The embodiment of the invention discloses a reminding method and a reminding device for balance transfer of an IC card, which can carry out balance transfer reminding on the IC card with the current condition meeting the preset balance transfer condition, and is beneficial to improving the viscosity of a user taking public transportation in a mobile phone payment mode, thereby reducing the possibility that the user has to go to ticket selling equipment to purchase ticket taking and can take transportation means because the user does not carry the IC card. The following will describe in detail.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flow chart of a reminding method for transferring an IC card balance according to an embodiment of the invention. The method described in fig. 1 can be applied to a background service platform for managing public transportation. As shown in fig. 1, the reminding method for the balance transfer of the IC card may include the following steps:
101. the background service platform detects a usage record of a certain IC card.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the certain IC card may be any IC card for riding or using a vehicle, for example: traffic cards. The transportation means may include at least one of subway, bus, shared bicycle (e.g. Harrow bicycle), light rail, and automobile, and the embodiment of the invention is not limited.
In the embodiment of the invention, the usage record at least comprises the total number of usage times in a preset time period (for example, in a natural month, etc.). Further, the method further includes at least one of a total amount of use in the preset time period and a total number of abnormal use in the preset time period, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. The abnormal use includes at least one of only the entry record without the exit record and only the exit record without the entry record, which is not limited by the embodiment of the present invention.
As an alternative embodiment, before performing step 101, the method for reminding the balance transfer of the IC card may further include the steps of:
the background service platform determines the current date and judges whether the current date is a preset reminding date, wherein the preset reminding date is a date for reminding a user corresponding to the IC card to execute transfer operation on the balance of the IC card;
when the current date is judged to be the preset reminding date, the background service platform triggers and executes the operation of detecting the use record of a certain IC card.
In this alternative embodiment, the preset reminding date may be the last days of each month and month (for example, 1 day), or the last days of each quarter, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Therefore, in this optional embodiment, before detecting the usage record of the IC card, the current date is determined first, and whether the current date is the preset reminding date is determined, and when the result of the determination is yes, the subsequent operation is performed, so that the usage record of the IC card can be detected regularly, which is beneficial to management of the usage record of the IC card, reducing the power consumption of the background service platform, and improving the service life of the background service platform.
As another alternative embodiment, the reminding method for the balance transfer of the IC card may further include the steps of:
when the current date is judged not to be the preset reminding date, the background service platform detects whether a detection request triggered by a manager is received or not, wherein the detection request is used for requesting to detect the use record of the IC card;
when detecting that the detection request triggered by the manager is received, the background service platform triggers and executes the operation of detecting the use record of a certain IC card.
Therefore, in this optional embodiment, when it is determined that the current date is not the preset reminding date, by detecting whether a detection request triggered by a manager is received, and executing subsequent operations when detecting that the detection request is received, the detection flexibility of the usage record of the IC card and the functions of the background service platform can be improved.
102. And the background service platform judges whether the current condition of the certain IC card meets the preset balance transfer condition according to the use record of the certain IC card. When step 102 judges that the current condition of a certain IC card meets the preset balance transfer condition, step 103 can be triggered to be executed; when step 102 determines that the current condition of a certain IC card does not meet the preset balance transfer condition, the process may be ended.
In this embodiment of the present invention, as an optional implementation manner, the background service platform may determine, according to a usage record of a certain IC card, whether a current condition of the certain IC card meets a preset balance transfer condition, including:
the background service platform judges whether the total number of times of using a certain IC card in a preset time period (such as a natural month) reaches a preset total number threshold (such as 20 times) according to the use record of the certain IC card;
when judging that the total number of times of using the certain IC card in the preset time period reaches the preset total number threshold, the background service platform determines that the current condition of the certain IC card meets the preset balance transfer condition.
In this optional implementation manner, after determining that the total number of times of use of the certain IC card in the preset time period reaches the preset total number of times threshold, and before determining that the current condition of the certain IC card meets the preset balance transfer condition, the background service platform further determines whether the total number of times of abnormal use of the certain IC card in the preset time period is greater than or equal to the preset total number of times of abnormal use (for example, 3 times, etc.), and when the result of the determination is no, determines that the current condition of the certain IC card meets the preset balance transfer condition; and when the judgment result is yes, directly ending the flow.
As can be seen, in this alternative embodiment, when it is determined that the total number of times the IC card is used in the preset time period reaches the preset total number of times threshold, it is further determined whether the number of times of abnormal use of the IC card in the preset time period is greater than or equal to the preset total number of times of abnormal use, and when the result of the determination is no, it is determined that the current condition of the IC card meets the preset balance transfer condition, so that the accuracy and reliability of the determination of the current condition of the IC card can be improved.
As yet another alternative embodiment, after the completion of step 102 and before the execution of step 103, the method for reminding the balance transfer of the IC card may further include the steps of:
the background service platform judges whether balance transfer operation is executed on a certain IC card;
when it is determined that the balance transfer operation has not been performed on the certain IC card, the background service platform triggers the execution of step 103.
In this optional embodiment, as an optional implementation manner, the background service platform determines whether the balance transfer operation has been performed on the above-mentioned certain IC card, and may include:
the background service platform judges whether a virtual payment card matched with a certain IC card exists, and when judging that the virtual payment card matched with the certain IC card exists, the background service platform determines that balance transfer operation is executed on the certain IC card.
In this alternative embodiment, further, when it is determined that the balance transfer operation has been performed on the above-mentioned certain IC card, the background service platform directly ends the current flow.
In this alternative embodiment, after determining that there is a virtual payment card that matches a certain IC card and before determining that a balance transfer operation has been performed on a certain IC card, the background service platform further determines whether there is a corresponding amount in the virtual payment card, and when determining that there is a corresponding amount in the virtual payment card, determines that a balance transfer operation has been performed on a certain IC card. Thus, the accuracy of determining whether the IC card has a corresponding virtual payment card can be further improved.
It can be seen that, in this optional embodiment, after it is determined that the current condition of the IC card meets the preset balance transfer condition, it is further determined whether a virtual payment card matched with the IC card exists, and when it is determined that no virtual payment card matched with the IC card exists, a subsequent operation of sending a balance transfer reminding message is performed, so that occurrence of a failure of balance transfer of the IC card due to the fact that the balance transfer operation has already occurred on the IC card can be reduced, accuracy and reliability of balance transfer of the IC card are improved, and popularization of riding public transportation in a mobile phone payment manner is facilitated.
103. The background service platform sends a balance transfer reminding message to a user terminal corresponding to a target account so as to remind a target user corresponding to the target account of executing balance transfer operation on the IC card, wherein the target account is an account bound with the IC card.
As yet another alternative embodiment, after the completion of step 103, the reminding method for the balance transfer of the IC card may further include the steps of:
the background service platform detects whether feedback of the balance transfer reminding message of the target user is received or not;
when detecting that the feedback of the target user for the balance transfer reminding message is received, and the feedback indicates that the target user determines to execute the balance transfer operation on a certain IC card, the background service platform sends a virtual payment card to the target account, and executes recharging operation on the virtual payment card based on the balance of the certain IC card.
It can be seen that in this optional embodiment, after sending the balance transfer reminding message, the optional embodiment further detects whether feedback of the user for the balance transfer reminding message is received, and when detecting that the feedback is received and the feedback indicates that the user determines that the balance transfer operation is performed on the IC card, sends a virtual payment card to an account corresponding to the IC card, and performs recharging operation on the virtual payment card based on the balance in the IC card, so that the user directly uses the virtual payment card, and further improves user viscosity of mobile phone payment.
As yet another alternative embodiment, the reminding method for the balance transfer of the IC card may further include the steps of:
when the feedback of the target user for the balance transfer reminding message is not received, the background service platform sends balance transfer advantage information to a user terminal corresponding to the target user, wherein the advantage information at least comprises information which can realize quick payment without carrying an IC card.
Therefore, when the optional embodiment detects that the feedback of the user for the balance transfer reminding message is not received, the optional embodiment sends the advantage prompt of balance transfer to the user terminal corresponding to the user, so that the possibility of executing balance transfer on the IC card by the user can be improved, and the popularization of mobile phone payment is facilitated.
Therefore, the reminding method for carrying out the balance transfer of the IC card described in the embodiment of FIG. 1 can be beneficial to improving the viscosity of users taking public transportation in a mobile phone payment mode by carrying out balance transfer reminding on the IC card with the current condition meeting the preset balance transfer condition, so that the possibility that the users have to go to ticket selling equipment to purchase tickets and can take vehicles because the users do not carry the IC card is reduced. In addition, the use record of the IC card can be detected regularly, so that the management of the IC card is facilitated, the power consumption of a background service platform is reduced, and the service life of the background service platform is prolonged; the detection flexibility of the use record of the IC card can be improved, and the functions of a background service platform can be enriched; the judgment accuracy and reliability of the current condition of the IC card can be improved; the occurrence of the failure of balance transfer of the IC card caused by the balance transfer operation of the IC card can be reduced, and the accuracy and reliability of the balance transfer of the IC card are improved; the possibility of balance transfer of the IC card by the user can be improved, so that popularization of mobile phone payment is facilitated.
Example two
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flow chart of another reminding method for transferring the balance of an IC card according to an embodiment of the invention. The method described in fig. 2 may be applied to a background service platform for managing public transportation. As shown in fig. 2, the reminding method for the balance transfer of the IC card may include the following steps:
201. the background service platform detects a usage record of a certain IC card.
202. And the background service platform judges whether the current condition of the certain IC card meets the preset balance transfer condition according to the use record of the certain IC card. When step 202 determines that the current condition of a certain IC card meets the preset balance transfer condition, step 203 may be triggered to be executed; when step 102 determines that the current condition of a certain IC card does not meet the preset balance transfer condition, the process can be directly ended.
