After the position of the screw 19 is adjusted, an operator pushes the L-shaped block 14 to move leftward through the second handle 15, so as to drive the driving motor 136 to move leftward, and further drive the slider 133 to move leftward through the first moving block 135, because the elasticity of the first spring 12 is smaller than that of the second spring 134, the slider 133 moves leftward and drives the mounting rod 131 to move leftward through the second spring 134, the second guide sleeve 11 and the placing box 16 move leftward therewith, the first spring 12 is compressed, after the left side of the placing box 16 contacts with the left wall in the rectangular hole 5, the second guide sleeve 11 stops moving, at this time, the driving motor 136 continues to drive the cross head 138 to move leftward through the joint 137, the second spring 134 is compressed, after the cross head 138 contacts and cooperates with the right side of the screw 19, the screw 19 is separated from the magnetic ring 18, and after the left end of the screw 19 contacts with the wood board, the operator starts the driving motor 136 to rotate clockwise, therefore, the cross-shaped conical head 138 is driven to rotate clockwise through the connector 137, the screw 19 is driven to rotate clockwise, the screw 19 can be driven into a wood board, the wood board is spliced and fixed, after the screw 19 is completely driven into the wood board, an operator closes the driving motor 136 and slowly releases the second handle 15, under the action of the second spring 134, the sliding block 133 drives the driving motor 136 and upper parts of the driving motor 136 to reset in the rightward direction through the first moving block 135, then under the action of the first spring 12, the second guide sleeve 11 drives the mounting rod 131 and the upper parts of the mounting rod to reset in the rightward direction, and therefore the screw 19 can be driven into the wood board through the rotation of the driving motor 136, a user does not need to manually screw the screw 19 knife, the nailing efficiency is improved, and manpower can be saved. When it is desired to replace the crosshead 138, the operator may remove the crosshead 138 from the adapter 137 and replace it.
When the nailing machine is used, an operator places the fixing block 307 on a wall or a fixed object, then the first handle 4 is pulled downwards according to the position of the boards to be spliced as required, so that the stay wire 305 can be released, the reel 303 rotates clockwise, the torsion spring 304 is twisted, after the first handle 4 is moved to a required position, the first handle 4 stops moving, and nailing can be performed on the boards, so that the equipment is supported through the stay wire 305, the labor intensity of the operator for holding the equipment is reduced, the situation that the nailing is affected by the ache of the hands due to the fact that the operator holds the equipment for a long time is prevented, when the first handle 4 drives the equipment to move upwards, the stay wire 305 is loosened, under the action of the torsion spring 304, the reel 303 rotates anticlockwise to wind the stay wire 305, so that the nailing can be performed easily on different positions of the boards, after the nailing is completed, the fixing block 307 is taken down, and under the action of the torsion spring 304, the reel 303 winds up the wire 305 entirely.
When the front and back positions of the first guide sleeve 7 need to be adjusted, an operator rotates the fastening bolt 8 anticlockwise to remove the fixation of the first guide sleeve 7, then rotates the crank 314 clockwise or anticlockwise to drive the screw rod 313 to rotate clockwise or anticlockwise, and further drives the nut 315 to move backwards or forwards, the nut 315 drives the first guide sleeve 7 to move backwards or forwards through the second moving block 316, so that the front and back positions of the screw 19 can be adjusted, after the front and back positions of the screw 19 are adjusted, the operator stops rotating the crank 314, and thus the front and back positions of the screw 19 can be conveniently adjusted, and the adjustment is accurate.
When the front and back positions of the screw 19 are adjusted, the first guide sleeve 7 moves back and forth and drives the second connecting frame 322 to move back and forth through the second guide rail 10, so that the pointer 323 is driven to move back and forth, the front and back movement distance of the screw 19 can be accurately known through the matching of the pointer 323 and the scale plate 321, and the nailing of the wood board is more orderly and accurate.
