Abstract
The invention relates to the field of interior decoration tools, and discloses a wallpaper posting device which comprises a base, an installation seat, a cutting assembly and a posting assembly. The base is vertically upwards provided with a supporting rod with one side in a toothed strip shape. The installation seat is sleeved on the supporting rod and can be lifted along the supporting rod. The installation seat is provided with a lifting motor, and a rotating shaft of the lifting motor is connected with and meshed with a transmission gear of the supporting rod. Wallpaper is a common decorative material for modern interior decoration. The self-adhesive wallpaper comprises an inner layer and an outer layer; when in use, the outer layer can be adhered to the wall surface by tearing off the inner layer. The self-adhesive wallpaper is generally manually posted during posting, and the posting process is tedious and laborious; meanwhile, the wallpaper is extremely easy to warp in the process of posting, and the attractiveness is affected.

The pasting component comprises a pinch roller 310, a pinch plate 320 and an inner layer spool 330. The pinch roller 310 has a bar shape and is horizontally installed at an end of the uppermost connecting rod 220 remote from the mounting base 200. The compacting plate 320 is horizontally connected to the end of the other connecting rod 220 remote from the mount 200, the connecting rod 220 being in close proximity to the connecting rod 220 to which the compacting roller 310 is mounted. The length of the pinch roller 310 and the length of the pinch plate 320 are both slightly greater than the width of the wallpaper 500. The inner roll 330 is also rod-shaped and rotatably mounted to the mounting block 200 above the wallpaper placement point 230. The inner spool 330 is in driving connection with a drive motor 340 mounted to the mount 200.
The cutting assembly includes a blade 410, a cutting cylinder 420, and a blade slot 430. The mounting base 200 is also provided with an upwardly opening blade receiving slot 260. The insert pocket 430 is located above the insert receiving pocket 260 and faces the insert receiving pocket 260. A gap through which wallpaper 500 passes is provided between the blade receiving groove 260 and the blade groove 430. The cutting cylinder 420 is mounted to the blade receiving groove 260, and the blade 410 is coupled to the cylinder rod of the cutting cylinder 420 such that the cutting cylinder 420 can drive the blade 410 to reciprocate between the blade receiving groove 260 and the blade groove 430. The cutting assembly is mounted between the pinch roller 310 and the wallpaper placement station 230.
In use of the wallpaper pasting device of the present invention, a roll of wallpaper 500 is placed on wallpaper placement station 230, and wallpaper 500 is passed through the gap between blade receiving groove 260 and blade groove 430. The inner layer 510 of the wallpaper 500 is torn off and wound onto the inner layer spool 330. The outer layer 520 of the wallpaper 500 is wound around the pinch roller 310 and the pinch plate 320 and applied to the wall surface. The device is pushed to make the compaction roller 310 and the compaction plate 320 press the outer layer 520 of the wallpaper 500 on the wall surface. At this time, the lifting motor 210 and the driving motor 340 are turned on to raise the mount 200. During the lifting of the mounting base 200, the wallpaper 500 is continuously taken out from the wallpaper placing position 230; at the same time, the pinch roller 310 rolls upward along the wall surface to pinch the outer layer 520 of the wallpaper 500 to the wall surface and remove air bubbles. At the same time, the compacting plates 320 slide upward along the wall surface following the compacting roller 310, compacting the outer layer 520 of the wallpaper 500 to the wall surface. During this process, the inner sheet roll 330 is rotated to tear and wind the inner sheet 510 of wallpaper 500. When the mounting base 200 is lifted to the top end of the wall surface, the cutter cylinder 420 is opened, and the blade 410 follows the cutter cylinder 420 into the blade groove 430 and cuts off the wallpaper 500. The above actions are completed, namely, the wallpaper 500 posting action is completed once.
After the wallpaper 500 is posted once, the lifting motor 210 is controlled to enable the mounting seat 200 to descend along the supporting rod 110 for the next wallpaper 500 posting.
The wallpaper posting device can finish all steps of posting the wallpaper 500 at one time, improves the efficiency of posting the wallpaper 500 and reduces the labor intensity.
Meanwhile, the device is constructed by a whole machine, the posted quality is stable, and the distortion of the wallpaper 500 caused by manual posting is avoided.
Further, a plurality of connecting rod receiving cavities 240 are provided inside the mounting base 200. One end of the connecting rod 220, which is close to the mounting seat 200, is disposed in the connecting rod accommodating cavity 240 and can slide along the connecting rod accommodating cavity 240. A compression spring 250 is also disposed within the connecting rod receiving cavity 240. One end of the compression spring 250 is connected to the connection rod 220, and the other end is connected to the inner wall of the connection rod accommodating cavity 240, so that the compression spring 250 can drive the connection rod 220 to move towards the outside of the connection rod accommodating cavity 240. The number of the connecting rod receiving cavities 240 is the same as the number of the connecting rods 220. Each of the connecting rod receiving cavities 240 is cooperatively provided with a connecting rod 220 and a compression spring 250. By the arrangement, the pressing roller 310 and the pressing plate 320 can well contact the wall surface in the ascending process, and the pasting quality of the wallpaper 500 is well ensured.
Further, the connecting rod receiving cavity 240 is provided with two. The two connection bars 220 connect the pinch roller 310 and the pinch plate 320, respectively. Further, an end of the pressing plate 320 adjacent to the pressing roller 310 is bent toward the mount 200 side. This arrangement allows the compacting plate 320 to move up smoothly during the ascent, avoiding the compacting plate 320 getting stuck and damaging the wallpaper 500 after being posted.
Further, the lifting motor 210 is a gear motor. The lift motor 210 is also provided with a brake. The gear motor allows the rotational speed of the motor to better match the lifting speed of the mount 200.
