 51 is located in the lens relief hole 210, thereby forming an open view channel penetrating the light blocking boss 260 in an expanding trend from the lens front end of the imaging module 51.
Based on the above structure, the cylindrical main housing 10 of the camera in this embodiment may have a front cylindrical cavity 10a and a rear cylindrical cavity 10b separated by the mounting partition 20 (fig. 4 and 5 show a boundary line of the front cylindrical cavity 10a and the rear cylindrical cavity 10b at the mounting partition 20 by a dotted line), wherein the light supplement module 30 may be installed in the front cylindrical cavity 10a in a substantially exclusive manner, so that shielding and avoidance caused by space competition of the light supplement module 30 may be avoided, and thus, the light source beads 32 of the light supplement module 30 may be allowed to be flexibly disposed in an exclusive space surrounding an imaging field of view of the imaging module (for example, the arrangement density of the light source beads 32 in the annular lamp panel 31 may enable light beams of every two adjacent light source beads 32 to overlap each other), so as to help to improve a light supplement effect provided by the light supplement module for the camera. Moreover, by arranging the light blocking boss 260 on the installation partition 20, a closed and surrounded light path can be formed between the light supplement module 30 and the lens avoiding hole 210 to block, so that light leakage from the light supplement module 30 to the imaging view of the imaging module 51 (lens) can be avoided.
The camera in this embodiment may further include a trim cover assembly 40 and an end cover assembly 70, wherein:
the decoration cover assembly 40 covers the front cylindrical cavity 10a of the cylindrical main housing 10, for example, the decoration cover assembly 40 can be detachably mounted on the cylindrical main housing 10, wherein the decoration cover assembly 40 can have a lens exposure hole 410 for avoiding the imaging field of view of the imaging module 51 (lens) and an annular transparent window cover 411 aligned with the annular lamp panel 31;
the end cap assembly 70 covers the rear cylindrical cavity 10b of the cylindrical main casing 10, for example, the end cap assembly 70 may be detachably mounted to the cylindrical main casing 10.
If the density of the light source beads of the light supplement module 30 is large enough and the uniformity is high enough, the particle sense visually formed by the light beams of the discrete light source beads 32 can be eliminated by combining the uniform light transmission of the annular light transmission window cover 411 of the decoration cover assembly 40, so that the visual effect of continuous annular regional light supplement is generated.
In particular, when the camera in this embodiment is applied to a scene with specific requirements on the ambient brightness during imaging (e.g., real goods sales promotion based on live webcasting), the camera can have a light supplementing effect meeting the needs of the scene.
In order to facilitate the use under application scenes such as the real goods sales promotion based on the network live broadcast, the volume of the camera in this embodiment can be relatively small, and in this case, in order to maximize the area of the supplementary lighting region, the outer edge of the annular lamp panel 31 can be attached to the wall of the cylindrical main shell 10, and the light source lamp beads 32 are arranged along the outer edge of the annular lamp panel 31.
In addition, adopt the disposition mode that light filling module 30 monopolized to the basic of anterior cylinder chamber 10a, even if light source lamp pearl 32 attaches to the wall and disposes, also can avoid the light filling module to take place the position conflict with other adherence parts of camera to allow the anterior cylinder chamber 10a that is monopolized by light filling module 30 basic to further dispose other small-size parts.
For example, for entity goods sales promotion based on live webcasting, the shooting angle may need to be adjusted due to the change of the hand-held posture of the goods during live webcasting, the fill-in light brightness needs to be adjusted due to the change of the ambient illumination of the live webcasting room, and the focal length is adjusted due to the change of the distance between the hand-held goods and the imaging module. Wherein, shoot that the angle is adjustable and light filling luminance touch control regulatory function can realize based on other adherence parts of back barrel chamber 10b deployment, and the function of automatic auxiliary focusing can be realized based on the small size part of barrel chamber 10a before sharing with light filling module 30.
The foregoing structure and the further expanded function of the camera will be described in detail in the order of assembly of the component set of the rear cylinder chamber 10b prior to the component set of the pick cylinder chamber.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a photographing angle adjusting function of the video camera shown in fig. 1. Fig. 7 is a schematic view showing an example of the photographing angle adjusting function shown in fig. 6. Fig. 8a to 8c are schematic views of the use states of the example shown in fig. 7. Referring to fig. 6 and 7 and fig. 8a to 8c, the main cylindrical housing 10 can be magnetically coupled to the magnetic base 90d of the camera stand 90. The camera support 90 may be a foldable support, for example, the camera support 90 may include a support leg 90a, a first folding arm 90b rotatably connected to the support leg 90a, a second folding arm 90c rotatably connected to a free end of the first folding arm 90b, and a magnetic attraction seat 90d rotatably connected to a free end of the second folding arm 90c, so that the camera may be supported by the camera support 90 in any position within a folding and unfolding range thereof based on the magnetic attraction cooperation between the cylindrical main housing 10 and the magnetic attraction seat 90d of the camera support 90.
Also, the cylindrical main housing 10 may be configured to be magnetically attracted to the magnetic attraction seat 90d of the camera stand 90 using a plurality of orientations of the peripheral wall, wherein:
in fig. 8a, the second flat cylindrical wall 12 (which may be referred to as a lower cylindrical wall) of the main cylindrical housing 10 is magnetically engaged with the magnetic attraction seat 90d of the camera support 90, and at this time, the terminal device 99 in signal connection with the camera presents the image captured by the camera at a first angle (e.g., a horizontal screen angle);

Fig. 17 is a longitudinal sectional view of the mounting structure shown in fig. 16. Fig. 18 is a schematic view of a fixing structure of the touch module shown in fig. 13 in the cylindrical main housing. Referring further to fig. 15 to 18, in order to ensure the detection sensitivity of the touch module 60 to the touch operation, the touch sensing plate 61 may be adhered to the cylindrical wall (e.g., the first flat cylindrical wall 11) of the main cylindrical housing 10, and the inner surface of the cylindrical wall (e.g., the first flat cylindrical wall 11) of the main cylindrical housing 10 may have a touch-control thickness-reducing groove 111, so that the thickness of the cylindrical wall (e.g., the first flat cylindrical wall 11) of the main cylindrical housing 10 in the area contacting with the touch sensing plate 61 is sufficiently small, for example, less than or equal to 1.5 mm.
The touch module 60 can be supported by the auxiliary bracket 66 and the flexible pad 67 (for example, foam) in a state where the touch sensing plate 61 and the cylindrical wall of the cylindrical main casing 10 (for example, the first flat cylindrical wall 11) are bonded to each other.
Specifically, the auxiliary bracket 66 may be a sheet metal member and include a bracket plate 661 and a mounting plate 662, wherein the mounting plate 662 may have a bracket positioning hole 663 and a bracket mounting hole 664, the mounting plate 662 may be pre-installed at a designated position of the mounting spacer 20 by the insertion positioning engagement of the bracket positioning hole 663 with the bracket positioning post 229 protruding from the mounting spacer 20 in the rear cylinder chamber 10b, and the mounting plate 662 of the auxiliary bracket 66 may be fixed at the designated position of the mounting spacer 20 by a bracket mounting screw 96 passing through the bracket mounting hole 664 and threadedly engaged with the bracket fixing screw hole 226 of the mounting spacer 20, at which time the bracket plate of the auxiliary bracket 66 is suspended at a side of the mounting plate 661 close to the cylinder wall (e.g., the first flat cylinder wall 11) of the cylindrical main housing 10, and a flexible spacer 67 (e.g., foam) may be disposed at a side of the bracket plate 661 facing the cylinder wall (e.g., the first flat cylinder wall 11) of the cylindrical main housing 10, therefore, the touch module 60 can be supported by the flexible pad 67 (e.g., foam) so that the touch sensing plate 61 and the cylinder wall (e.g., the first flat cylinder wall 11) of the main cylinder 10 are adhered.
Fig. 19 is a schematic diagram showing the assembly relationship of the component assemblies on the rear end side of the video camera shown in fig. 1. Fig. 20 is a schematic view showing an assembly structure of a component assembly on the rear end side of the video camera shown in fig. 1. Fig. 21 is a schematic diagram of a package structure of a component assembly on the rear end side of the camera shown in fig. 1.
Referring to fig. 19, in actual assembly, the magnetic sheet 16, the touch module 60, and the main control module 52 integrated with the imaging module 51 may be mounted in the rear barrel cavity 10b of the barrel-shaped main housing 10 in the manner described above, wherein the lens of the imaging module 51 may be inserted into the lens avoiding hole 210, and the periphery of the lens of the imaging module 51 may be further sleeved with a buffer collar 53 to prevent the lens from being in rigid contact with the lens avoiding hole 210.
After the assembly process of the rear cylinder chamber 10b shown in fig. 19, the half-assembled state of the camera can be as shown in fig. 20. Thereafter, as shown in fig. 21, the rear cylinder chamber 10b may be covered with an end cap assembly 70. For example, the end cap assembly 70 may have the assembly fixing studs 71 (the assembly fixing studs 71 are distributed at four corners in the drawing), the mounting partition plate 20 of the cylindrical main casing 10 may have the end cap mounting through holes 227 (the end cap mounting through holes 227 are distributed at four corners in the drawing), and the end cap assembly 70 may be detachably mounted to the rear cylindrical cavity 10b by the end cap mounting screws 97 inserted into the end cap mounting through holes 227 and screwed to the assembly fixing studs 71.
In addition, as can be seen from fig. 19, the main control module 52 may further have an external interface 55, for example, the external interface 55 may be any interface for data transmission, such as a USB (Universal Serial Bus) interface, and correspondingly, the end cap assembly 70 may further have an interface adapting slot 75 for exposing the external interface 55.
After the assembly and the encapsulation of the rear cylindrical cavity 10b of the cylindrical main shell 10 are completed, the light supplement module 30 and the depth sensing module 80 can be installed in the front cylindrical cavity 10a of the cylindrical main shell 10, and the decorative cover assembly 40 is used for covering.
Fig. 22 is a perspective view of the front end side of the camera shown in fig. 1 after the assembly and packaging of the rear end side component assemblies are completed. Fig. 23 is a schematic view showing an assembly relationship between the fill-in light module of the video camera shown in fig. 1 and the front end side of the cylindrical main housing. Fig. 24 is a schematic view of an assembly structure of the fill-in light module of the camera shown in fig. 1 on the front end side of the cylindrical main housing. Referring to fig. 23 and 24 and referring back to fig. 2a and 2b, the annular lamp panel 31 of the light supplement module 30 may have lamp panel positioning holes 311 and lamp panel mounting holes 312, and the mounting partition 20 may have lamp panel positioning posts 221 protruding in the front cylinder cavity 10a and lamp panel fixing screw holes 222 exposed in the front cylinder cavity 10 a.
Through the grafting location of lamp plate locating hole 311 and lamp plate reference column 221, can make annular lamp plate 31 of light filling module 30 preassembled at the assigned position of installation baffle 20 to, the utilization passes lamp plate mounting hole 312, and with the light filling lamp plate mounting screw 92 of the fixed screw 222 spiro union of lamp plate, can make annular lamp plate 31 of light filling module 30 be fixed in installation baffle 20 in preceding section of thick bamboo chamber 10 a.
Also, as described above, the end cover mounting screw 97 penetrating the end cover mounting through hole 227 from the front cylindrical cavity 10a may be screwed with the end cover assembly 70 covering the rear cylindrical cavity 10b, and preferably, the end cover mounting through hole 227 may be disposed at a position where the end cover mounting screw 97 is covered by the supplementary lighting module 30 (the annular lamp panel 31) in the front cylindrical cavity 10 a. That is, the light supplement module 30 can be prevented from interfering with the assembly connector of the rear cylinder chamber 10 b.
If the main control module 52 supports sound collection, the installation partition plate 20 may further have a sound transmission hole 312 aligned with a sound collection element (e.g., a microphone) of the main control module 52, and the hollow window 310 of the annular lamp panel 31 of the light supplement module 30 may further avoid the sound transmission hole 312.
In addition, the light supplement module 30 may further include a status indicator lamp 34 disposed on the annular lamp panel 31 for indicating a status signal generated by the main control module 52. For example, if the status signal generated by the main control module 52 indicates that the working status of the camera is normal, the status indicator lamp 34 may generate blue visible light; if the status signal generated by the main control module 52 indicates that the working status of the camera is abnormal, the status indicator lamp 34 may generate visible light with other colors or no visible light.
Correspondingly, the main control module 52 can be connected with the annular lamp panel 31 signal of the light supplement module 30 through the cavity-crossing connecting line penetrating through the first lead hole 211 to control the light emitting color of the status indicator lamp 34 of the light supplement module 30.
Fig. 25 is a schematic diagram of the automatic auxiliary focusing function of the camera shown in fig. 1. Referring to fig. 23 and 24 and looking back fig. 2a and 2b, focusing on fig. 25, the depth sensing module 80 is installed in the front cylindrical cavity 10a of the cylindrical main housing 10 at a position avoiding the light supplement module 30, wherein the installation partition 20 has a second lead hole 212, and the main control module 52 can be in signal connection with the depth sensing module 80 through a cavity-crossing connection line penetrating through the second lead hole 212, so that the main control module 52 can adjust the imaging focal length of the imaging module 51 according to the sensing result of the depth sensing module 80, thereby implementing the automatic auxiliary focusing function.
Specifically, the depth sensing module 80 may include a sensing element 81 and a sensing plate 82. Among them, the sensing element 81 may be a sensing element based on infrared detection, such as a TOF (Time of flight) sensor, and the sensing plate 82 may have a sensing plate positioning hole 83 and a sensing plate mounting hole 84.
Accordingly, the mounting spacer 20 may have sensing plate positioning posts 223 protruding in the front cylinder chamber 10a and sensing plate fixing screw holes 224 exposed in the front cylinder chamber 10a, the depth sensing module 80 may be pre-installed at a designated position in the front cylinder chamber 10a by the insertion positioning of the sensing plate positioning posts 223 with the sensing plate positioning holes 83, and the depth sensing module 80 may be fixed to the mounting spacer 20 in the front cylinder chamber 10a by sensing module mounting screws penetrating through the sensing plate mounting holes 84 and threadedly engaged with the sensing plate fixing screw holes 224.
In addition, the sensing plate 82 may further have a sensing plate wiring socket 85 protruding into the second lead hole 212 on a side facing the mounting spacer 20 for connecting the cavity between the depth sensing module 80 and the main control module 52.
Fig. 26 is an exploded view of the cover assembly of the camera shown in fig. 1. Fig. 27 is a schematic view showing an assembling structure of the escutcheon assembly shown in fig. 26. Referring to fig. 26 and 27, and referring back to fig. 2a and 2b, the escutcheon assembly 40 may include an escutcheon body 41 and a light blocking plate 42 that blocks visible light and transmits infrared light. The aforementioned lens exposure hole 410 and the annular transparent window cover 411 are formed in the cover body 41, and the light-shielding baffle 42 is stacked (e.g., adhered) on the cover body 41 in a manner of avoiding the lens exposure hole 410 and the annular transparent window cover 411.
In actual assembly, the cover body 41 may be first attached to cover the front housing cavity 10a of the cylindrical main housing 10, and then the light-shielding shutter 42 may be attached to the cover body 41.
Fig. 28 is a perspective view of the decoration cover main body in the decoration cover assembly shown in fig. 26. Fig. 29 is a schematic view showing the fitting relationship between the escutcheon body and the front end side of the cylindrical main shell as shown in fig. 28. Fig. 30 is a schematic view showing an assembly structure of the cosmetic cover main body shown in fig. 28 on the front end side of the cylindrical main shell. Fig. 31 is a longitudinal sectional view of the mounting structure shown in fig. 30. Referring to fig. 2a and 2b, focusing on fig. 28 to 31, the lens exposing hole 410 may be formed in the decoration cover main body 41 made of light-blocking material, the annular transparent window cover 411 made of transparent material surrounds the periphery of the decoration cover main body 41, and the annular transparent window cover 411 may further have a decoration plate buckle 416 on the periphery of the annular transparent window cover 411, accordingly, the cylindrical main shell 10 may have a mounting slot 15 inside the peripheral wall of the front cylindrical cavity 10a, and the decoration plate buckle 416 is clamped with the mounting slot 15 (in this embodiment, eight decoration plate buckles 416 and mounting slots 15 are taken as examples), so that the decoration cover assembly 40 can be mounted on the front cylindrical cavity 10a in a covering manner.
In order to realize more accurate assembly positioning, the mounting partition plate 20 may further have an auxiliary boss 280 disposed at the periphery of the light blocking boss 260, wherein the auxiliary boss 280 is used for positioning and matching with the trim cover assembly 40, the protrusion height of the auxiliary boss 280 is smaller than the protrusion height of the light blocking boss 260, and the annular lamp panel 31 of the light supplementing module 30 may be avoided outside the auxiliary boss 280 (the mounting partition plate 20 is located outside the auxiliary boss 280 at the protruding lamp panel positioning column 221 of the front cylinder cavity 10a and the lamp panel fixing screw hole 222 exposed at the front cylinder cavity 10 a).
Wherein, the supplementary boss 280 in the outside of supplementary boss 280 is dodged to annular lamp plate 31, can make light source lamp pearl 32 more leave away from the camera lens and dodge hole 210 to, the protruding height of supplementary boss 280 can be greater than the distance of the play plain noodles of light source lamp pearl 32 of light filling module 30 for installation baffle 20, if so, supplementary boss 280 also can further play the effect of hindering light of certain degree.
In order to achieve the positioning fit of the auxiliary boss 280 and the trim cover assembly 40, the mounting partition 20 may further include a boss positioning post 225 and/or a boss positioning hole 219 disposed on the auxiliary boss 280, and the trim cover assembly 40 (trim cover main body 41) may further have a trim cover positioning hole 415 for positioning fit with the boss positioning post 225 and/or a trim cover positioning post 419 for positioning fit with the boss positioning hole 219 on the side facing the mounting partition 20. Therefore, the assembling accuracy between the escutcheon assembly 40 (escutcheon body 41) and the cylindrical main housing 10 can be controlled by the insertion positioning of the escutcheon positioning holes 415 and the boss positioning posts 225 and/or the insertion positioning of the escutcheon positioning holes 415 and the boss positioning posts 225.
The trim cover assembly 40 (trim cover main body 41) may further have a light blocking and isolating rib 417 which is enclosed and surrounds between the lens exposing hole 410 and the annular light transmitting window cover 411, the light blocking and isolating rib 417 may form a closed and surrounding light path blocking between an imaging field of view of the imaging module 51 and an irradiation range of the light supplementing module 30, for example, the trim cover main body 41 may be attached to an end surface of the auxiliary boss 280, and the light blocking and isolating rib 417 may be wrapped outside the auxiliary boss 280, thereby further preventing a light supplementing beam generated by the light source bead 32 of the light supplementing module 30 from forming brightness interference to the imaging module 51.
If the mounting spacer 20 has the sound transmitting hole 312 disposed in alignment with the sound collecting element (e.g., microphone) of the main control module 52 and exposed through the hollow window 310, the trim main body 41 may further have a sound transmitting exposing hole 413 disposed in alignment with the sound transmitting hole 312 of the mounting spacer 20.
If the light supplement module 30 further includes the status indicator lamp 34 disposed on the annular lamp panel 31, the trim panel main body 41 may further have a status prompt light display hole 414 aligned with the status indicator lamp 34 of the light supplement module 30. This status indicator 34 can be closer to the fretwork window 310 of annular lamp plate 31 than light source lamp pearl 32, promptly, status indicator 34 can be closer to camera lens dodge hole 210 (the camera lens field of vision of imaging module 51) than light source lamp pearl 32, and under this condition, the light path between status indicator 34 and the camera lens dodge hole 210 still can be blocked by light blocking flange 260.
In order to avoid the supplementary lighting beam with relatively strong brightness generated by the light source lamp bead 32 from covering the prompt light with relatively weak brightness of the status indicator lamp 34, the annular lamp panel 31 may be provided with a through slot hole 318 between the status indicator lamp 34 and the light source lamp bead 32, the decorative cover assembly 40 (the decorative cover main body 41) may further have a light blocking ledge 418 protruding outward from the edge of the light blocking rib 417, and the light blocking ledge 418 is inserted into the through slot hole 318 to form a light path blocking between the status indicator lamp 34 and the light source lamp bead 32
Preferably, the light-blocking eaves 418 may extend through the through-slot 318, and the mounting spacer 20 may further have an eaves insertion groove 228 exposed in the front barrel cavity 10a for insertion positioning with the light-blocking eaves 418 extending through the through-slot 318.
In addition, the cover assembly 40 may further have a sensing gap 412 aligned with the depth sensing module 80 (sensing element 81) to reduce signal attenuation of the depth sensing module 80 (sensing element 81).
Fig. 32 is a schematic view showing the fitting relationship of the light shielding shutter in the escutcheon assembly shown in fig. 26 on the front end side of the cylindrical main shell. Fig. 33 is a schematic view showing an assembly structure of the light shielding shutter in the cosmetic cover assembly shown in fig. 26 on the front end side of the cylindrical main shell. Fig. 34 is a longitudinal sectional view of the assembled structure shown in fig. 33. Referring to fig. 2a and 2b and focusing on fig. 28 to 31, and focusing on fig. 32 to 34, the outer contour of the light-shielding shutter 42 may have a shape and size matching the inner edge contour of the annular light-transmitting window cover 411, and the light-shielding shutter 42 may have a window avoiding hole 420 aligned with the lens exposing hole 410, so that when the light-shielding shutter 42 is stacked on the cover body 41, the light-shielding shutter 42 can avoid the lens exposing hole 410 of the cover body 41 and the annular light-transmitting window cover 411.
Moreover, when the light-shielding baffle 42 is stacked on the trim cover body 41, the light-shielding baffle 42 can also cover the sensing opening 412 of the trim cover body 41, so that the trim cover assembly 40 can further shield the depth sensing module 80 from visible light and infrared light, thereby improving the aesthetic appearance of the camera.
For example, the sensing gap 412 may be located between the lens exposure hole 410 and the annular transparent window cover 411 surrounding the lens exposure hole 410, and accordingly, the light shielding baffle 42 may form a covering shield for the sensing gap 412 between the lens exposure hole 410 of the cover body 41 and the annular transparent window cover 411.
If the mounting spacer 20 has the sound transmitting holes 312 disposed opposite to the sound collecting elements (e.g., microphones) of the main control module 52 and exposed through the hollow windows 310, the light shielding plate 42 may further have sound transmitting avoiding holes 423 disposed opposite to the sound transmitting holes 312 of the mounting spacer 20 and the sound transmitting exposing holes 413 of the trim cover body 41.
If the light supplement module 30 further includes the status indicator lamp 34 disposed on the annular lamp panel 31, the light shielding shutter 42 may further have a prompt light reflection through slot 424 (only shown in fig. 2 b) aligned with the status indicator lamp 34 of the light supplement module 30 and the status prompt light presenting hole 414 of the trim main body 41. The prompt light reflection slot 424 can be a blind hole formed by the shading baffle 42 facing to one side surface of the plaque main body 41, and can realize a semi-transparent effect similar to film covering on the status prompt light presenting hole 414 of the status indicator light 34 of the light supplement module 30 and the plaque main body 41 so as to prevent light pollution caused by light beams generated by the status indicator light 34 to light supplement light beams generated by the light source lamp beads 32.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
