Abstract
本发明公开了分切机切纸机构,包括上刀辊(1)、下刀辊(3),上、下刀辊上均设置有裁切刀(2),其特征在于:在所述下刀辊(3)的弧形面上开设有环形槽(6),在上、下刀辊的出纸端设置有过纸板(5),所述过纸板(5)上设置有扶纸片(4),所述扶纸片(4)嵌入到所述环形槽(6)内。本发明结构简单,设计合理,能够保证纸张切断后顺利地从过纸板上送出,不会由于静电以及重力的影响从过纸板与下刀辊之间穿过,以便进行后续的纸张处理作业。

技术领域
本发明涉及切纸设备,具体涉及一种分切机切纸机构。
背景技术
分切机主要用于各类纸张的裁切,其中一种分切机包括上、下刀辊,在上下刀辊上都设有裁切刀,纸张从上、下刀辊之间穿过,随着上、下刀辊的转动,当两把裁切刀接触配合时将纸张进行切断,之后再通过过纸板送出,上述结构存在的缺陷是,在纸张裁切完成后,纸张由于静电、重力以及风阻等因素的综合影响,会贴着下刀辊并沿着下刀辊和过纸板之间的缝隙往下移动,无法实现纸张的顺利送出,极大地影响了纸张的分切收集作业,已经难以满足用户的使用需求。
发明内容
鉴于背景技术的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单,设计合理,能够保证纸张切断后顺利地从过纸板上送出,以便进行后续的纸张处理作业的分切机切纸机构。
为此,本发明是采用如下方案来实现的:
分切机切纸机构,包括上刀辊、下刀辊,上、下刀辊上均设置有裁切刀,其特征在于:在所述下刀辊的弧形面上开设有环形槽,在上、下刀辊的出纸端设置有过纸板,所述过纸板上设置有扶纸片,所述扶纸片嵌入到所述环形槽内。
所述扶纸片的高度略高于所述过纸板的高度。
所述扶纸片可拆装地连接在所述过纸板上。
所述扶纸片通过紧固件固定连接在所述过纸板上。
所述环形槽排列地设有多个,所述扶纸片也对应地设有多个。
采用上述技术方案,本发明的优点为:通过在下刀辊上设置环形槽,并在环形槽内嵌入有扶纸片,实现了与下刀辊辊面凸部的无缝对接,当纸张裁切完成后,会立即在扶纸片的导向下进入到过纸板上以保证纸张的顺利送出,不会由于静电以及重力的影响,从过纸板与下刀辊之间穿过,有效提高了纸张裁切输送的稳定性,以便进行后续的纸张处理左右。

具体实施方式
如图所示,本发明公开的出纸稳定的分切机切纸机构,包括上刀辊1、下刀辊3,上、下刀辊上均设置有裁切刀2,纸张从上、下刀辊之间穿过,随着上、下刀辊的旋转,当上、下刀辊配合接触时,会将纸张裁断,在下刀辊3的弧形面上开设有环形槽6,在上、下刀辊的出纸端设置有过纸板5,过纸板5上设置有扶纸片4,扶纸片4嵌入到环形槽6内,当然,这种环形槽6在下刀辊上均匀设置多个,同时扶纸片4也设置有与环形槽相应的数量。当纸张完成裁切后,由于扶纸片4实现与下刀辊辊面凸部的无缝对接,裁切后的纸张会在扶纸片4的导向下进入到过纸板5上并送出,避免了纸张从下刀辊和过纸板5之间的间隙溜走,保证了纸张裁切后输送的稳定性,本实施例中,这种环形槽6和扶纸片4的多个设置,确保对纸张提供全面的导向作用。进一步的,扶纸片4的高度略高于过纸板5的高度,确保纸张在扶纸片4的导向运送后能够顺利地下落到过纸板5上送出。另外,扶纸片4可拆装地连接在过纸板5上,具体的,扶纸片4通过紧固件固定连接在过纸板5上,以便进行扶纸片4的安装和更换。

1.分切机切纸机构,包括上刀辊(1)、下刀辊(3),上、下刀辊上均设置有裁切刀(2),其特征在于:在所述下刀辊(3)的弧形面上开设有环形槽(6),在上、下刀辊的出纸端设置有过纸板(5),所述过纸板(5)上设置有扶纸片(4),所述扶纸片(4)嵌入到所述环形槽(6)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的分切机切纸机构,其特征在于所述扶纸片(4)的高度略高于所述过纸板(5)的高度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的分切机切纸机构,其特征在于所述扶纸片(4)可拆装地连接在所述过纸板(5)上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的分切机切纸机构,其特征在于所述扶纸片(4)通过紧固件固定连接在所述过纸板(5)上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的分切机切纸机构,其特征在于所述环形槽(6)排列地设有多个,所述扶纸片(4)也对应地设有多个。
